Just before Christmas I bought a new iPhone for my dad and when porting in his # they assigned it to my phone line deactivating my number. When I walked in both men greeted my kindly and I explained my dilemma. Gabriel is the name of the man who helped me. It was an ordeal but he spoke with someone in the Verizon tech support area and in about 20-25 min all lines were restored. I knew I was in the right place and had hope because my oldest son's middle name is Gabriel. Very professional, wouldn't take a tip! I was honestly very disappointed with the experience I had at this store. They lead you to believe you will be receiving a certain promotion that is company wide and then when you receive the bill, they are charging you for an extremely high amount as well as perks they added without your consent. I had to return to the store about three times and the owner was always surprisingly not there. We were assured they had fixed the errors and were told to wait a few days but the changes were never reflected. They even told us not to call customer service... in the end customer service was the only person who helped us try to clear up the insane charges we received on each line. I called the store ahead of time asking if they could throw in a free case if I bought from them. I've been a Verizon Wireless for 10 years so authorized dealers will usually throw in free gadgets to get your business. Juan, the verizon rep answered, said "yes" and he would take care of it at the store. At the store, the service was terribly slow. They said the systems were slow, but I was in the store for 2 hours, which is unreasonable considering I could have done this all online, but I thought the perk of getting a free case is worth it. After the two hours of waiting, I looked at the receipt and I saw that they had charged me $35 for the cases and screen protectors. I saw that the "New Activation" fee was $0 so I assumed that they have waived it for me. When I got my Verizon Wireless bill, I saw that they charged me $35 for the activation fee. I realized later that there was a misunderstanding and they gave me a discount instead of giving it to me for free. I just felt very deceived as they were putting on cases and screen protectors without clear indication that I was buying it. Juan looked like a new employee, so I don't blame him. I would never buy from the store if it was clear to me as you can get the same accessories on Amazon for much cheaper. I called the store to clarify and Adrian picked up. He laughed and said nothing is free and then hung up on me. I found this to be quite disrespectful as an authorized Verizon representative. I regret not clarifying the details before leaving the store, so that's my fault. I was very unhappy with the slow and inexperienced service of Juan, and the disrespect from Adrian. I would never recommend anyone to come here. P.S - They tried selling me (and other customers) the "free" tablet, but they do not tell you all the details. They say that the bill won't change, but this is not true. Google search threads on this. They do not tell you that the cost increase of the tablet will show on the bill and there's an activation fee they never speak about. read more

I came to this location to return my equipment since it was the closest one to home. I was serviced within minutes by a sales associate that was training a fellow co-worker. The associate was very attentive, professional and kind. He greeted me and sparked a friendly conversation that led to him to receiving my account information. Overall, the process was completed in a matter of minutes and I left with a confirmation notice that was emailed directly to my phone. I would highly recommend this location for they're really excellent at providing top of the line customer service. [FYI: I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't traveled so far to get to the location. I came in trying to ask about a promotion coupon I got and was shut down rudely the second time trying to find out alittle more information about it and have ends meet mayb obtaining a tablet without having to activate it which was possible according to what a sales rep had previously told me. Workers I spoke with were excellent and politely directed me to the manager and the manager got frustated with me when i asked several more question about the promotion and how the tablet contract works. I felt like an unvalued customer and unwelcomed and was accused for asking the same question over and over when I wanted to double check and clearify just to make sure and find out more. They were absolutely awful. I went in to open a new account after seeing the $69.99 (I just wanted cheap and basic after paying an insane TV bill for years) promotion and was immediately told by Adrian that the promotion ended the day before I arrive. The promotion did not end the day before because it is STILL currently all over their website and STILL currently being advertised for my area. Then I was assisted by Danny, a trainee, who I can't really fault because he knew nothing about anything in regards to their 3-in-1 deals. After being told that the deal I wanted (69.99) expired, Danny and Adrain proceed to "help" me create a "deal." They chose the $89.99 deal, knowing fully well I don't need a ton of channels ( seriously food network and CNN and I'm set) or high speed internet. They also printed out an "estimate" that we could go over where they added DVR and a bunch of other things I didn't need. I could also go on about the amount of times (after I said no) they asked me to add HBO within the span of 5 minutes. NO, I DO NOT WANT HBO! After the "estimate" came up to about $170 with tax, they proceeded to tell me this was the best deal they could offer. I refused, thought about switching to Cable, and left. An hour later, I called Verizon at home and a nice woman gave me the $69.99 deal and worked with me to makes sure my bill was about $120 a month. My recommendation: SKIP THESE BUNCH OF LIARS!! They try to sell you the most expensive things knowing fully well that it is not what you want! Call a rep or find a different location! read more

Visited the Verizon store on 10/21/18 for an upgrade..senior rep, says that an upgrade phone will have to be sent via mail..since that was not a choice for us we then requested the least expensive phone..that ended up costing $700.00..this rep badgered us to accept a tablet, and to purchase a hot spot....the more we tried to explain it would be of no use , the more persistent he got...so darn annoying...bottom line we felt totally robbed and mentally drained from this guy... no associate should be so persistent !!!! read more

Don't go here! The day I ordered my phone the salesman David was so nice but, after he made his sale the service was sub par, to say the least. He told me he would call and tell me when my phone was in ..... no phone call .. I waited an extra day for nothing. My phone was broken and was on the verge of dying. When I showed up he acted like it was I who made the mistake and not him. Then he spent the entire time hooking up my phone with an earpiece in his ear ....speaking Spanish to his girlfriend or wife. Then had an attitude when it was taking a little longer for my phone to set up. He let me leave without even telling me I had to by a charger separately for the new iPhone. I had drove away and then thought to check for the charger because the battery was almost dead. Lmao, I looked at my bill when I got home because I thought this was the worst experience with Verizon I've ever had.... I noticed I paid this guy 40 for so called Pro set up...... lmao again,,,, some pro he was. I've been with Verizon for 16 years since I was a in my twenties..... this is not an official Verizon spot. These guys were very helpful in our switch from Dish, Time Warner Wide band Internet, and at&t (we got cancellation fees paid for and a visa gift card. We arrived two days ago were helped by the entire staff who were more than helpful. They took their time to explain everything and run through all the numbers with us since we are solely interested in the financial aspect. We arrived at 7 and they stayed with us all the way through to 11pm. (We had 6 lines to transfer over and 6 new phones to set up) We were treated very warmly, even though my parents were bargaining hard as hell. I went to this Verizon location earlier today to pick up an additional set top box for my home. I was in and out in about 5 minutes, regardless of the store being busy! The service here was fantastic. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked what I needed help with. The gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant and efficient. I've had issues at other Verizon locations in the past, so I'm really happy that it was a pleasant experience today. Adrian was so helpful to us the second we crossed the street from Sprint and decided to just switch already! He transitioned us smoothly, gave us the best plan for us, took his time explaining what we're paying for and gave us options with examples of what we'd be spending. Worst customer service experience ever. On our first visit we waited a half hour for someone to help us. The representative was not properly trained and it felt like each representative was competing against each other to sign up customers. The representative took an hour to order our phones through his computer terminal and he could not tell us when the phones would be available or how much they cost. We received an email that the phones were in and went to the store the following week. The representative from the week before was an hour late and we had to wait for him to arrive to be serviced. One of our phones was missing and we had to wait 2 hours for the other phone to arrive. Only when I took a look at the contract did I see that they attempted to charge me $1000 for an Iphone 6+ 64 GB. I informed the representative that the phone should $850 which is what the cost of the phone is on Apple's website. He agreed to "fix" the price. In the end, they overcharged us $50 for each phone and when I called them about it, they said they are allowed to charge an additional markup for the phones. This is the worst cell phone store ever. Avoid them at all costs. I will never buy a phone from a bucket shop corner cell phone store ever again. read more

When I came back a few days Adrien picked up where Mo left off. He helped me and my mother upgrade my phone and saved her money on our family plan. So I visited this location yesterday to pick up my equipment for a new install. As a new customer to Verizon I was expecting exceptional service. Unfortunately, my visit to this location quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon arriving to the location to pick up my equipment they informed me that I could not pick up my equipment. I needed to return the next day or contact Verizon customer service. So, I proceeded to contact Verizon customer service line. They weren't very helpful. I was led to believe that I can walk our the store with the equipment. Long story short I waited there for two hours and received no equipment. After two hours the representative at the Verizon location stated that "oh thats why you should order your equipment directly in the store." He notified me if I ordered directly with him I would be able to get my equipment. What a lie. After, I cancelled my order with Verizon Customer Service and about to place my order with a rep there by the name of Vickram he calls over to Vickram and whispers something to him. Vickram then walks over to me and say " I am sorry, we won't be able to provide you with the equipment today." OMG! 2.5 hrs later very horrible service. I left with no order and no equipment. HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY SLY INDIVIDUALS. read more

My experience started off great. Everyone was very helpful. Joshua and the manager, Adrian were very attentive. I purchased over one hundred dollars worth of accessories for iPhones 6 & 7. One of the cases broke within months of my purchase. When I brought it back I was told that it could be replaced but I would have to pay additional for a new case. So I did. This time within a couple of weeks the new case broke. I brought it back again only to find out from the manager there's nothing they can do for me. They offered to SELL me another one instead of replacing the case. Here it is twice that the case broke and yet no solution. Proper customer service would've been to replace the case for free being that this was my second time returning an item purchased from their store. This review is just to warn others about POOR customer service. I hope that no one else has the same experience with them. read more
