Feb/mar 2026 Visited the local store to upgrade my old phone since it was due for an upgrade. Was told the new phone would cost about $18/ mo for 24 mo and the trade in value would be $400. This is what I expected after reviewing the online situation w my phone. HOWEVER, they actually signed me up for an extra line at $45/mo (no phone on that mind you) and never mentioned they did this. AND added about $12 / mo and also never mentioned this. When I went in to have them correct this, the manager said they Never release a phone without reviewing the options (never occurred) and that since the IPHONE 17 was prone to problems they add that on- also never mentioned. Basically LIED as my husband was in the store with me and they never brought up the insurance nor extra line (supposed a buy one get one free promo for the $18/mo benefit). And spun it that I didn't know or understand their lingo which is ridiculous. Also once I got the new phone set up the Denver store would not accept the old phone and told me I had to send it in and they would send an envelop for me to do so which never happened. Finally had to drive to Huntersville to hand in the old phone for the $400 credit. Huntersville store did not understand why the Denver store didn't take the old phone in the first place. I will NEVER go back and if it wasn't for a decent person in customer service at corporate who made the appropriate correction and said the Denver staff did it incorrectly - my family with 5 lines would be with another telephone service. Given the store and personnel smell like weed- perhaps they would get things correct if the store was aired out! read more

Stopped in at this location, the customer service was the worse I have had in years. I have been with this company for 9 plus years before the merge I almost switched back to Verizon it was so poor. The young man had no idea what he was doing, the lady was to busy eating her food to help him. I am very disappointed. read more

Stay away from this retailer. They are not corporate, they will lie and sell you an upgrade.When you see the bill, it is double. Corporate would not help either read more

Store manager Zontravious lied to us. He had us exchanger all most new phones for a plane that included free phones. Now T-Mobile says he combine promotions and we have to paid to the phone. I have called every month to correct the bill and now T-Mobile said thought luck. read more

The authorized T-Mobile store located at 139 Cross Rd, Denver NC 28037 should immediately replace the current manager (Dontravious, or Donaven, ??...can't recall the exact name). We tried to return equipment but he nonchalantly told us there was a mandated policy change that prevented soo much equipment being stored at the store . Claimed it happened yesterday and they don't have to send notices or communication about it (and walked off afterwards). It was the craziest thing we've ever heard because we picked up our equipment from the exact store less than 3 months prior. We were referred to a real T-Mobile Corporate store 45 minutes away. The corporate store accepted our equipment AND cleared up an error in the bill that was paid months ago. They also informed us they get many complaints from the Denver store and many of the customers are sent to them. Will never ever deal with any T-Mobile services or products. read more

The customer service @ this place is a big turnoff. They brush you off as soon as you come in. Bougth 2 phones, and needed help transferring accounts, I came in at 7:30. They literally turned me away because it just takes too long, as in for them to do it? Really. read more

Went into the store to transfer 5 phones, 1 watch and home internet over from Verizon and AT&T. 2 people behind the counters, each assisting with customers. just these 2 customers and me in the store. Wasn't acknowledged walking into the store by either workers. I sat and waited for assistance. After a while another customer comes in and when there was a break with one of the customers that were being helped, the counter employees says to the new person, I can help you while they (the other customer) was checking out phones. I got up, walked by both employees behind the counter and left. Again not even a courtesy hello or I didn't see you. read more

I've never given a 1 star review before, but they earned it. I've never seen people who want to work less. They don't return calls don't want to help and don't hide the fact that they don't want your business. read more
