This was one of the most unprofessional, suspicious, and upsetting experiences I've ever had with any business. I called earlier in the week to ask about repairing a Samsung S25 regular screen. I was quoted $210 flat, and I confirmed this twice over the phone. I was told to come in on Saturday and that walk-ins were fine. When I arrived, they told me they had ordered the S25 Ultra part -- which is not what I requested. The employee then called the person I originally spoke to, and that person insisted I asked for the Ultra. I had very clearly said regular, even double-checking with my husband at the time. They told me they would order the correct part and to come back Tuesday. The person on the phone said they would "take a little off" for the inconvenience. I asked if I needed to sign anything for the deposit and was told no. In the store, the employee refused to honor the discount the phone rep promised. When I asked how much deposit they wanted, he said "any amount." I put down $100 cash. He even questioned whether the bill was counterfeit. I stepped outside to call my husband because the situation felt extremely off. When I went back in and simply asked for a receipt showing my $100 deposit, the employee told me it would cost a 20% surcharge -- $20 -- just to get a receipt. I have never in my life heard of being charged money to receive proof of a deposit. My husband told me to get my money back and leave. I asked for my $100 returned, and luckily they handed it back without further argument. I left immediately and blocked their number. The entire interaction felt extremely fishy, inconsistent, and untrustworthy from start to finish. I genuinely do not understand how this business has a 4.9 rating. My experience was the complete opposite of professional or honest. This felt deceptive at every turn, from misquoting repairs to refusing receipts to contradicting each other's promises. My advice: avoid this place entirely. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with repairs, deposits, or my personal devices.

We had an issue with the charging port on an iPad, and they fixed it quickly, and the fee was appropriate for the time spent. I also asked a couple questions about my phone and battery life, and the woman sales associate was awesome. She was helpful, truthful and seemed more interested in me doing what is right versus her making a sale. CPR has won my business, and I am going to recommend them to anyone who asks. I had never had to file a claim so when I came in and was asked for the phone password and to disable the "find my" app it was weird to me. But i understood. They replaced my screen within an hour. Dude that helped me was very nice. After having the phone back, the next day I noticed the phone was just shutting off. Bluetooth and wifi kept disconnecting, and was getting an error on the apple pay. These were issues the phone was not having before. Even during the screen being broken. This started after the replacement. I called the store to explain what was happening. They told me to bring it in to replace the screen as it had warranty. I did. When i brought the phone back they told me i had to leave it overnight. This was not ideal as i had an urgent matter the next day (traveling to see a sick relative). A guy from the back I asked if it was a replacement he could get it done but the guy helping me said its not a screen replacement. I asked further questions as i am not an expert with electronics and had been told over the it would be a screen replacement. Apparently I was rude while I was asking questions like: why wouldn't these issues have come up when you guys tested the phone after the replacement? these issues were not happening prior to getting the screen fixed (while the screen was broken the phone was functioning), what could be causing it now? Why cant you swap the screen to a new one to test it? These questions led to the owner/manager of the store refusing me service. Because I was being rude. When I explained I was not trying to be rude and that I am very novice with all this he asked if I wanted him to call the cops to get me out. I asked if i could get the old broken screen back (I wanted to see if there was damage on the other side of the screen and maybe the broken screen maybe cause other things to break?) he laughed in my face and said no. I asked in his professional experience, if not the screen what could be causing these issues? He said the mother board. He did continue to refuse service even after I had paid and the screen has warranty.... Which idk how I can use it if hes refusing me service? Also, if there are other potential issues why not diagnose the phone prior to accepting service on the phone? It is very possible its the mother board but also possible that its a faulty screen...?

Every time I have gone to this location they have been unable to help or rude. I would strongly recommend going to the corporate store in Geneva or Algonquin. These are the store that they tell you to go to when they cant help you so your just better off going there in the first place. They are knowledgeable and more welcoming. As an example. My wife bought a phone watch which she felt was too heavy so she returned it. They refunded the price of the watch but failed to remove it from our billing plan. She did not notice it for several months and when she did they did not know how to correct the issue.

As expected, I sent a few e-mails without a single response, I am out $34.99 plus tax that I paid for the cable. In my quest for an exchange I found that this location is a Verizon Authorized dealer and not a company store. The dealer name is Victra and in my opinion they misrepresented themselves as a Verizon company store. If they were a company store, I think this would have gone as it should with me getting a new lighting cord. This is not a good look for Verizon either.

We went into this store and got new lines and was told we would be signed up for the $65 per line. After seeing the bill through the app, I saw that the wrong plan was selected on the bill, we were signed up for the $75 per line instead of the $65 per line. As I was viewing the bill I start to notice other charges that the salesmen never talked about, things like home device protection and the device protection adding up to around $75 in additional charges. When I call them about the charges they said, "just log into the app and change the plans and drop the extra add-ones." Well, guess what? After calling Verizon multiple times they cannot change the first bill because it has already been processed. So, because the sales guy at the store inflated my bill, I get stuck paying a bill that has services on it that we didn't want.
