When I walked in, there were 3 customers, 2 being served, another waiting. I made 4. I received a single, "Hello," and no further acknowledgement. They were working at a snails pace, and one clerk left the floor for 10 minutes in the middle of serving a customer. The other customer in the store was getting frustrated. When you are stuck in this situation you start to notice things: 1. Someone had left a cup of soda on one of the display tables. 2. The displays were grimy with dust and finger prints. 3. Empty spots on displays hinted at low stock and poor offerings. 4. Two empty sales counters, one with a ragged tablet, and the other with wires sticking out. 5. The floors have not been swept or mopped in a long time. 6. There is more blank wall space than there is display space. 7. The music playing was too loud and maybe appealed to the young girls running the store, but not to the 50+ group of customers (I'm 63, the other guy was in his 70, and the two women customers were obviously at least 50, 2 more customers walked in that looked to be in their 60s, so a smooth jazz, soft R&B, etc. would have been appropriate.) 8. They were busy, very busy. It was Saturday morning and only one person was working. Bless his heart, he was doing great. There were 7 people in the store. He was able to help two at a time. I had gotten there around 10:30-10;45. At 11 two more store associates showed up and the store cleared out quickly after that. All associates were very professional. They did everything with a smile and were able to help everyone without the customers getting angry. The only drawback to the whole experience, why was there only associate working on your busiest day of the week. read more

Waited for the Black Friday deals to buy an I-Phone....Arrived at 8 am....No deals since I have a Low price service plan....OK....I tried to buy an I-Phone 16 plus....Mel, my sales person said that she had no stock.....she supposedly called the Tavares store and she told me that they had 1 in stock and they were going to set aside one for me.....I drove to that store and low and behold, when I got there, they knew nothing about it......They had one in stock, but it was a return, that was going back to the company......This store in Tavares tells me that they do that a lot.....Further more, they looked at the Eustis store inventory and GUESS WHAT, the Eustis store had 6 ea I-Phone 16 plus's in stock, but they save those for NEW customers, not existing customers.....Something to do with COMMISSIONS. Mel was very disingenuous and I would NOT trust this store ever again......Will not ever enter this store again....I ended up going to a Corporate store in Leesburg and got treated very well....... read more

I had not been able to use the internet on my phone. Went to TMobile Website and followed all directions, still no internet. Then I was able to text with a person on the website. She worked with with me for quite a while. Still could not access the Internet. I went into TMobile Eustis and Mel assisted me. She solved the problem in about 5 minutes! Kudos to Mel! I stopped in to the local T-Mobile store to look at phones. I was greeted with "ma'am, do you have a mask?" I said no, I don't wear a mask. She said you need to wear a mask and I said again, "no thank you, I don't wear a mask". I proceeded to walk to what I was looking for and was greeted by a gentlemen who proceeded to tell me that I had to leave the store if I didn't wear a mask. I repeated myself again. In our state, it's not a law to wear one and not to mention I cannot wear one due to medical reasons. I told him again that I cannot wear a mask as I continued to look at items. He approached me further and said I need to leave the store. T-Mobile, you really should inform your employees that it's not a law and there are people who cannot wear a mask. I will not be purchasing a thing from you now or in the future. read more

Complaint for employee I believe named Manny at the Eustis, FL store. I went to get an iPad and add the line for the IPad. He went to get the iPad out of the back and never came back. After a while we asked, his teammates said he's getting it ready. More time goes by, nothing. I'm obviously frustrated and then his teammate says he's having technical difficulties. He never came back, just ghosted us. We signed nothing and authorized nothing. He text me saying he added the line. When I called I found out he added two which was never in question. read more

I tried to return a T-Mobile equipment, a cell cellular booster, and they said they were not able to take it when it clearly states on the pamphlet that I can return it to an authorized T-Mobile dealership. This is not the first time they have not honored their return policy. The last time the manager even argues with t mobile customer service in front of me. read more

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have been a customer here for my last two phones so about 4 years. I made the mistake of buying a Beats X earphones with the one year warranty back in August of 2019 and they quit working. T-Mobile won't honor the warranty and the tall man with the long beard called my wife a "Bitch".No One calls her that! I will not buy anything from here again Update: manager called me and said we cussed them according to her employees, so I knew nothing would be done about this warranty issue and I guess they can call us whatever they want and the Manager will believe them. I just recently upgraded to IPhone 13 and migrated from Sprint to TMobile. Since the upgrade I was having trouble getting text notifications on my phone ( it is paired to an IWatch). I tried all day to figure out what was wrong. Come to find out this is a common problem for IPone 13. Harrison (nicknamed Mr Apple by his co-workers) was able to help me out and get my notifications as I wanted them. Very happy!!!! He did a great job getting my problem corrected. read more

Manager was a good sales man, told me what I wanted to hear but when it came time for the first months bill, nothing we had agreed on reflected the bill. Very disappointing, I brought over 6 lines, guess he just wanted the sell. The customer service messaging system is also a headache, your messages are picked up by different people every time you message them, therefore having to explain yourself over and over. read more
