The staff took the time to diagnose the problem, which involved removing the card, trying it in other phones, analyzing it on their computer. It turns out that the sim card had gone bad, evidently an uncoomon occurence, so they programmed a new one. Throughout this he was courteous and friendly, despite the fact that he didn't charge me. What makes this especially concerning is that this is not an isolated incident. At this point, this is not a customer service lapse. It is a documented pattern that Spectrum has allowed to continue. This visit, I needed the back of my iPhone 16 replaced, so I booked an appointment for the Genius Bar and arrived a few minutes before. I was immediately greeted, they took my info, and sat me at a table. A few minutes later, another staff member arrived and went over what was going to happen. My phone was whisked away, and I sat and took in the atmosphere. They were giving classes on the main screen, which I found very interesting, and I learned things I never knew about my MacBook!
