As of October 6th, we still haven't received any of the contacts we ordered -- neither mine nor his. This has been the worst and longest experience I've ever had just trying to get contact lenses from a vision provider. I've worn glasses and contacts my whole life and have never waited this long for an order. I've called several times over the past couple of months, and the response is always the same: "You should receive them within the week." That week always comes and goes, yet nothing arrives. They've provided a few trial contacts in the meantime, but they're mismatched brands and not the ones I paid for, even though the prescription might be close. I paid over $150 for the brand I actually prefer, and I still have nothing to show for it. To make matters worse, my wife (who has different vision insurance through her job) also tried this location. She found their glasses prices to be extremely high--she ended up ordering two pairs online for less than one-third of what DreamWorks was charging for a single pair. Overall, I'd strongly recommend treading with caution. Based on our experience, there are likely better options in the area or online that offer faster service, better prices, and clearer communication.

They took the time to listen to my concerns and the exam itself was very extensive and put my worries to rest. I will be going here from now on as will my husband. They initially charged me almost $50, then later called to say the correct amount was only $12, requiring me to provide my payment information again due to their mistake. I had already explained that I work night shifts and came in after work, but there was little consideration for my time. The payment process and overall customer service need significant improvement. I hope they improve their front desk operations, staff training, and billing procedures to provide a better experience for future customers.

I did get new glasses and when I went in to pick them up I was again rushed, no fitting at all, just a printed card they had me read to see if I could see ok. The eye glass techs were busy on their phones and I felt as though I was bothering them. The glasses did not seem any different than the ones I had as far as prescription strength. I did speak to the office manager after the fact and she did offer me a refund if I returned the glasses which I did. Fast forward to today, I called as I had sudden onset floaters in one eye which alarmed me. I was told no appointment availability this week and was referred to 2 other places, one that had terrible reviews and the other that told me all there docs were out of town for the week and had told other offices to not refer to them this week because of that. They carry great brands that are hard to find anywhere else. Their staff is super friendly and really does a great job consulting on what style of glasses fit your face and your needs. In addition, when it comes to your insurance, they are experts at making sure you make the most of your benefits. For example, they found an option on my plan our last eye-care place did not see, and saved me hundreds since I was buying new reading glasses and sunglasses at once.
