This has been the worst and longest experience I've ever had just trying to get contact lenses from a vision provider. I've worn glasses and contacts my whole life and have never waited this long for an order. I've called several times over the past couple of months, and the response is always the same: "You should receive them within the week." That week always comes and goes, yet nothing arrives. They've provided a few trial contacts in the meantime, but they're mismatched brands and not the ones I paid for, even though the prescription might be close. I paid over $150 for the brand I actually prefer, and I still have nothing to show for it. To make matters worse, my wife (who has different vision insurance through her job) also tried this location. She found their glasses prices to be extremely high--she ended up ordering two pairs online for less than one-third of what DreamWorks was charging for a single pair. Overall, I'd strongly recommend treading with caution. Based on our experience, there are likely better options in the area or online that offer faster service, better prices, and clearer communication.

In total, I walked out having spent over $400 for a 30-minute exam and 3 month supply of contact lenses --completely unreasonable compared to any other vision center I've visited. While the staff was kind, the billing practices here are deceptive and not transparent. I will never return and do not recommend this office.
