I wasn't really interested in going to a traditional phone store because I've always felt like those experiences can be a little overwhelming. I wanted something simple with no pressure. I came to Best Buy right when they opened and ended up buying my new iPhone. Since the AT&T representative wasn't there yet, one of the Best Buy employees stepped in and helped me get everything set up. He activated my AT&T service, answered my questions, and had me in and out in about 30 minutes. The whole process was straightforward, and I never felt like I was being hit with hidden fees or pressured into buying extras. A little later, I came back looking for a new pair of headphones. I had a budget in mind but wasn't sure what to get. One of the employees took the time to talk through a few different options with me, and we actually had a fun conversation about the pros and cons of each pair. I never felt like he was trying to sell me the most expensive option. Instead, he recommended headphones that customers seemed happiest with and that didn't get returned often. I really appreciated that honesty. Overall, every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I also realized Best Buy isn't nearly as expensive as I had built it up to be in my head. They have a lot of great options at different price points, and it's definitely a store I'll be visiting more often now.

As I was checking in and explaining the problem (and expecting to pay for it and leaving my PC there overnight), a technician overhead my explanation and came out and knew the solution. He plugged in my PC and had the problem fixed within 30 seconds. He said, "An update from HP has caused a problem." No charge. I was out of the store in less than 15 minutes with my fixed PC. The technician could have stayed in the back in his work area, but knew it was a quick fix and he made me one happy customer!

Someone from this store needs to call me TODAY…read more Back in April, I bought an iPad Air. It wasn't a good fit for me so I took it back. It took forever for the return to happen. I get it. I thought nothing of it. Now here we are 4 months later and I am still paying the device payment plan for it, and the monthly service fee for it. I've had both AT&T and Best Buy on the line together no fewer than 2 times to resolve the issue. I spent hours on the phone with AT&T. The conclusion? As part of the refund process, it is on Best Buy to cancel out the Device Payment Plan that is linked to the device. They didn't. AT&T has nothing on their records showing that this process has taken place. Now I'm on the phone with AT&T. Kevin and Imrant at Best Buy, who is a specialist for things regarding issues with communication between Best Buy and AT&T is stalling me to talk to someone to get this resolved. This has been 4 months. My only recommendation is that if you have to do ANYTHING with a carrier avoid Best Buy I hear horror stories all the time and figured "It's an iPad, surely they can ring it up" then "Surely they can handle a return.".
