She asked him if this was his phone. He had explained multiple times this was his phone and that it wasn't fixed the last time he went in to fix it. She asked for his pin and he put the pin in his phone and she huffed and puffed because she wanted the account pin. He was frustrated and confused because he is elderly and is not good with technology. She was not stop using a belittling voice and aggressive tone. He was tired of her making him feel like he was a lesser human than her and started raising his voice. He told this "Manager" he wants his money back if they are refusing to fix it. She said she will call the police. And she did. She wasted police time and resources because she sucks at her job. Anyone can write in positive numbers and a high ratings in writing...Especially if they don't have to prove it or won't prove it by putting in the "real" website(which I assume is eBay or Amazon) Where is the online business name in the response so this claim can be verified?(its most likely not "Cell O Phone" I looked out of curiosity and didn't find anything). Just simply saying its from the "Largest Web Site in the world" doesn't prove anything for validation. What a joke. Define largest website in the world. I came in here yesterday thinking I needed a new battery for the key fob to a friend's truck I'm…read morecurrently driving. It started acting up the day before, and I couldn't unlock it. The story of locking myself out of his truck with the keys in my hand makes for a great phone call. I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, who was very kind and helpful. I explained what had happened. He took it all apart and asked me questions. Given it isn't my own truck and key fob, I didn't have the best answers. The nicest thing was the employee asked me if I knew about the hidden key inside the fob. Which I didn't until I called my friend when the fob stopped working. I really appreciate when someone wants to teach me something new, and was kind about it. The employee had everything fixed and put back together in less than ten minutes. I asked if we could go outside and test it. We walked out and each pushed the lock and unlock buttons, so it was clear everything was working perfectly. I noticed two other employees who asked if I was being helped and then moved on to the next customer to help them. They all appeared to be as kind and welcoming as the one helping me. The whole thing cost me like $25. It wasn't expensive, in my opinion. He stapled the receipt to a flyer that I left in the truck for warranty purposes. He was happy to put the warranty stuff in my friend's name and phone number. When cashing me out, he asked if I needed anything else. I said, I've never been here. Find me something I can't live without. He told me about a couple specials, although nothing I needed at that moment. But he still tried, and I was happy to hear about all of it. Would I return? Absolutely! The customer service here was amazing. Most of the time when I'm talking about anything car related, I'm met with someone who is condescending because I'm female. It's happened a million times before. But it didn't here, and I'm definitely impressed. It took ten minutes and $25 for the problem to be fixed, with no effort on my part. It was all done for me.
