The store at Valley River in Eugene, OR is hands down one the best run AT&T stores in the country with some of the most friendliest and most knowledgeable staff there is. Been going to them for over 15 years and is the reason we stay with AT&T. Good customer service is essential and you won't find better service than this location offers. Nona the assistant manager has always gone above and beyond to take care of us every time we are there even if it's behind the scenes and we don't get to see her. She is a crucial piece to why they deliver above and beyond your expectations.

The service has always been great;if they were busy it's because they're popular and they know what they're doing. One person in particular, Patrick, has helped me through a number of things, frequently taking a long time to sort them out. Most recently he spent an hour on on the phone, mostly on hold, while he talked to the Verizon office about it a billing dispute over my discontinued service. After this ordeal he even said I could come in some other time and take a tutorial on my new smart phone even though I don't use Verizon anymore.I can't think of a higher compliment to pay these people and especially this fellow Patrick. Mike accomplished in 2.5 hours what another Verizon location could not figure out over an entire month of multiple visits and many wasted hours. He took our absolute mess of a $2,400 bill, identified and removed lines and fees we never agreed to, and rebuilt our account with a clean, correct setup from scratch -- all without a single issue. The visit itself was great from start to finish. I've seen reviews mentioning long wait times, but honestly, that's easily solved by scheduling an appointment. We were seen within 10 minutes of our appointment time -- smooth and stress-free. This team truly deserves credit. We were fully prepared to cancel everything, and this was our last attempt before walking away. I'm so glad we chose this location. Mike and his team completely turned the situation around and earned our trust back. Highly recommend. If you're dealing with billing issues or a complicated setup, this is the place to go.

INSTEAD, they advised me to come back at 10am tomorrow as one of the employees needed to go home and the other had to finish with one customer and go home. As a matter of fact, there was an issue and he said to call AT&T. He said to call from the store and he'll be there for additional help. I already had an idea what I wanted and Rheanna was so helpful with my purchase, answered my questions about the 14 versus the 15. Decision made, however, the particular iPhone 15 I wanted, wasn't in stock at this location, so she called another location for availability and it was. She asked for it to be transferred to this location and I got the phone I wanted without needing to shop elsewhere. Rheanna went above and beyond as a customer service rep. Great customer service!

We had to turn our old phones in to get the rate we were originally quoted. We turned our phones in. Now the new manager( Travis) is saying we should have kept our old phones and now there's no way of getting them back. I am highly disappointed with the way AT&T has handled this.
