I've been with T-Mobile going on 7 years. I started with their Internet service about 3 years ago and have been pleased up until recently. I got a new Direct TV receiver which required connecting to Wi-Fi. It wasn't working. They sent me an new router and when I got it, I could not connect so I called their Customer Service only to spend over an hour on the phone and talking to two different people. I got so frustrated with their CSR people on the phone, at one point the agent said 'is there anyone else there who is more technically savvy' I asked her, is it possible you could be mistaken ' she said 'no, I'm an expert'. I ended going to this store and met with Antonio. He listened to what I had to say, asked some questions and understood the problem. He was able to resolve the issue. He discovered that the SIM card was ALREADY installed in the router. I told this to the CSR's and they insisted that's not the way it works. The message here: don't waste your time on the phone, go to this location and ask for Antonio, he's a pro! read more

Started with T-Mobile post a year ago now and have been extremely impressed with their customer service. I have had no issues with my phone service since I switched. They have multiple plans and we found one pretty easy that would fit our schedule. I think that the savings that we are experiencing has been phenomenal. I highly recommend switching to T-Mobile. read more

Too bad you can't give a store 0. Totally lied to and hooked with two promotions that apparently don't exist. Either salesman is a deliberate liar and crook, or lies upon orders by his management. Had me send in a trade phone that he had to know had no trade value, which we would've kept had we been told. Put other trade down as an iphone instead of what it really was. Costing me $75 a month for 2 new phones that led me to believe were no further charge. Overchargwd accessories, including power adapters he said he was throwing in, after i made clesr i didnt intend to buy anything but the screensavers, which he charged double what he showed me id pay. Vile, lying crooks, the whole company. Pgone reps wont talk to the stores, who in turn wont talk to reps or other stores, or even the customer, heaven forbid you no longer live local to the store. I'm not typically one who will post something unsavory about a business, unless I have an incredibly bad experience. This review is not for the Fort Mill T-Mobile location, specifically. This review is for T-Mobile, as a company. I was considering switching my service back in November 2024. I called and went through T-Mobile's telephone based customer service. The customer service rep seemed very sales and rushed. Immediately upon hanging up, I realized I had ordered a phone with 128 MB and I had meant to order the phone with 256 MB. I called back and was told that they could not change the order, even though it had only just been placed minutes before. I was asked to receive the phone, and to order the 256 MB model once I had received the 128 MB model. The phone arrived, I call T-Mobile and arrange to send it back, I was credited the $70 I had paid for taxes and fees, and I was then charged $77 for taxes and fees on the 256 MB model. I also received a notice that the 128 MB phone had made it back to T-Mobile. By the time the 256 MB model arrived, I had called my current carrier to let my current carrier know I would be switching service. My current carrier went above and beyond to keep me. I have been impressed with their customer service all along, and this was consistently in line with their practices. As soon as the 256 MB model arrived, I sent it directly back to T-Mobile and canceled both my service transition and the phone purchase from t-Mobile, opting to stay with my current carrier and buy a phone outright. T-Mobile did not let me know they had received the 256 MB phone back, nor did they refund the taxes and fees I paid for the unopened, returned 256 MB phone. After stopping in the store in Fort Mill, I was told I needed to handle this via phone with T-Mobile corporate. On February 6, 2025, I spoke with a customer service rep at T-Mobile. On hold and communicating with her for nearly an hour, she was about to take my account information to refund my card and our call was disconnected. I immediately called back and spent another hour on the phone with a customer service rep named Jan, who went back-and-forth with all kinds of confusion and told me she would call me back in a week with resolution. In the meantime, both T-Mobile corporate customer support reps relayed that the $77 went from taxes and fees to a restocking fee, somewhere along the way. The first rep, with whom I was disconnected, told me that she could refund the $77. Jan, the second rep, who called me back a week later, said that there was nothing she could do, they have no way to refund this taxes and fees charge for a phone that was not even opened. All of this to share my unsavory, sour taste for T-Mobile. Looking into their service was a huge waste of my time, and $77. Buyer beware. read more

We waited for our turn. A guy ask if he could help us, but we pointed him in the direction of the gal that walked in just a minute or two prior to us. They helped her and then some new guy just walks into the store and three people start helping him and ignored us who have been sitting there at this point for more than 20 mins waiting for our turn which was next in line. Very rude to just help someone who cuts in line instead of those who waited patiently for their turn. So we got up and left and will not be back. Unfortunately we were going to switch over 4 cell lines and 3 iPads and are currently setting up a business that will need 50+ cell phone lines that now will not be given to this location. Your customer service etiquette is severely lacking. You looked at us and could tell we were bothered by that gentleman cutting in line and never said a thing. We walked into a store to switch from different carrier to T-mobile, I already have T-mobile my friend wanted to switch it to it cause I been bragging how much I love it but let me tell you Aubrynn Smith sales assistant has no passion for her work her attitude was worst. She wasn't even trying to help us with other plans only the one she come up with. I been telling her about a plan I have and she still would stick to her plan she picked for my friend, just horrible experience. I start speaking to my friend in different language and then that's when completely she start ignoring me, I felt like she had some judgement that we are not from this country. read more

I visited the T-Mobile store in Fort Mill, SC on Saturday, 10/7. Aubrynn Smith was the salesperson who helped me with getting T-Mobile internet & transferring my iPhone to T-Mobile from spectrum. In addition, I got a new iPad Air 5th generation. During the visit, Aubrynn shard with I could get a free iPhone 14, but I couldn't at the time because my iPhone XR had a line at the bottom of the display. Aubrynn referred me to Cellular Refresh to get it it repaired & come back because the promotion was for 2 weeks. I told her I would be back this weekend & she said that would be okay because the promotion would still be going on. On Saturday, 10/14, I went to Cellular Refresh to have my iPhone repaired & went straight to T-Mobile afterwards. When I arrived at T-Mobile, I specifically asked for Aubrynn. When Aubrynn came to me, she had no clue who I was after I gave her several clues/hints from my visit the week before. Once I told her I had gotten my iPhone repaired & was there to get the free iPhone 14, she told me the promotion ended on October 11. Obviously, I was not happy & I reminded her she had told me the promotion would be going for 2 weeks. She offered me the iPhone 13 & I declined because she had said the iPhone 14 would be free & the promotion was for 2 weeks. That was by far the worst customer service. At no point, did she check with her manager to see if the promotion could be granted. Unfortunately, Aubrynn needs some service recovery training. read more
