Complications with a free phone offer and various different deals offered depending on if you call in or if you visit a store or if you see the people at a kiosk, Skin Costco. This was about three days worth of work. And much more than we expected. However, when we visited this location of T-mobile retailers, we were immediately greeted by oscar who was very professional and kept a nice demeanor and tone while I was a little freaked out. Throwing up already frustrated. He passed me to Colleen who I have to say. It was one of the most professional and friendly humans. I've come into Contact in a long time. She knew everything about everything and she was so friendly. Friendly but real. An actual human that knew the product. If only everyone was like COLLEEN. If I could give a negative stars I would. Every time I go to the store people are unfriendly rude and have no clue what is going on. Even as many times I've had problems with the store I just went back today after I got off the phone with the T-Mobile customer support. They sent me here to pick up a phone to replace the one I'm having issues with when I arrived at the store they told me that the person that sent me here didn't know what they were doing and gave me misinformation there's nothing that they could do to help me but they could give me $25 off to purchase of a full price new phone. The manager here said and only kept talking about his bottom line and what his store can do and what he's responsible for and him him him every word out of his mouth was about himself and what his issues were. I am 83. I was trying to take my grandchild off of my T-Mobile account and add him to his mother's account. I was in Marina Del Rey at home and he was in a phone store in another city. We tried to do it with a 3 way phone call between us and customer service. It was a disaster!. I could not figure out how to do it. I had gotten a code from the ATT which I thought was all I needed. Wrong. I decided to go to the Marina Del Rey T-Mobile. store. Aaron helped me the first time I went. He was kind, patient and helpful. He spoke to my grandson on the phone and told me exactly what I needed to get from the ATT store. He spent plenty of time with me. I went home, gathered information and came back to the store. This time Colleen helped me. We got my grandson on the phone and she spent plenty of time so that everything was taken care of and his phone is now on his mother's account! It's been two weeks since I tried to purchase a home internet box and I am still waiting. I have been to two T-Mobile stores, talked to people on the customer service line. I was mailed a box that had a SIM card incorrectly inserted by the provider and had to return it. I have been with T-Mobile for a long time and I pay $300+ a month for various T-Mobile services for my family members. I find that when I put a bad review, all the sudden my services are solved faster because there is some social media rep from the company contacting me. But if you don't already have T-Mobile, try going with another service provider unless you want to wait more than two weeks or a two hour customer service wait on the phone. read more

I have my concerns for this locations as the employees has been better before and now it is not. Now they falsely tells me the phone is free and later I get the charge phone wikl with installments! So I am getting the bill $35 for 2 years where I specifically asked is it free. Or I would have not got the phone. And all the employees used to be white and changed to Spanish speakers to lied and now it is all Black English speakers to lied to customers and they are saying they can't help. Then what's the point on having an experts there for not helping the customers? And if I am going to make phone calls to 611, why are we having stores? When all the buys can be from 611 to ship to you. And all they say is call 611 and they do not know how to handle a problems. Maybe it should might as well all they say is stores should be with robots so they really help people. All they do is sit around and play their games on Phone and why am I even there? When we can get all T-Mobile Tuesdays gifts directly mailed out to us to our home rather than get it from store. If the store employees aren't experts and just sit around and does nothing to help with 10 employees working there? What's the point on having a non-worker work there? And they telling me to cut down the noise when they are talking Outloud with their customers? What kinds of workers are these? They all belong here? Or who's the HR to place these kinds of non-workers to pay their paychecks? Wasn't the T-Mobile a customer oriented place and now is it employees to just get paid and be a register machine? When they have a promotions. They have no signs up of free phones and now I see no signs of free phones in stores. Who buys phones that are worth $1800 and that like paying mortgages! Before it's free per Samsung and I phone. When they upgrade you a IPhone free from 11 pro max to 15! Are this location and other locations doing is to get free phone for themselves and make all the customers pay? Is all the employees getting the phone free in their pockets? T-Mobile used to be customers satisfaction but it sure isn't anymore. And why are prices going up when it should be all free phones! I had an insurance and they were to send me phone and want their phone defected item back by Asurion, when they just go back and send the items as refurbished and resend to customers? And telling me to pay for new phone and it is worth only $0, as Apple stop making this phones. They put me down for $1399 on my bill. And making me remove the auto pay, they are the ones who has said to remove it, when I didn't say. Now they can only give me $150 discount when yesterday 50% off the warranty amount, worse than the day before. When I said I can't even pay that amount! Cuz I am paying $1619 for the storage and I had been in an apartments with Spanish speaker maintenance who steals from my apartments and black English speakers who has been harassing me and stalking me and battery and criminal threats to kill me, and I am emotionally drain and distress from them and I am getting that here by harassment from the stores and 611 callings. My request: 1 my 8096 number of $1261.51 be removed (waive) off the bill when the phone is not worth anything 2 my 2050 number of $630.75 be removed (waived) off the bill of installment or is it $414.91( the expertise says it all different amount and throwing the amount) 3 bring two lines to $60 with no tax and fees as +55 up as it used to be! 4 bring back my 8332 number back to main line. 5 if any lines after that is $10 a line not $25-30 and auto pay makes discounts. Every time I go in it feels like a mission on how to ignore customers, likely to a "prior issue" that required corporates attention with a team member before . Jose, the manager has great leadership , His leadership style could be best described as ignorant and rude. He loves to run to the back the moment my husband and I walk in every time. When he does engage, he prefers to interrupt condescendingly rather than listen and still provide no help. Then we have Pablo , who seems blissfully unaware of where anything is but makes up for it with sarcasm and throwing a temper tantrum. Terrible service. My data service cuts off for no.reason, slows after I surpass a certain time of spent event hough it clearly states "unlimited" talk and text, the products they sell are garbage. I've bought half a dozen battery banks and within a month or two they either take forever to charge or just stop workin working When I attempted to return it with receipt they state they can't return my money and that the item needs to be returned with packaging returned intact. But the worst part is customer infective. The clerks are absolutely clueless about their products, terms and conditions and return policies. I don't switch to another carrier out of convenience. Terrible customer service from the store manager Jennifer Brito. Her rude demeanor both over the phone and in person made me wish I didn't have to purchase a phone at this location. It was the only place I found what I was looking for so unfortunately I had to give her my business. This girl needs to remember that she is in customer service. Just dropped $900 bucks on a new phone and had a terrible experience with Jennifer in the process. If she can't multitask without keeping her cool and having a pleasant attitude at work maybe she should not be working with customers. She is the frontline face of the company and it's a terrible one. I'll be putting in a corporate complaint as well. T-Mobile expert Alissa Mendia was friendly and professional. She understood my disability/limitations and patiently instructed me how to: download the T-Mobile app and T-Mobile Tuesdays; create a new account changing my email address & password; make a payment, and then set up autopay; use "Settings" to back up my phone, plus extend login time.
