Needed a new IPhone for my son and so in I went and out I went. Long time AT&T customer so I walked in and 2 people were in the store. A security guards and one employee. So the seemed to be bothered employee asked me what i wanted. I sain an IPhone 17 and he said with a miserble attitude all he had was lavender and I said that probably won't work. I asked any other options like an Iphone 16 or somthing he said no. I asked when will you get more of a supply and he said who knows. I asked him if another store may have one he said who knows. I don't think I have ever met a sales person with such a miserable attitude. I left. Yes, found another store with plenty inventory. Beware of this store as a total joke and jerk. read more

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. I have been an AT&T customer for 30 years, and this was the worst customer-service experience I have ever had. The employee helping me was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping me. He spoke to me as though my questions were an inconvenience and seemed confused about the entire upgrade process. The store did not have any of the three phones I wanted to see, so I was expected to choose an expensive phone from photos. When I asked about the $150 charge, his explanation kept changing--first he said it was for shipping, then he said it was taxes. Instead of clearly explaining the charges, he became more dismissive and made me feel like I was being difficult simply for asking reasonable questions. I hesitantly agreed to order the phone, but almost immediately realized the entire situation was unacceptable and that I wanted to cancel so I could explore other options. When I went back and asked for help canceling, he offered no assistance and simply told me to call customer service. There was no effort to correct the situation, take responsibility, or make sure the order was actually stopped. The employee's attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. If AT&T is trying to lose loyal customers of 30 years, they succeeded. I will be moving to T-Mobile and would never recommend this location. read more

Beware of this store. I came in to cancel one line and upgrade my phone but later discovered that the line had never been cancelled and that an additional line had been added to my account without my knowledge. I am now being charged for a line I do not even have a phone for. To make matters worse, the employee linked my upgraded phone to that unauthorized line, which has made the situation even harder to fix. When I went back to the store, the manager acknowledged there was a problem but said the employee no longer worked there and that there was nothing they could do. A fraud case was opened with AT&T, but after weeks of follow-up, I was sent in circles between the fraud team, customer service, and live chat with no resolution. This has been an exhausting and frustrating experience. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly caution others to carefully review any changes made to their account at this store. read more

I just traded up to a 15, and made clear to the sales person that I'm on a fixed income and didn't want it to cost me too much. I was okay with the increase in my monthly charge, to finance my new phone. I was told I had to change plans, and it wouldn't cost me any more money above the new charge for the phone. Okay then. It wasn't until today that I found out he enrolled me in the Device protection plan that costs another 17 dollars a month above my base plan and finance cost. I'm guessing he gets a commission for the protection plan. I don't know, but enrolling me without mentioning it, and after I made clear that I'm on a fixed income, is seriously dishonest. I've been coming to this store location for years never had a problem there's parking in the back, I entered from the back. Note, I've always entered from the back, but the last two times I've been here the door has been locked, but no sign indicating that the entrance is now only open in the front, I mentioned this to the sales person helping me. She seems to think that the whole world already knows that entering from the back is no longer possible, but there is not a sign. I have come to this location three times thinking it was closed as in closed down. I guess I'm the only idiot, at least thats the way I was made to feel. I'll try another store where mind reading is not part of the experience. Also consider putting the hours on the door if you're not going to make a sign that says entrance in the front. She also shared the homeless problem in the back where I parked. There is a 311 phone number for this. I don't see anyone around but walking around the building in an alley to get to the front door where there is possible homeless you could possibly consider a ring door bell for the back parking entrance. The moment we walked in the gentleman who was available to help us had an underlying attitude the whole time.. He did not greet us kindly, say hello, or look up at us but rather was highly passive aggressive and condescending/rude. **This is the worst customer service from an associate at ATT we have ever experienced due to his smug behavior** After mentioning we didn't appreciate his attitude his manager spoke up at us telling us to leave and defended him.. We are reporting this to corporate and have even provided an image of the associate who helped us so very unprofessionally. I came into the store late last night and Sergio went out of his way to help me. He was so patient and walked me through everything, and had my phone working in under 15 minutes. As a former AT&T employee who had worked at multiple stores, I'm so familiar with the company's systems and processes. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience by poor customer service and unfriendly/rude employees at this store last night. Last night, my girlfriend and I visited the store to upgrade her phone to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, we were ignored for 10 minutes after entering the store. After waiting patiently for 10 minutes, a representative named Babby (the bold guy) entered the store and Instead of assisting us, he started playing with his phone. When I asked him for help he rudely said "OK" as if he was doing us a favor. I told him that we wanted to upgrade a phone and said we had to place an order because the iPhones at the store are linked to a promotion that requires you to get a new line. Bobby didn't know that I used to work for ATT before and I'm so familiar with the games they play at the store. They don't want to sell the iPhones to the customers if they can't make money out of it. I called customer service (611) and explained the situation to the representative. They confirmed that there was no such promotion and that the store was obligated to upgrade our phone. However, when the customer service representative requested to speak with Bobby, he refused to talk with a very rude attitude. The customer service representative asked Bobby to call the manager and Bobby said there is no manager. The customer service representative was shocked by his behavior. I refused to leave the store until I could speak with a manager. Then Nataly, another store representative, intervened, recognizing that the situation was getting worse for them. Nataly offered to assist us with a rude attitude, as if she were doing us a favor. Throughout the entire process, the customer service representative remained on the phone listing the my conversations in the store. Nataly, brought out the iPhone that Bobby had claimed was only for adding a new line. However, Nataly was the worst representative I've ever seen during my career at AT&T and as a customers of 15 years. She failed to explain the process or the promotion. Even after I requested a receipt, she didn't provide one until I refused to leave the store without it. the customer service representative was on the phone the entire time listening to all everything that happen in the store. The customer service representative checked our account to verify Nataly's work, and to make sure she applied the correct promotion. Nataly put the receipt on the table and left us immediately. It's unfortunate to witness the decline in AT&T customer service compared to the time I used to work there. I strongly advise against visiting this store, especially Bobby and Nataly. They are unprofessional, rude, and dishonest, prioritizing their own commissions over customer satisfaction. I will take every step to escalate this matter to the highest levels of management at AT&T. read more

Pretty sketchy for a phone store. Keep in mind these are NOT AT&T employees, they are authorized retailers. They wear an AT&T uniform but they work for mywireless. I had to get a new phone and my mom sent me the current deal of a new iPhone 15 for $5.99 a month. They were trying to charge me $15 until I got up and told them to cancel the whole transaction. Miraculously the deal went down to $5.99 after that but never trust an authorized retailer. Only going to REAL AT&T after this. The minute you walk in this store, you feel horrible customer service coming your way. After speaking to 3 employees I get an education for my brand new iphone case cover that I simply want to exchange. Once they realize I have an AT&T account and have been authorized, the tone slightly changes. However the Manager Daisy looks for every possible reason to avoid making a trade in value for a different case. Not only is this a horrible company for making everything a problem mixed with their own mistakes, but it seems management finds pleasure in leaving you upset at the same time. Yet when I walk in a Target store, 20 minutes later, they kindly offer me the full amount including tax on a gift card. I called ATT corporate and they were simpathetic to the situation and are aware the local stores run this scam. The third line is inacive but they won't remove the charges from my account. This branch has some of the worst customer service I have seen. When I got a new phone in September I was wrongly told that I could stack a trade in promo with a first net promo. After having called att customer service multiple times about this problem for the past two months and coming to the store in person twice, I have no resolution on the problem and they seem to be sitting on their hands. No one has reached out and I cannot get confirmation from them that they have reached out to corporate regarding my billing issues. For reference it was Victor who told me this bogus information about stacking the promos and now I'm faced with a bill that is much higher than initially quoted to me as well as the headache of having to drive 30 min here to get resolution on this billing issue. I don't recommend this branch at all. Try the Sepulveda location for more helpful people. THIS IS NOT A 4.5 STAR LOCATION ACCORDING TO GOOGLE. Useless and rude manager, aka Nate/Nathaniel Fulkinson. Our service person was struggling with an issue. We observed him approaching Nate multiple times for guidance and all he got were curt replies. Nate knew that our person was having problems yet not once did he check in on us. We were there for over an hour for what should have been a simple phone exchange transaction. Eventually my husband approached the both of them to ask what was taking so long to which Nate unprofessionally said "He is helping you, isn't he?" After that, I walked over to Nate to ask for business card(didn't have any). I kid you not - he spent the next minute or 2 looking for something to write his info. on. I even offered him a piece of paper. He then got up from his desk and walk to the back room. He basically went to hide. With the lack of in-store support, my husband called AT&T customer service to see if they can help us out. Eventually, after about 15 minutes, he reappeared, hoping I no longer want his info. The worst part of Nate's inept ability to manage is by choosing not to help out his own employee, he is hurting AT&T's customers. read more

ATT has the most overprice plans and terrible customers care. They add unauthorized charges to my already overprice bill. Call customer service 4 times today, they all gave me different reasons why they are charging me $130 more ( one I call to do a upgrade to a unlimited plan they said it would cost only $30 ) . There were a lot of "one"'time hiding fees that they never told me and $30 became extra $130. My plan was already 240$ and went to 370 - for 4 lines of unlimited data - All the other carriers offer 4 lines from 100-180 - Att is a joke- abusing of their customer read more
