I had to change a number from a different number and it was a whole ordeal. The rep patiently walked me through it and sat with me as we had to dial corporate. Corporate was a terrible experience but 2 reps and 1.5 hours later was mostly able to get there. Needed another 30 min with in store rep to finally finish. A terrible 3 hour experience but reps definitely helped as much as possible and common issue was corporate. Would recommend. Fast in store internet. Plenty of plaza parking. read more

Avoid this business. I bought a new iPhone and they could not successfully help me set it up. Eventually, they sent me to the Apple store to complete the setup and still charged me a $40 setup fee. They will charge $70 to apply a screen protector and upsell a bunch of overpriced accessories ($50 for wall charger and $50 for phone case) that cannot be returned or exchanged even if unopened. If you're buying an iPhone, go to the Apple store. I learned there while fixing the setup this store could not complete that they will work with your phone carrier to apply existing deals. Also, this store is NOT a Verizon store and only an authorized dealer, which gave me no leverage in complaining about the poor customer service. Zero stars if I could. read more

Went to this 'authorized reseller' because I needed my phone activated to my account. They wouldn't do it without an outrageous fee and told me to go to a corporate store a half hour drive away, and I don't have a car. They wouldn't allow me to use their phone to call corporate Verizon to get it activated either. I was the only customer in the store. Make sure to go to the CORPORATE stores for all services, including purchasing phones and accessories and new line activations since this location is unable to do simple tasks without nickel and diming people. Very unhelpful today. I will not be back to purchase phones or accessories here. read more

When I walked in, it seemed like I was annoying the guy sitting down. When he came to help me and I asked him what my options were. He only gave me one option. When I asked him about the promotion for the iPad and the I watch, he made it seem like it was too expensive and I wouldn't be able to afford it. He was not helpful at all and when I said, thank you and tried to leave he let me walk to the doors that were locked and just stared at me until I asked him if these doors open or not and he said no. Well, I can say that Verzion is better than ever having to deal with T Mobile. Beyond that, all I can say is Verizon is the only game in town so I am stuck with them. I went in to get my phone activated, I had bought it at Best Buy. It took over 3 hours. The person waiting on me had no desire to really help me, all he wanted to talk about was some program I did not want or need, and then he signed me up for it without my permission. He claimed to know little about my new Google phone, despite the fact that they had sold them for a year before the new 6 came out. He had a terrible time switching my information from one phone to another, but he sure had a fine time signing me up for something I did not, do not want. The inventory is lacking. Everything is over priced. He put my screen protector on and did not tell me I would be charged 10$ for 1 minute of work on top of the fee to switch the phone. I can't wait until a decent competitor comes along. read more

I will never go to another Verizon store: Mike was PHENOMENAL. # 1 he came to help me right as I came in and didn't make me wait around while he joked with other employees (like they usually do), #2 he made an effort to see if they had the phone I wanted, #3 he was smart and knew what he was talking about, #4 he was helpful and kept me from buying things I didn't need, #5 he actively looked for deals I was eligible for and #6 he was friendly: I had been dreading upgrading my iphone for months because before today I have never had an experience interacting with Verizon that wasn't complicated, aggravating, disappointing and frustrating and that didn't require me coming back multiple times. I came after a job interview to inquire about a new phone line with Verizon on Washington and supelveda and Michael helped me out and told me the whole get down of the plans and why they don't compete against other companies. He assured me that the quality speaks for itself and it made me feel comfortable with the prices and plans I was inquiring about. Although my credit history isn't the best Michael went out of his way to get me a 700 dollar credit limit. I mentioned how spectrum has me at 60 dollars for Internet and he emphasized how I'd be paying roughly the same price or less with reoccurring payment plan set up. Although I didn't take home the phone today I'm coming next week to add a new phone line to my account. He was straight forward and helpful. We had an issue with establishing an account but he went out of his way to set me up right. All I need to do is come next week and pay my down payment on the new phone and walk out happy AGAIN!
