    Severely understaffed! Long wait with only 2 employees dealing with customers

    It's the holidays , one week before Christmas and the place is severely under understand. I've been waiting here for over 20 minutes just to drop off a piece of equipment. I have no idea how a corporate office has no clue about how to staff a place at this time of year. I hope I never have to come back here. It has nothing to do with the employees or their attitude it has to do with the fact that you're just not enough of them for the amount of customers.

    Great customer service no hesitation was very friendly great attitude and left with a smile.

    I wish I could give less than one star. Our internet went down last week. It turned out that a Spectrum wire had been chewed by a squirrel and they needed to run new wire from our house to the pole. But after replacing their wire, our internet was still down. Over 2 days, they sent out 3 different teams as each team claimed what was needed took a different department. In the process of trying to find the problem, they CUT the low voltage wire that we had installed that brought our internet service to our detached office. They refused to replace the wire as it is not part of their equipment. Now we have had to pay independent contractors to discover what they had done and to run a new wire. We lost 3 days of work without internet access and while waiting to get the wiring done are working with a a temporary work around. If you have them out, I strongly suggest you watch what they are doing every minute!

    Walked into a store in Santa Monica to start service but they didn't have the equipment in stock so they sent me to the location on Mindanao Way. I've waited for over an hour. The staff was originally 4, but two left while a long line of customers stacked up. A couple customers voiced frustration and were met with rude and snippy staff members. I hope this is not a sign of how their service will be - as I just signed up for service!

    More staff. Wait times are excruciating. Staff is friendly at least! Spectrum needs to stop being so cheap and hire more employees.

Bill is a person who can educate, calmly relay information about upgrading to an iPhone, and eventually teach and communicate everything necessary to learn about an iPhone upgrade and change. I cannot say enough about Bill's patience, follow-through, customer service, and everything else that is needed to feel comfortable with the iPhone change. He should be acknowledged for how well he handles questions and works with a senior citizen. Bill is a person who needs to be recognized, as he has patience beyond what I am used to and takes into account where you are with your knowledge and understanding of an iPhone, especially when upgrading. I can't say enough positive things about Bill in this store, as my experience was so pleasant that he needs to be acknowledged by all leadership above him.     came in to upgrade my phone and get a new iphone, but was met with one of the worst employees…read more super apathetic, could care less about his job. gave me 1 worded responses the entire time. ended up leaving and would rather just order the phone online. I didn't get his name, but he had the "Edgar" cut and a sleeve of tattoos. plenty of people want to work right now - do your job or someone else will.

    I think this dude Ash who works there sees a different plane in the universe around us. Just bought…read morean iPhone 2 months previous and I was walking in with a broken camera and screen; Apple wouldn't fix it cause it had water damage. I walked into this store expecting nothing, really I was stretching for a limb to the universe to inevitably take it hard and store my karma for a solid later on in life. When I walked in, I saw this guy Ash just tapping his iPad like a cyborg from the future. Compulsive, in tune, and filled with the hyper-focus for a surgeon's stich. I knew right away he was as crazy as I was in the best way ever. I legit stopped caring about my phone, just so interested in how he was about to approach my situation. He kept telling me, "I'll be with you in a second buddy" as he saved this father and daughter a TON OF MONEY on their bill. Finally I was up. I told him my situation and honestly I don't know what he did. He kept bashing on that iPad like he was breaking the code in a sci-fi movie and he just.... well I don't know, broke the code. I saw him 19 minutes before they closed and he handed me a brand new iPhone 17pro about 11 minutes before they closed. I'm paying a tiny bit more per month but I have another line now? I don't know, I just don't know. This dude Ash should be awarded a medal of honor from Verizon, a hall pass in purgatory, and a solid cheers from God. Cheers to him and this store.
