The T‑Mobile store provided one of the worst customer experiences I've had. I came in to buy a charger, nothing more. Two employees were helping customers, while two others stood in the back doing nothing. Despite this, Sophia checked us in and insisted we wait as if we needed a full consultation just to purchase a charger. When we questioned the delay, Sophia responded rudely and unprofessionally. Her exaggerated hand gestures and dismissive attitude made the interaction feel disrespectful and unnecessary. This kind of behavior reflects poor training and creates an unwelcoming environment that can easily escalate situations and damage T‑Mobile's reputation. read more

We have been T-Mobile customers for five years. It is the best cell service in the North Valencia area imo. This store location in particular has been a nice store for sales and service. The employees are knowledgable and the few times I have been there I have not had a long wait and the experience has been positive. read more

I should have listened to the 1 star reviews. I walked in and no one greeted us. They were busy so I get it but a family walked in after us and they went to attend them, still with no acknowledgment to us, so we left. Take your business elsewhere. If it was possible to give a negative star review I would. Just hand down the worst T mobile and the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I work retail so I know customers can be grouchy, I know what it's like to be behind and have people breathing down your neck. I get that they're under paid and over worked (we all are) but hands down I will never go back. T mobile hasn't lost my business (a little of my respect but who cares right?) but that location has lost my business permanently and I'll happily share my experience with family, friends, potential customers, and corporate. This store and its members are awful. I have nothing nice to say in this review. The customer service was awful and almost non exist. I waited for over an hour and half after checking in before anyone even acknowledged me. Sadly out of my frustration I explained to deaf ears how long the wait time was and I was greeted by a fellow customer how explained she had been waiting in her car for over 2 hours before she was called up. Then she said she had been waiting an additional 1 and half hours. That's 3 hours and 30 minutes. I unfortunately exclaimed! That's f#####ing ridiculous that's nuts! The customer agreed with me and and so did the rest of the store that had been thee waiting just as long. I'm at a loss for word and I'm done with this location for life. read more

I had THE WORST experiences at the Magic Mtn/McBean location. It was a week day and early. I initially went in just to purchase a charger, not to mention I was on a time crunch as my son was in the hospital. Upon my entering the store, it was full of customers, and only 1 gentleman helping. No one came up to take names and place on a waiting list. I seen an older gentleman frustrated and sat next to him. I asked "Is there only 1 rep here today?" Angrily he answered "Nope. All the others ran to the back. It seems theyre either taking their lunch or break at the same time." I was shocked. I asked if anyone at least walked around to take names in order on their pad obtaining information as to what they needed. His response was NO and he was getting frustrated because it seems that store doesnt care. I walked around for what I was looking for, and although I grabbed the wrong cord, as I needed a longer one, I was close to the door where all the other employees were and said loudly - WHERE ARE ALL THE EMPLOYEES? THIS POOR GUY IS THE ONLY ONE OUT HERE AND THE STORE HAS ALOT OF CUSTOMERS NEEDING ASSISTANCE. In about 5 minutes of my doing that, slowly the employees trickled out to help. I was sent a survey and gave a 1 star stating i was unhappy due to the lack of unprofessionalism. Sarah the store manager sent me a request for us to talk. I advised the days and time I was available. Friday at 1:30 (when my email CLEARLY stated to please call after 2:30 pm) she called and left a message. Once I was off, on my way home I called her. A young man answered the phone stating quickly he would let her know I am on hold. To no surprise I was left on hold for 10 minutes without anyone, or her picking up. I used to tell family and friends even business associates to go with TMobile, sadly ever since John Leger left, and the merge with SPRINT - whom I left to join TMobile due to THEIR LACK OF, it seems the quality of TMobile has dropped. You may get the best service when youre swithching over, but buyer beware. Once youre a client you loose the priority. I have been to other stores and it seems its the same quality. I WILL NO LONGER SEND ANYONE TO TMOBILE. THE ONLY ONE IS VALENCIA that actually gave me great service - unless that changed too. read more

We were former T-Mobile customers but decided to cancel our contract after 12 years and go with someone who was less money and the customer service was better. Because we are disputing the last bill customer service said we needed to go to the store and get something to reset so we could talk to them...yes, they knew who we were, but they wanted us to go to the store, talk to someone in person (during a pandemic) and then hopefully we can call them again. We were helped out when we were there by Ceasar who was very professional, but after HE talked to customer service himself he wasn't able to help us because of the T-Mobile service and we will need to call in again. However, Ceasar did a good job and when we were there the employees all seemed professional and they were only allowing 10 people in the new location at once. I came into this store in a very stressed-out state because my phone was completely broken. I was helped by Mike, Michael, Ismael, and Marcus as we tried to troubleshoot solutions and each one was truly an angel. I was on the verge of tears and they were extremely kind as they offered me multiple solutions for my problem. They were able to fix my phone, update my account, and they helped me identify an upgrade that I could actually afford. Honestly, when I entered the store I expected to leave in tears, but Mike, Michael, Ismael, and Marcus completely saved the day (note: it was my birthday). I'm 7 months pregnant with a 3-year-old and I was able to leave with the lifeline of a functioning phone. As I sat in the store waiting for my phone to be updated and repaired, I heard the other customers speaking to them very rudely. Somehow, every single employee in that store was incredibly patient and kind. Right now, every store in the country is understaffed and these employees are risking their own health to help us every single day. I have no idea how each managed to remain so patient and helpful while the customers disrespected them but they all deserve a raise, hazard pay, and extended vacation time. read more

This location has always been good to me even when it was with Sprint. I never needed that much help from the employees here but when I do they're always professional and friendly (even when I arrive 5 minutes before closing). I have never been here when it's super busy as I always chose off hours and weekdays when I come in. I always get my business done within 15 minutes. I've only been helped by Cesar and I definitely recommend visitors to look for him if they want exceptional service. read more

T mobil is a straight ripoff. I've called several times to have issues worked on, only to have the phone get worse. Their automatic updates make the phone run worse everytime and now T mobil is telling me I can't use 5G where I'm located....it worked the first 6 months I was there. These clown can't fix anything and if you start making any noise, they do things like make your called ID nor show you or show you as a scam caller. After 20 years with Verizon I decided to look in to making a change. I walked in to this T Mobile location and was immediately checked in and promptly had Jesus walking me through my different options for my family. It took 45 minutes to get to this point at my local Verizon store. Jesus was AWESOME and incredibly patient with my constantly changing plans and even stayed after hours as our new phones finished transferring all of our old information. Worst service ever. Trying to get any information from the salesperson was like pulling teeth. Seriously, I went in ready to upgrade to iPhone 12. I wanted to know the differences which I was told NOTHING but price and he would give me one word answers and then told me that the promotion was over and to wait another month--okay, that was nice but it was crazy how he didn't do anything to help me choose a phone and I left just as confused as when I walked in. Not only did I wait 3 hours in the store just to be lied to about my options on trading in my phone, I spent an entire day without cellular service because an employee forgot to insert my chip even after I brought up that she didn't add a chip into my new phone! To make things worse, i lost all my photos from the last three months after being "assisted" with ensuring my iCloud backed up everything. All my pictures of youth group, birthdays, self growth, and overall first semester of college are gone thanks to their lack of genuine care for costumer service. read more
