I had a very positive experience here. I was returning an old 5g router that had been replaced by mail. I had to bring it in because Verizon couldn't seem to deliver the return shipping label by mail or email. I had expected some kind of "whatever" level of service and instead they were great. They identified that Verizon support hd replaced my old router with another old router and that I could have gotten the faster new one. They did this swap for me quickly. WORST experience ever -- Verizon is a scam. Stay away from this store and Verizon!! I deeply regret switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. I was promised a lower monthly bill -- instead, I got more than double what I used to pay. I signed up for 5 lines, but Verizon fraudulently added 7 lines without my knowledge or consent, plus insurance I explicitly declined (I already had AppleCare). Clearly done to boost commissions or get credits. I was also told connection fees would be waived -- they weren't. My first bill was nearly $400, compared to $269 with T-Mobile. Coverage? Horrible. I rely on my phone for business and was told service would be strong. The internet is painfully slow, and calls constantly drop. I called to cancel within the first week. The rep convinced me not to because I'd get back my 3 trade-in devices. Weeks went by -- no devices. When I called again, they admitted it was a mistake and that my devices were gone, but they'd offer market value instead. I returned Verizon's devices, canceled within 3-4 weeks, and bought new phones to return to T-Mobile. Now Verizon wants $3,200 in cancellation fees. For two months, I've been calling customer service. I can't get a supervisor on the phone. No one will help. If you're experiencing the same -- please reach out. if I could leave a negative review I would. we were so excited to get the gizmo watches for our daughters from Verizon. we have had nothing but issues with their customer service. almost feels like I'm on a hidden camera show it's that bad. being thrown around from one customer service agent to the next, being told lies over and over again regarding our shipment, our bills, everything the customer service agent just says whatever they need to to please you at the time even though it's all a lie. You spent 4.5 hours on the phone with them two weeks in a row, with no resolution just broken promises. Called again today and was told again my order is delayed and they have no answers for me except it should be there tomorrow which is what I keep being told day after day.. hard to believe at this point. Every-time I request to speak with a supervisor they find a way around transferring me.. or the supervisor I speak with makes promises that don't come true or transfer me without telling me to a different dept. I've never in my life experienced such bad customer service. I will be canceling our lines and never going to go back or refer anyone to Verizon. that's for sure. read more

Worst customer service ever! Today I came to this store ready to get a new phone. A hispanic heavy set female employee, sitting at a counter and playing with her phone. She finally notices and offer "help" never getting off her chair. I asked her to advise on the quality features between flip and fold. She was exceptionally lazy, unresourceful, and unethical; and instead recommended me Best Buy or some other store. I Asked her to show me the phone so I can see how the phones feel in my hands. She failed in every possible way to help me and kept shaving her stupid screen to my face instead of showing me actual phones. If I wanted an online shopping, I would buy on line. Verizon LOVES to screw over its customers. This is the second time I've had a Verizon agent tell me to my face that they won't make any changes to my plan, and then proceed to do so anyway so that I'm being charged more money. This is the first time it happened to me at this location. I was in on Thursday because my line was eligible for a new iPhone with a trade in. While there, Sabrina was helping us. We stated more than once that we did not want to make any changes to the line besides the trade in and upgrade to the new phone. We also asked for confirmation more than once that they wouldn't be changing anything else, and she confirmed. Lo and behold, we get an email update of changes to the plan, including changing my line to a more expensive plan that I didn't ask for. They also added Netflix and HBO, which also costs extra. When my mom went in today to clear up the issue, suddenly there was in fact a need to change to a more expensive plan in order to get the upgrade. The kicker? Sabrina denied knowing who my mom was and that she didn't remember helping her Even though we have her phone number and a text message from her on my mom's phone. Which is actually insane but hey. I'd give negative 1000 stars if possible. We came into this store just trying to turn the hotspot back on in our cradlepoint. They basically told us no unless we get a business account with them and sign up for 2 new lines. A LIE. ALEX VENTURA is a scam artist. He promised a deal of $170 a month for 4 phones and our hotspot. Our first bill was $658, he refused to answer and calls regarding the case. ALEX also setup our hotspot as a random address in Arizona when we told him we do business in Santa Clarita, then he told us there is nothing he could do to fix his mistake and call customer service, and if you are familiar with Verizon customer service it takes ALL day and you get no solution. Our phones that he forced us into getting also did not work. So now our business has no personal phones, no business phones and no wifi all because ALEX's EXTREME incompetence. I personally reached out over 100 times to Alex over a 4 month span to get this fixed. I was on the customer service line for over 10-15 hours PER WEEK and NEVER GOT A SOLUTION. So now we are forced to pay over $700 a month for something we didn't even ask for just so our credit doesn't get dinged. ALEX VENTURA is the worst individual I have ever attempted to work with. He had us in the store for 5 hours the first day and gave us two Iphone16, didn't setup any account for us and let us walk out of the store. After me repeatedly asking to sign something in writing that validates the deal. To this day there is no contract on file. Just him making up prices and adding add-ons to our account so he can make his $7.50 commission a month. A low life sam artist at his best. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. 4 months in and they wish to charge us over $2,800. You try to fix the problem and all you get is broken english and people who couldn't care less about helping you. We wasted hours, days, weeks and now months of working through telecommunications..... Which is half our business model... paid an obscene amount of money and the electronics we are paying for didn't even work half the time. && keep in mind this is a corporate store. VERIZON gives themselves a terrible name. They do not care how bad their professionalism is because they know people need telecommunications regardless. An absolute unhonest, grimey, piece of sh*t company. The only way we got anywhere with them, on fixing even the smallest mistake after 4 months, was to get my lawyer on the line. It still took us 6 hours to even get a supervisor's name. They all protect the agenda of purposefully giving bad customer service and just "sending me to a different department". Unless you want to be robbed and have your credit ruined, don't switch to Verizon. They had some of their techs offering "free" trial equipment for a month. I tried it, did not like and returned the equipment to avoid any charges (i have the receipt) then some time later i get a notice that i owe $219 for equipment which i thought ok maybe they sent this out before I returned the equipment but then it turns out they sent my account to collections, my credit score tanked and and now im in the process of trying to dispute it. If you work or live in Santa Clarita Valley and you are thinking about switching to Verizon Wireless, DO NOT switch! I moved to Santa Clarita 2 years ago and I have been having on-and-off service issues. It's especially noticeable in the Valencia area, by The Promenade Shopping Center or the mall. I never had these types of service issues when I lived in the San Fernando Valley or Hollywood area. At first, I thought these issues were because of a defective phone or that it was too old, but even when I updated my phone to the latest 5G I still had the same issues. I even went to this store/location to talk to the sales representative, and he was more focused on upgrading the plan that I was on (to the "5G play more") rather than really trying to figure out my concerns. The guy at the store asked me to upgrade three times when I was there. I was not convinced that switching was going to help, and I was right. I ended up getting the play more 4 months later because I received a discount, but even now that I did that, my service has not improved much. Yesterday, I spent from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm trying to get service on my phone. It would constantly cycle through "No Service" - "4G" - "5G" and then again back to "No Service". During this time, I was not able to make or receive phone calls, text message, check emails, go on social media, etc. Every time I call or message Verizon about this matter, they say there's a "signal issue", but this happens way too frequently. It's extremely frustrating. Lastly, I have some friends in this area who said they changed carriers because of how unpredictable and inconsistent the service is out here. Every day, I am constantly bewildered by incompetence with seemingly simple tasks. Paid online to upgrade my daughters' smart watches to pick up via an Express locker. I entered both daughters' numbers in the locker, and I was unable to retrieve the phones due to an 'error'. I had to go in the store to seek the help from a cohort of around 8-9 associates congregating with idle time. The sole female representative kindly came to my assistance. Instead of seeking why the numbers I entered didn't work, she asked for my ID. She was a tad older, and like any millennial, I always run out of the house with my phone (including digital copy of ID) and car keys. She then proceeded to berate me for "driving without a license", and made it seem impossible to retrieve these phones. Her manager saw the debacle from a distance and gave her the "OK" to provide me these watches from this treasured locker. Low and behold, I get home to activate- the store activated NEW numbers instead of upgrading the EXISTING numbers- hence, why the locker would not open when I input the existing numbers. This associate wanted to spend more time questioning me on my ID than realizing WHY the lockers wouldn't open. Frankly, I am used to getting racially profiled in SCV and would not typically care. But this paired with the store's blatant incompetence has left me speechless. read more

But when my iPhone X required a new SIM card (because I had dropped it, and had to mail it to Tennessee to be fixed, erased, then sent back to me, on Christmas Eve) I really needed this visit to go well. He told me he can't help unless I am physically in the store, which is b.s. I told him I did this earlier today with someone in Oregon so why can't he do it? I had the worst experience with a customer service representative at this corporate Verizon store. From the moment you walk in, you get a "welcome"' from the training they receive. Ten minutes later they approach you to check- in. About 10 minutes later, you are finally helped. The person who assisted us was dripping with condescension like she was doing me a favor just by speaking. This person showed a sense of fake patience, cutting me off mid-sentence several times as if I was an 8-year old child whenever, I asked a question. The passive-aggressive behavior was beyond unprofessional. There was no hint of joy or care in her voice--the rep clearly hates the job and plays the role of "excellent" service. The fakest part? The rep would throw in these forced, syrupy lines like "do you have anymore questions, sir " lines that felt like a slap in the face after her awful attitude which wreaked "please don't come again". Unfortunately, the corporate store sometimes are the only ones to provide support, but brace yourself or avoid this place if you want to be treated with any respect. We've been Verizon customers since they were Cingular so we know the purchase drill. Nope, not at this store. We walked in mid morning on a Saturday. The store seemed but we soon realized that it mostly employees. No one greeted us. NO ONE! We walked over to the phone displays . The set up was clunky at best. We stood waiting for help. We watched an employee walk out from the back, iPad in hand, look around the store and then returned to the back. I started to walk to the counter where 2 employees seemed to be enjoying each other's company. As I approached, I stopped another employee & asked for help. He said "what do you need?" Me, " 1st, please cover you nose with your mask (I wasn't a b*%ch but I was direct) and please explain the difference between the Samsung 20 and 21". Him, " here, look at this phone and you can see the differences." So, all he did was tell us to read the differences and the compare tab. We didn't need to drive, park and wait. Why is it my husband's phone is working and again...my iPhone/Verizon service is showing SOS and I can't make or receive calls? Spent the whole dealing with the same problem. Went to the local verizon store nearby (Canyon Country) and the young guy service rep there I think was playing a game on his computer and couldn't be bothered to try and help. I ended up going the Bouquet Cyn store after they sent me a new (older) iphone 12 phone to replace mine. The newer phone has had problems since I got it. Does anyone use Mint out here? First off, I would like to thank David fir helping me get access to my account after being locked out. That was helpful. Now for the 1-star review. While David appeared friendly and helpful, he was actually scamming my wife and daughter her were in the store upgrading phones. This is how the scam works: First, they offer an exceptional credit like $800 off your new phone. But what they don't tell you is that to get the credit, YOU HAVE to upgrade from your $30 a month plan to a new $62 (plus aggregated taxes and fees) a month plan. Let's do the math ... $32x36 months = $1152. So of course, there is no $800 savings but a $352 profit. Way to take advantage of an 18-year-old David. Of course, my wife should have caught it but she was also being scammed by David in a similar fashion. She is now paying $12 more a month for her line for the privilege of a $9 credit. $12 more a month also adds additional taxes and surcharges so technically a few dollars more. This is a bait and switch scam. By a major corporation. Please do the math before falling for any of these deals. Explore the option of paying for your phone separately, buying it elsewhere or getting it online. Oh yeah, one last thing. David added all these additional addons my wife and daughter did not ask or request. I promptly removed them online. Also, don't buy an overpriced case in this store. Do some research and order one online for a much better price. It just adds on to this supposed credit. Needless to say, watch David closely if he is ever helping you. read more

All they'll tell you to do is call their customer service line and wait 50 minutes on hold. What is the point of having a store If I can't walk in and have the employees help with transferring lines and purchasing a new phone. They will not take anything back, even if the previous employee said you could. They wasted my time telling me I can bring in my phone trade in, and my internet box only for them to turn around and say they can't take it, that I need to ship it myself. With the major outage due to the tower in Santa Clarita your new home, Valencia, being damaged, Blad and Elisa were super calm and helpful. There was a large group of people outside, waiting for the store to open and they were just all up in arms. Elisa let everybody know that there wasn't anything they can do walked them through what to do to try to make their phones work with Wi-Fi. but my phone needed to have the eSIM card reactivated because the customer service on the phone deactivated it and couldn't do it remotely. Blad was super got my phone working so I was able to get access. My father is in the hospital and I was a wreck, but he helped me through it calmly, and now it works and I can be in touch with him. These two are truly amazing and great employees. Please make sure their manager Bo is aware of how wonderful they were and are. read more

PART I: We visited the corporate store on bouquet Canyon in Santa Clarita, California. We walked in the store at 6:28 PM on August 24th, 2021. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a tall gentleman and he asked what brought us in today. I explained that we needed to do an exchange on a phone on my daughters account. I handed him the receipt for the original purchase and as he overlooked it he told me they may not have the phone that I want in stock (I never told him which phone I wanted to exchange the one we had for) and also said if they were able to get to me by 7 PM, closing time, they would but if not I may have to come back later. He proceeded to add our names to the list and said there's one person in front of you. I told him, "that's fine we will wait until you guys get to us even if it's past seven since we were already in the store". I proceeded by saying, "I used to work for Verizon corporate store, so I know that once you're in the store you were supposed to be helped". He said, "The rules have changed". I also stated that the customer service rep over the phone told us that August 24, 2021 was the 15th day and last day that my daughter had to return the phone or exchange it. The gentleman said, "I think it's 30 days so you could always come back later and do it".  My daughter and I were greeted by an older Caucasian gentleman, who stood over us at the table initially and said, "So you're here to do an exchange". He had a line of questions and which included, "How long have you had the phone, Did you get it from a corporate store, so I see you got this on the opposite coast, and we may not have the phone in stock that you're looking for". My response was, "So what phones do you not have in stock?" Once again I was told that they may not have the phone that I was looking for in stock when I was never given the opportunity to tell them which phone I wanted. The gentleman never asked our names nor did he "earned the right" to our business. I was trying to explain to him the situation with the phone, he cut me off abruptly and asked what was the phone number for the line. I tried giving him my daughters phone number who gave him verbal authorization that it was OK for me to speak on her behalf as she sat next to me, and he proceeded to cut me off again and ask what was the phone number on the line to the phone we were exchanging. Fast forward: he left his tablet and the new phone on the table with us and we walked out after talking his coworker. He chases us out the store thinking we stole the phone. Smh. For the past 16 years I have been with Sprint. I used to have 6 phones, then 5 and now only 4 as the other two members of my family went to Verizon. For 16 years I put up with no service or crappy service. Every time I would buy new phones they would lie to me about my new contract saying it was the same as before but it would never be it always cost more. M Then I heard a manager of Sprint state to his employee "Don't worry about her, anyone who has been with us for at least 10 years will never go. " well guess what? You just lost 4 phones. I went into this Verizon store and was greeted by Shawn. He is very knowledgeable, professional , but looks like a young Surfer Dude. He is laid back but at the same time all business. You can tell he cares about his customers. We had some hiccups along the way but Shawn fixed everything. It took awhile because Sprint did not want to let us go so we were given water and asked if we needed to use the restroom which I think is very generous on Verizon's part!
