They tried to charge me the cost of a whole new motherboard. Gale, from GB Wireless, responded to me with a decent price so I drove over there the next morning they were open. Since it wasn't just a solder service but also him having to figure out where the ripped pads lead, I had to pay a little more but it was worth it. Gale was very friendly and was great at explaining what he would need to do. He gave me the estimate and said it would be ready the next day. A few hours later, I get a call saying he was able to fix it and my Switch is working perfectly. I appreciate service like this. As the customer, it just feels like they go above and beyond.
