Unwired solved that problem in less than a week, and even with their least expensive plan our internet speeds are amazing. Horrible service from Edward the manager…read more Scenario: I had issues with activating Peacock Premium which was a service they included to my package for 2 years. We had issues with it for 3 hours yesterday and I was told to go to the Xfinity location nearest me and they can fix it. Fast forward I went to the location and I thought I might be able to get it fixed. The greeter was great. Edward not so much. I was trying to speak to Edward and he was rude, kept cutting me off mid sentence, and said you can cancel your subscription, I'm not giving any discounts. Ive been with the company since 1985. And at my new location for over 11 years. And this is how he treats customers. That is insane. And what's crazy is i was about to get 4 phones at this location. A guy got out of the car and went into the store while I was parking. I took a call on my phone and then walked over. There was a security guard outside as I reached for the door he told me I had to wait outside. When I asked why, he said the doors were locked. He crossed his arms and stared me down. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking.
