I had never tried cash link before and after today I will never go anywhere else. First impression: welcomed warmly and politely by the staff. I was initially being helped by a very helpful woman who unlike their Neighbor to the right, immediately recognized the validity of the check that was deemed fraudulent not more than 10 minutes before. (It was 100% valid for the record) however after realizing my ID was expired, rather then telling me that I was out of luck and to hit the bricks, I was introduced to Tommy Tom. I'm not positive but I gather he was manager. After a few suggestions he was able to find a solution to my expired ID. 10 minutes later I walked out completely aglow as my pockets were now lined and I became a lifetime patron of Cash Link in Fitchburg MA. TL; DR Do NOT do business with Castleway when you can be treated 100x better for the same service.. ... in the SAME plaza!

A few years ago, my phone charging port was not working right in and I was in the process of getting new phones and changing providers. He couldn't repair it. He hooked me up with a gadget to charge my phone till I got the new ones. Today I stopped by because every time I plugged my cellphone auto charger into my saddlebag port on my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, it knocked the FM radio right out. All FM. I also have had issues in my truck with certain FM stations using these cheapo chargers. I showed Ibrahim when I brought my bike in today, and he said............"I'll be right back". Brought out his auto charger and BOOM. All good. It takes A to C and C to C cables also! It was the cheap dollar store chargers that were causing all the interference. I had also bought some quality in home wall chargers from him when I got new phones. They work GREAT. He sells "the good stuff" but much cheaper than the phone dealers. I bought 2 of these new auto chargers for our vehicles and 1 for my bike. When my current major carrier contract runs out I may go with a service that he provides because he treats you right and makes sure he can help you. If he can't fix your phone, he can put you in something else. Highly recommend.

I called on a Saturday morning around 9 AM and reached their after hours Emergency Line which states they take calls 24/7. Unfortunately they don't return the calls they receive. I called, as I stated, around 9 AM because my refrigerator shut down the night before (didn't realize). I left a message with the answering service. About three hours later I called back and was told that they had not called in for their messages, must be on a job, my message was still on file. Going on six hours since my first call, called back in, I was told they were given my message, should be hearing back soon... 9 hours later....called in one last time for closure, told they were given my message...that's all they knew (the answering service). So 9 hours later, no call back...nothing...big fail for this place. Really? You can't call me back to say you can't make it over? Can't call back to say you're too busy? Can't call in for your messages??? Big FAIL....Sorry Joe!
