Great service from start to finish. Our staff was very knowledgeable and patient with all our concerns and queries regarding upgrading our service one level up. And he took his time to look for the best deals for us. A very pleasant experience all in all! The store was very clean. The big storefront windows that were on two sides of the store provided lighting besides the normal tracklights available inside. The displays showed products and accesories from different phone manufacturers, which all staff members were knowledgeable on. Don't trust anything that the employees tell you. Nikki the store manager at Folsom Palladio gave me a quote of what my monthly bill would be and said it's fixed rate and every month since the date I opened my account with them, my bill has been nearly $45 higher than what it should be and she knows that and acknowledges that my bill isn't correct but still can't do anything about it. It's been 9 months and my bill hasn't been fixed and I haven't been reimbursed for the extra money I have paid. Even when I call their customer service and they forward my complain to the escalation department they don't follow up, they just say we're sorry for your experience and will fix the issue but it's just empty words and no action. They scammed me, don't be scammed by this company. I've waisted so much of my time dealing with their customer representatives but it's useless, they are useless. I was told if the screen protector which is glass, breaks, it's guaranteed for free replacement BUT we were not told you also had to purchase the insurance for it to be guaranteed. What's the point? Why would you buy insurance and a screen protector if the insurance covers your phone if your screen cracks? Save your money don't buy a screen protector. Only lasted 2 weeks!! 10,000 Stars to Nicole. I started at the other Folsom store, where the guy that helped me was a complete jerk and sexist pig. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted and he tried to tell me I did not know what I wanted, and demanded to know why I wanted a SIM card. After that experience, I was not even sure I wanted to go with T-mobile. But I thought: Let's give the Palladio store a chance. I walked in and both T-Mobile Reps were helping other customers, but Nicole greeted me and said she would be with me shortly, which I really appreciated. After about a 10 minute wait after she had quickly helped the woman in front of me, she greeted me and asked what she could do for me. I told her about my other experience earlier and her empathy and professionalism put me at ease this would be a better experience. She asked me a couple of very basic questions to understand what I wanted, and acknowledged that I had done my homework and came prepared and knowing what I wanted (no hassle or attempt to upsell to me at all). She went to work, and got me out the door quickly, meet all my needs, executed everything perfectly with my phone and pay-as-you-go plan all working and did it with professionalism, good natured humor, and respect. Zero condescension, zero sexism, zero ageism. Bravo, Nicole, and thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish every cell phone business/service transaction could be this good. on 11/4 Shakhir was quite helpful with getting the two phones we bought online setup. He was attentive not only to us, but multi-tasked to ensure the other family in the store was handled appropriately without making us feel left out. I was shocked at how fast he was able to transfer our old service from Cricket to T-Mobile and it was quite seamless. He's an asset to the store and hopefully his good work helps with some of the previous (2019/20 reviews) bad reviews with other agents that worked at the location. HORRIBLE Horrible company, dont waste your time here. Employees were fine for the most part, but either didn't know how to to there job or have no control over the broken underlying system. I was just trying to reactivate my account and after talking to three people on the phone I finally was told I had to go into the store to fix the issue. I went in and they told me I needed to wait 3 more days for the 90 day hold to be up on my account. Three days later I went in and they said my account was locked out because it had exceeded the 90 day period. The system is totally busted, and the employees had no way to overwrite or go around it. Or they just didn't know how or didn't want to. Either way, DO NOT waste your time with this company. I imagine the only reason they have customers is for those who have no other options. read more

TMOBILE IS A CORUPT COMPANY WHO IS DEFRAUDING THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. Here is why I make these statements and what happened to me at their store. I ordered an phone at one of their tmobile stores. The staff never informed me it arrived & 5 months later the manager finally called and said your phone has been sitting here this whole time. During this time I was feeling remorseful of my purchase and was kinda glad I never got a call because then I would have to return it because I wasn't really in a good place to be buying a new phone anyway. All the while I was accruing monthly service fees because I was on autopay. Upon trying to return the phone the store staff said I was out of the return period and was rather mean about it almost blaming me for my predicament. I called CS they weren't very helpful either it felt like they were also blaming me for never getting the phone and letting this much time lapse. I didn't know what to do to rectify the situation and life got in the way. I just want my money back that I paid for ordering phone and all the fees, my fico restored and delinquency taken off my report. I want a signed letter of apology from the president of the company, the cs rep who took my call, and the manager of the store. Apologizing for the role they played in ruining my life for three years. I also want those 3 letters posted to all T-Mobile's social media accounts admitting to their actions and what they did to rectify the situation. But then to make matters worse I was sent to collections because my account became delinquent because cs rep wouldn't let me cancel my account. I have already contacted the CPUC, better business bureau, and the FCC. This company treats its customers unfairly and unjustly. I would think twice about giving them your business. I went in less than 24HRs after making a BIG purchase because of the current Mother's Day promotion that TMobile was offering. One of the "new" iPhones they sold us had multiple deep scratches sans the protective film on the phone that all NEW Apple products come with (that's what prompted my return today which Mahmoud (manager) assured me that I can come back the following day for returns). There were 3 employees working and JAKE (associate manager) assisted me with this matter which he refused to complete the return because there WERE NO MANAGERS on duty. He accused me of the scratches. He was disrespectful, gaslighted and belittled me, and even mocked me on several occasions. He refused to provide me service or requested information because of his own prejudice/discriminatory reasons. He called corporate and other store managers LIARS and continued to antagonize me. Also, I've requested (on multiple occasions) store info, managers' info and corporate info which he refused to provide and only gave me 611 to contact for further assistance. This store will misinform you of pricing/account credits and swindles you to make unnecessary purchases not listening to customers' needs or denial of add-ons. I absolutely feel attacked and discriminated from this experience. I have already placed a formal complaint with the district management of TMobile, BBB and FCC. Please reconsider and take your TMobile services needs to another store location where their staff will genuinely address your concerns/inquiries, and won't racially profile you as a customer! read more

I would change to Verizon if my only dealings was through the Palido Pkwy TMOBILE store in Folsom. I went in yesterday there were 2 associates and the store was empty. I asked about a phone. They just pointed in a general direction. As I fumble to the area I again asked where? They might as well have rolled their eyes. The Caucasian young man wouldn't even make eye contact with me. The African American girl had an attitude like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. She slowly dragged herself over and pointed at the phone. I live in Camino and the Placerville store was closed. I asked her if ther was a TMOBILE store in Pollock Pines. She looked at the guy who shrugged and said I don't know. I asked about an upgrade and what the monthly payments would be. She said it depends on your plan and credit history. I said "could you check"? She shurred and said I guess so. I had also mentioned I was having difficulty locating my Google Play Store App. I asked if they could fix it. She said yes. This was before the upgrade question. This was the worst customer service I have received in years. By this time I was so fed up after driving 25 miles to recieve this kind of service. I told them they were obviously too busy to help me as apparently I was a difficult customer and they apparently had other things to do. They didn't say a word as I left the store. If I based this experience with TMOBILE as a provider I would jump ship. However I have always received top notch customer service at 611. I will avoid going into any TMobile Store if possible. I will only communicate by phone to the main Customer Service techs and reps. If there was a 0 option that would have been my rating. Thank you Jake! My husband and I came in recently to take care of our cracked screens(on our iPhones). And team member: JAKE was super helpful and friendly! We really appreciate people like him, that assist and give a little extra. He let us know information in regards to the iPhone/Apple watch. I personally don't know too much about it- but he broke it down real nice and explained the promotions that they were having. That made my experience here so rewarding and I really appreciate that. The current promotion is there is no activation fee, it cuts the price by a lot. And if you do not want to pay for it all up front; you can put some down and pay the rest monthly. With the holidays around the corner, it's really nice option. The store itself was very clean, organized, and had lots of models to try out/test/feel- if you're going in there unsure, this place can probably find your best electronic fit. I do not recommend this store,reasons being months ago I was with at&t and wanted something cheaper and yes it was but they have promised to pay off my contract T-Mobile did. And I did get all the info required from at&t but still til this day have not received my digital card to pay off the other carrier and called customer service and they said to resubmit the info which I'm not doing because they should have it and they do not do what they say and seems likely that they are just saying that for business of customers. If they kept the promises what they sau say then I would have received my rebate card in email and no have a balance of almost 2000$ because they decided to take their sweet time and the representative told me to go to the site and submit my information again. I never liked T-Mobile but i thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, that was my mistake to trust them and now I hope customers don't make same mistake I did but believing them on paying off contacts so you can switch. The restrooms were both dirty one with no t.p. even though there were 3 employees and I was the only customer. I left and went to another store! The two girls working here were rude, unprofessional and unpleasant...and I believe one was the manager. I showed up the last hour before closing to buy a phone, you would think someone is going to jump on getting that opportunity- but they didn't. First the gal didn't seem to want to be at work, she said I had a past due amount and couldn't upgrade, that was false. My bill wasn't even due for another week. Once corrected she said it would cost me $500 to leave with a new phone. I told her that was impossible. Went to leave and the "impatient and annoyed manager" chimed in saying that was incorrect...because I am loyal customer it would only be $130 out the door and the $500 was because I used to have horrible credit. Terrible communication !!!!!! Not at all mentioning about whole details and later on charging $45. I went to store on June 24th 2018 for getting international plan. Guys explained me that there is international plan of worth $25 for unlimited access. No where they ever mentioned about per minute charges about making calls from India to india or any of those things. Later I was charged additional $45. Store manager Claire( or who so ever on august 1, 2018) says that I enabled plan with customer care and simply apologized. customer care did $9.8 dollar refund however no one from the store is taking responsibility for not communicating well. I have recently switched to TMobile and had a number of questions. I was hesitant to go to a store as the last 2 carriers I had never liked questions. They only wanted to sell u merchandise. They always told me to call customer service. Anyway, I was in Folsom, Ca. At the Palladios and stopped in the TMobile there on 4/26/2019. I can't say enough about how helpful they were.! Dante went over and beyond expectations!!. Answered all my questions, looked up my acct and explained things to me. Informed me about signal boosters and how they could help me at home as I live in the foothills and were free to use. I will be going on vacation soon to Israel and Jordan , and he told me I have unlimited data (( great deals on couples 55 and over!) and texting, and it works in those countries. Verizon never worked in half the places we went, and charged u ridiculous rates for international travel. I was astonished and so pleased. Went home and called TMobile cust serv, and they were so also excellent to work with. I have my booster arriving today, 3 days later. My kids and grands have now all switched to TMobile!! Feel we are getting the run around here. We decided to "ditch our previous carrier" only to find out we were not given all the paperwork to get the payoff 'card'. In the meantime, my previous carrier sent me to collections for non payment of my balamce. We have been in contact with T Mobile to help fix this and are being told it's 'above their pay grade and someone will call us' OR 'I have a meeting scheduled with upper management tomorrow' with no call back ever. My payoff is now well over $900 And I absolutely want to cry not to mention T Mobile truly screwing up my credit with NO care to assist in fixing. The new 'manager we are talking to said the original manager that helped us 'is no longer there because he really didn't know what he was doing and they are having some of the same issues with his past customers who switched over'. I have been with T-Mobile for years but their coverage doesn't meet my needs so opted to switch to my husbands plan. I was told that my balance was 0 and to contact customer service to unlock my phone. I contacted customer service and was told up to 34 hours to unlock my phone, didn't happen. Called again told 48 to 72 hours, didn't happen. Called again told I have a $22 balance holding things up that it would be 0 to 4 hours for the unlock email. Didn't happen after 4 hours called and received the email which instructed me to wait 48 hours for Apple to unlock. Not one truthful statement about the timeline or balance....really shouldn't take 5 days with no phone to switch carriers. T mobile could care less about their customers and will run you ragged. read more

It turned out we had used up all the minutes, and needed to add more. I insisted Dante wait on other people that came into the store, since our phone wasn't a plan, and it was a minor issue. We had the absolute worst customer service at this location! I called ahead to make an appointment so we could buy new phones and change carriers and was told I didn't need one to just come on in and we would be helped. We arrive a couple of hours later and wait over 1 1/2 hours without even being greeted. No "hello", no "we will be with you as soon as possible" nothing. So rude! Finally I went up to one of the women working (she seemed to be the manager but I am not sure) and asked if there was any reason they couldn't put our name on a list and possibly text us when they were ready. She didn't answer. Just said they can't help how long it takes them with each customer. I told her that I totally understand that and want them to meet the customer's need and hopefully my own but just didn't understand the lack of communication. It would have been so easy for one of the girls to take names and just give us an approximate time to return or something. While we were waiting at least 3 other customers came in, got no greeting or attention and asked us what was going on. They all left without getting helped. Finally the same woman(manager?) rudely slams down a piece of paper and says you can add you name and number to a this if you want to. I will not be doing business with anyone that treats me so rudely. I just said no thanks we will be going elsewhere and left. I hope no one else is treated as badly as we were. read more

Walked in the store and told the same rep that he didn't move the contacts which he responded you didn't ask with an attitude and said I can still do it. I would rate this lower if I could. I was looking to upgrade my phone. I went to the store and was told I could get a Samsung S20 FE for free if I added another line for $10/month. Well, there was no such promotion. When I went online to see what my bill would be, not only was the new line $30 vs $10 there was a $16/month insurance charge (which I didn't ask for). I was able to call the 611 number to remove the insurance. There was another promotion that I could ask for that would give me $500 in billing credits for the next 24 months if I purchased the Samsung S20 FE. I asked for that in writing since I was burned by T-mobile already. No one would send me that in writing. Now I don't have a new phone, I have a line I need to cancel and not able to apply for any promotions since I just returned a phone that was sold to me on false pretenses. I know T-mobile is priced very competitively, but I guess you get what you pay for. Time to look for another carrier. read more
