It felt like they didn't want to help but just figure out a quick way to get you out. Suggesting you use the app is nice but then I had an issue with the app and had to return. Then, I waited 10 minutes before I asked somebody to sign me in even though there was a guy that asked his coworker in front of me if he had checked us in. After his coworker nodded with a "no", the guy just walked away. I eventually spoke up since it didn't seem the staff was on the same page with checking people in. I get it was busy but checking people in instead of accidentally checking someone else in that came in afterwards isn't the best impression. I needed something for an account and it could have been partially resolved there but then I was told to call customer service. I guess if you're not signing up for a plan then you're less priority. Glad I was working on getting a transfer pin. At least now, I don't have to worry about coming back! I suggest going to a different T-Mobile...or just go to your app. Good luck! read more

We went into the store so my son law could complete the receiving end of a change of responsibility. The associate (Wilfred) that "checked us in" didn't listen to a word we said, her just told us it wasn't possible to compete in store and that it would be a minimum 2-hour, three way phone call. We tried to explain that the person letting the phone number go had already called in and completed the change of responsibility on his end and that, due to having cancer and being hospitalized, he would not have that amount of time OR the energy for another lengthy phone call. The associate said that or wasn't possible and I tried to explain, again, that the CSR on the phone said everything was complete on the end of the person giving it away. He refused to even look at the account to verify, so we left. A 25 minute phone call to customer service later, and the COR was completed easily and without having to bother the party releasing the lines again. read more

I have made 3 visits to this T Mobile in the last 8 days, all because i am old and having a hard time learning this phone. In all of my visits i have been treated royally. BREEZY set it up for me, patiently explained everything and went out of her way to make me relaxed. Went back again for a stupid mistake I made, and KEITH helped me immediately. Went back a 3rd time to have temporary number changed to my old number and SHANE casually and competently did it in a caring manner. To top it all off, ERNESTO. the manager came and talked to me while i waited a little while and volunteered to explain more facts about cell phone types vs my needs, etc. and did not try to convince me to upgrade. He agreed that the basics were all i need. Every employee there was friendly and cordial to me, there was practically no wait time, and I look forward to seeing them again. I do not know why complainers do not realize that these people deal with unfriendly customers all day, every day. He didn't take enough information so that I'd get a survey to give him a zero. So my only recourse is giving the store a 1. Will definitely be sharing this situation with T-Mobile Corporate. I have no problem with the service provider; this review pertains exclusively to my customer service experience at this location. There were two people working the floor at the time; one of whom was helping someone else and was friendly enough (the sole reason why this review gets two stars, and not one). My primary issue was the arrogant associate who was overtly rude and (almost intentionally!) unhelpful. I managed to get TMobile customer service on the phone, the phone service agent was on speaker, and the three-way dialogue only confirmed my low opinion of this guy. If the store manager is reading this, the young man who works Wednesday morning talked himself--and your store--out of a purchase of a brand new phone. My questions were eventually answered, but I knew within two minutes of dealing with him that I was not buying anything from him. If the sales associate is reading this: your attitude might be a better fit for other jobs---everyone hates rude, overbearing customers (believe me, I make my effort not to be one), but you are in the line of work of dealing with people. Change your job or your attitude. read more

I have been with Sprint since mid 1996 and never encounter issues until they teamed up with T-Mobil. Now I get notified that "I can only make emergency call because I'm not connected to a network" I have never experienced this type of nonsense even when i had a flip phone. They advertise more towers then any other carrier but i can't get services sitting here in my house and their solution is to connect to Wi-Fi because I can't make a call using their towers. I'm wonder how many other folks have concerns with T-Mobil/Sprint. Towers have been down for weeks in my calling area. I'm giving them one star only because the system ask. They don't desert one star far as I'm concern. I have no concerns with this location my concerns are with T-Moble period. Customer service leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Especially when you get folks in an overseas environment. read more

I must say I was impressed with the excellent service Kevin and Alexis provided. Both was professional, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns with my phones was taken care of. I had dreaded coming into the store due to the unprofessional Management and staff on down I experienced in the past. When I walked in the energy was so refreshing Alexis greeted me and let me know she will be with me shortly since she was assistance a customer. She call Kevin and he came up eager to help like he enjoyed his job. I would like to see T-Mobile hire employees like Alexis, Kevin in all their stores. So went in there today to figure out our carrier free program. I really don't know what I'm doing with this stuff and have usually had good luck with the employees and customer service.... but today was a different story. The guy that was working there today had an attitude problem and was acting like we were inconveniencing him. He had an attitude problem and when we were trying to figure out this out was playing some type of puzzle block game on his phone, he couldn't of cared less... but that's ok: I left and went elsewhere. The reason I'm giving 1 out of 5 stars is because, the horrible service by the manager: dark skin black female with black hair, in her late 30-40's, a bit heavy weight. She was extremely disrespectful and rude to my family and I, when we came in looking to get more T-Mobile service (add 2 more lines, total of 4). Her demeanor and tone was very rude and attitude purely nasty. Let's just say, she's lucky I was in the company of my family (children as well) that I wouldn't have let it slide... ONLY because of the VERY polite, mannered, and respectful & professional young man who serviced our needs in the highest way. I will be reporting her to her manager and corporate office. She needs a lot of attitude adjusting, training and or simply fired because, this store reviews are just terrible due to her.
