this guy TONY screwed up everything and blamed me why i did not tell him i have 2 esim, what's unprofessional worker, i gave them my ID, they have my info everything, my sim is deactivated and i want it reactivated. but he reactivated that sim, and deactivated another e sim without asking me. he asked me which one you wanted it to turn on, just answer straight to my question he said ,i simply answered (657-...-...) and scared of him too, cuz a day before the others employees made a mistake, i came to the store to pick up the sim that i never received at mail box, so when he gave me a sim card, at the same time, he's deactivated my e sim. thats why i came again to day and met another tech support named TONY . he did not ask me do you want to delete this esim . he just did it on his own. he deleted that number and that number is not on file of a Tmobile. the number he deleted its not belong to T-Mobile and also its not on Tmobile profile buf he still deleted it. hes acted like hes know everything but he did it wrong. he ven blamed me back. it's ridiculous because hes did not let me explain at the first place. after he made a mistake, i was so piss, cuz delete that number, nothing i can not get back, because i am not an authorized. guess what, i lost that number now its linked to my gmail, facebook, ig, bank account, USCIS, ... he refused service, bitched at me, yelled at me, its was on 11:05 July26/2025. Shout out to the woman who answered the phone here the other day. I bought a phone here earlier in the month and decided to return it. The problem was I live 90 miles away and the T-Mobile near me wouldn't take my phone without a receipt. They basically told me I had to drive back to this location to get a receipt. So I called and the woman who answered said she would look up the receipt for me. Before she put me on hold she told me I can also go on the app and look up the receipt myself. Before she came back on the phone I had already found the receipt on the app, just as she said. It was super easy and I was so thankful to her. I got a new iPhone 11 Pro Max for my birthday/ Christmas but couldn't activate it my cell. I tried do it online and using my sprint app but was unsuccessful I decided to go to a local store for help. I came to the now T-Mobile (old Sprint) store. They were very cool about signing me in outside (for social distancing). They text me before I was up and finally was called up. Miguel was the young man that helped me. Miguel was very cool. He was sociable (wasn't a robot). Miguel was knowledgeable. He had a few hurdles in his way which he overcame. He tried different devices and SIM cards and finally got it to work. He never game up. Miguel is an asset to the store and I let the manager Juan know. Juan was really cool too. He chatted a bit outside and did a good job of making sure his store was running well and we were all being social distance. This was a great store. I wouldn't hesitate to go again and if I ever need anything, I would be asking for Juan and is superb service! read more

We were there today to have my wife cellphone check out because it was not working. The minute we arrived, an associate came up to us and we told her about our situation. She immediately took the devise to the IT (Luis) and within 30 minutes later, Luis came back with the phone and he was able to fix the problem. He didn't charge us for the service but told us s he is grateful to us for being a loyal customers. I rarely go in for phone service but my phone was driving me absolutely crazy with how slow it has been so I decided to make the trip. I had a Android J7 that I know was outdated and I was tempted to get a new phone but didn't want to spend the money. I was helped out by Miguel who ended up upgrading me to a new phone (I finally switched from android to iPhone). In all honesty I was just going to stick with my old phone but I felt Miguel went above and beyond by showing me that the payments were easily affordable. Miguel ended up making me laugh so hard (I was having a horrible day so the laughter was much needed) that I ended up letting him talk me into getting a phone case, screen protector and AirPods for my new phone. I wanted to talk to the manager and tell them how good Miguel was to me and it turns out he is the manager. Whatever they are doing at the Garden Grove store they are doing it right and I will definitely be going back in the near future for the watch I almost ended up getting. read more
