I came to this Verizon store to get my dad a new phone and add him to my account. We were initially helped by the manager Yesenia. She was very nice and said she would look into my account to help me save money on my bill. Don't fall for her fake costumer service! She convinced me to upgrade my phone and my mom's phone, so I ended up buying three new phones. Then Fernando started helping us. Also fake! He brought over a bunch of accessories. I never get accessories at Verizon because they're stupid expensive. He told us the accessories were included with our purchase, and we only had to pay for the taxes on our phones. Yesenia repeated the same exact thing. I asked if it would be cheaper if I didn't get the accessories. Fernando and Yesenia said the price would stay the same since I only have to pay for the taxes on the phones. My dad asked again if we would have pay extra for the accessories, and they both said no. What a bunch of liars!!! They ended up charging me $700 for accessories and when I asked to get my money back, they said I had to return the accessories. I wanted to keep the accessories since they said they were included with the purchase of the phones. They said they never said they were included. They refused to honor the promotion they promised. They ripped off the accessories from our phones and gave me my refund. I'm still waiting for the refund to appear in my account. They are scammers!!! Don't get your phones here! Listen to the other reviews that had to deal with the same thing I did. Verizon preaches integrity and Yesenia and Fernando are doing the opposite. Very unethical! Get your phone online or go to a corporate Verizon store. I am filing a store complaint with corporate, and if you have had the same experience as me, I recommend you file a complaint as well. read more

I recommend this location be shut down and or all employees that were working on October 19th, 2023 between 1-5pm be terminated or reprimanded. I went to this location to simply pick up and pay for my iPhone 15 pro max that I ORDERED via Verizon customer service. I received an email from VERIZON saying that my devices were delivered and ready for pick up. I will say I only waited 5 or so minutes to be seen and everything started off normal. Requested my phone number, access to the account, and my reason for the visit. After informing the employee that I was there for a pickup I waited 15-20 minutes before he returned claiming that iPhone 15 pro max's were on site but they were not mine and that I needed to wait until the "original" owner declined the purchase, 7 days passed, or cancel my order and place a new one. Prompting me to cancel and purchase for fastest results. I left initially confused and ready to cooperate with what I assumed was honest information. However, intuition told me to double check. I called Verizon customer service and they confirmed that my phones were at 3770 W McFadden Ave Santa Ana, CA 92704 United States Which is the Victra authorized retaliator Verizon. Customer service instructed me to stay on the line and to go back to the store so they could iron out the confusion. Upon my return I waited almost 1/2 an hour watching multiple employees pass me by and continue whatever they were doing ignoring me waiting patiently. Finally a long haired Gentlmen approached me and asked what I needed. I gave him my phone to speak with customer service at which point he tried to use some fancy lingo to disorient the customer service rep and because she persisted he muted my phone and tried to get me to comply with the earlier mix up. Once I deferred and unmuted the phone he left me waiting for almost 15-20min before returning empty handed when the only request was to check the IMEI numbers on the iPhone 15's. He then argued further with the customer service rep attempting to misconstrue the situation. She and I held our ground and stood on the request of verification of the devices. He then left us on another 15-20 minute wait before I was approached aggressively by some women whom I assume was the on site manger (she referred to her self as the district manager) and her male counterpart who's role I'm uncertain of. Seemed he was trying to intimidate me initially. Then the said manager began talking fast and stating there was a mix up and once again that the devices were not mine. The manger and customer service went back and forth for a while arguing about the devices and the manger seemed to be trying to belittle the position of the representative. Finally after what seemed like a 15-20 minute debate. The manger went in the back and retrieved the devices. My name and the IMEI's from my account were printed on the boxes. The store manger then attempted to hang up on the rep and resell me my already ordered and purchased phones. If she had been successful I'd have lost my promotion and the value at which I was offered the new deal. Luckily customer service called me back and stayed on the line for the entire process. Turns out that store and its employees were only interested in a commission and not the satisfaction of a more than 10 year satisfied Verizon customer. To make matters worse they did not attach my promotion and caused for me to spend almost 2 hours on the phone with Verizon today to fix all the damage those representatives at the Victra location had done. I am applauded and aggravated beyond expression towards the selfish and thoughtless behavior of each and every one of the employees I encountered on October 19, 2023. Thank God Verizon has a working customer service number with agents that seem to care. I'd strongly advise for Verizon to commit to solely having corporate locations or better supervise their 3rd party locations and services. read more

Dealing with Oscar at Verizon by Victra off McFadden was everything I could ask for. I was already frustrated with trying to upgrade via 611 customer support and receive my new phone shipped to my home... so instead on my 4th attempt, I opted to pick it up at their store which on Christmas Eve Eve I was already imagining a headache. I walked into an almost empty store, there was only one other customer there. Oscar helped with a smile, quickly and promptly got me signed into my account and phone checked out, maybe 5 minutes overall in and out. -1 star for a couple of reasons, none of which had anything to do with Oscar and my interaction with him personally - I know this is a Vectra authorized dealer, but they need some MAJOR help in sprucing this place up. It's fresh out of a black and white movie. There were 0 Holiday decorations, or any flavor or personality in the store whatsoever, bland as can be. - Also location wise, it was a trek from the freeway, no matter whether you were coming from the 22, or 405 or down McFadden, you were left commuting at least 15 minutes at 0 traffic times. read more

Keith the Sales rep is one of the most dishonest sales man in this store that will assist clients based on his benefits rather than customers needs. I was in to buy a new phone only the phone. He reviewed different upgrade promos and as declined he didn't seem to happy. At the end of the transaction he provided the total due verbally and it was way more that what original amount due was. As i asked to break it down he said it was store fees and when i told him to break it down he had included phone accessories such as case, charger , phone insurance and one more item. i declined to those items and he responded back that he couldn't sell the phone only this required to be sold as a bundle. Keith declined to sell the phone alone and required for me to buy the add ons or else he asked me to search other stores... after 40 minutes i walked out with no phone due to not buying the accessories. read more

It's been a week and I haven't heard anything. I was skeptical that anybody would actually do anything, and that just confirmed it. The Victra company that owns this store couldn't care less about how terribly it's run. Also, really, Yelp? My husband also posted a one star review for this Verizon when I did because he had to go with me when I had to come back a second time that night. Yelp took his review down twice, claiming he wasn't actually there. Yes, he was. But Yelp doesn't think it's suspicious that immediately after my husband and I post one star reviews, two accounts post glowing five star reviews for this Verizon. Every single individual here is just rude. If they don't take cash for payments they need a machine , how am I suppose to make my payments if they don't like to take cash. Mind you, they've taken it before. Unless your getting a new line they rush to help you otherwise they want u to wait over 45 min for a damn payment. Please do not buy or acquire any other service in this location, they are not Verizon they are a retail or third party, they offer you services and in the case of the trade in they tell you that you have to pay only once and the rest is covered by Verizon and surprise when the days go by and you call Verizon to find out how much the next bill will be they say that you have a new charge to pay in 36 months, and that there is no trade in the account and that they can't do anything because the contract was not With Verizon but with retail. Be careful, they don't give you any paper or printed contract and tell you that they will send it to your email and it's a lie. When I communicate with customer service on their part, they do not help at all. Please make sure that the same thing about falling into scams doesn't happen to you. The representative who helped me is called Anthony and said he was the manager of the store and another representative told me that Anthony is an assistant and not a manager. read more

Walked in here and ended up with a young girl helping me who sadly seemed like she would rather be on the phone with her boyfriend then help anyone who dare walks thru the door and asks for help. She first of all had these horrendously long fingernails and was trying to type on her iPad which seemed like an impossibility , she seemed just bothered by any and all questions I might dare ask her and the whole thing was just a dumpster fire as far as anyone dealing with her. Terrible experience, IT IS A SCAM, I do NOT recommend that you do any service with them, they are NOT really VERIZON they are RETAILERS or THIRD PARTIES and their function is very independent of what Verizon itself is, Anthony attended me who told me that he was the store manager (1st lie) he scammed me, I tried to go back 5 days later and return the device and they said no returns were possible. Even though he told us we had 30 days to do a return. THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS. even if they tell you they will, they DONT. I asked again and they were charging me $200 when it was only supposed to be 50. They also never give receipts. I asked for a copy of my contract/receipts and he told me that it would be sent to my email (2nd lie) to this day I have not received anything. They will do secret charges which is what happened with me. Which is why I decided to return the item but couldn't. I called their customer service 4 times and asked to speak to someone who spoke Spanish and what they did each time was transfer my call to a number that is disconnected. I hope that this experience of mine helps you and that you are not another victim of their scams. Unfortunately, I realized this too late when I looked at their reviews. I have been having horrible issues for weeks trying to get my phone set up on an upgraded plan, calling verizon service line over 5 times and visiting another verizon store twice. Nobody was able to help me and nobody told me why the issues were happening, finally I decide to take my phone into a different Verizon store by my workplace. DO NOT PAY FOR THE SET UP AND GO FEE, ITS OPTIONAL, if you can set up your own new phone. Went in to upgrade two phones, I already knew what I wanted. Asked for the first one first and Mark A. went over the fees and taxes, he said there was a set up fee, which I said I could set up the phone myself. He said I had no option and would have to pay it regardless of him setting it up or me setting it up. I decided to purchase the phone because my grandma needed it but ordered the second phone online. I asked if it would be ready by today and he said it would take about 40 minutes. I didn't hear back that day and called the next and they said they didn't actually have it in stock and would have to cancel and reorder somewhere else (something he could have told me the day before). While on the phone with costumer service they let me know that the set up and go service was optional and did not actually have to pay for it if I wanted to set up my own phone. They will lie and say you have to pay it but verizon confirmed that they could not force you to pay if you set up your own phone. read more
