I loved the service as well as the promotions from their T-life application!!! Every employees at this TMobile location were awesome.

I came here 2 days before coming back to finally getting it resolved with the SOS that kept making my phone not work. The first time it took maybe an hour and I left with my phone still in "activating" e-sim and it ended up not working fully, I was only able to call 611 later on when I got home to have them "fix" my phone. It did get fixed but only for the rest of the night until the next day around 3pm I got the SOS again and was only able to text when on Wi-Fi. I came back and was helped by THUY and a guy I think Noah was his name (sorry) seemed to actually did the right steps to fixing my actual problem. The first day I came here the girl just seemed to repeating the steps over and over and over I really had wish she would've brought another fellow employee to come by and look at it instead of repeating the same thing. Before I went to this store, I got an answer that I can't unclock my phone from T-Mobile Bolsa location because it is not paid off. After that, I just randomly went to T-Mobile store which is located next to Hoa Binh market, and I didn't expect that I can unclock my phone. Fortunately, I met Tien, he delivered GREAT customer service, he is very kind, and caring his customer a lot. He told me that how to call 611, and explain to me how to talk with them to unclock my phone even though my device is not paid off. I am very satisfied with his customer service. I would avoid working with Jay if you come here. He is unprofessional and aggressive when you ask him to address giving false information he provides. Completely two faced. Came in to enquirer about applying for ACP for my mother on our WiFi plan that we currently have with T-Mobile. He told us if she is applying for ACP to sign up for a new plan under her name with him and cancel the old plan(under my name). We signed up for a new account using my mothers name. His coworker agreed that his mother also has ACP and assured us we can get it when we call T mobile he wrote down a number to call and a pin to reference. They lied. After signing up for a new account with Jay I went home installed it and called T-mobile to cancel my old account and they informed me that I didn't need to sign up for a new account I could have just added my Mother to the current account. But what's done was done. I then called to apply for the program and the rep said T-mobile does not offer the program but their sister company metro by t-mobile does. So we did all that for nothing. We went back to Jay to ask why the T-Mobile rep says they do not offer the program and asked him how to sign up like his mother did and he became defensive and his attitude changed. He says he never claimed t mobile offers this and if the rep says they don't then they don't. He started speaking louder louder repeating "what do you want me to do about it?" "I told you if you want you can cancel in 14 days"(he did not) "I'm not the one who helped you I only process it" and placed blame on his coworker. He even called his coworker but cut him off before he could get two words in and hung up making a big scene in the whole store. Everyone was staring. When he couldn't explain why he gave us false info he went onto say his area doesn't get T-mobile so he uses Spectrum internet and they have ACP. When I asked him why he was even mentioning spectrum when he is working in a T-mobile store he went off saying "OMG OMG what do you want me to do?" What he should have done was be honest from the beginning. Have some tact and be professional. Don't become irate because somebody calls you out for giving false information. I do not give 5 stars often but this T*Mobile location is beyond compare. When I arrived they were very busy, practically overwhelmed with customers, Vi Nguyen was working on other clients product's. But managed to let myself know she would be with us shortly. I had received my new iPhone 13 Max Pro, and needed to xfer my data from one to the other. She did this in a breeze. No muss, no fuss. It would be a huge benefit if these instructions were included with each new phone. Vi Nguyen is a true asset to T*Mobile, She should be rewarded for her excellence. read more

The young lady that we dealt with mislead us from start to finish. We were switching our service from Sprint to T-Mobile. You would think that would be a easy process since there both basically the same company. After four visits to the store and two phone calls to T-Mobile customer service our new account is finally setup. During my conversation with the customer service representative I found out that this location is not a company store but a franchise. I would recommend if you a considering dealing with T-Mobile that you find a company owned location. We should of been able to switch our service in one visit. read more

Thanh and Annie were able to answer all of my questions regarding plans, service, monthly payment, and promotions. They provided great customer service and were patient with all of my questions. Beware ! I don't know how to start, but to say that I feel appalled by the fact that they "scammed" me. They used false advertisement in order for me to get a "free" phone case. I don't remember the girl who helped me, but at first she seemed very nice and helpful. She told us all of the information we needed. I thought she was trustworthy and genuine seeing her trying to help customers like me. I came in with the intent of just getting two iPhone 6. I came for what I needed. Then the sale representatives try to sell me iPhone cases to go along with the iPhone. I rejected her because I can get cases way cheaper than the ones they sold in the store that offers the same amount of protection. After constant rejection, she then uses her false advertisement by saying instead of paying for the phone case, I'd only have to pay for it's tax. She said "so it's yours all for free, you just have to pay for the tax" When the word free is mentioned, anyone would be eager to get it. Who wouldn't like free right? After standing there for which seemed like forever trying to understand this concept of free, I decided to take this offer just so i can get this over with. When I got my first bill, that's when i fully realized I got scammed. It stated clearly that I'm paying for the phone cases for the "original price ". I then rang up the T-Mobile representative and they said , "we're not responsible for this " and then explained to me that these retail stores workers would do this to get you to buy their items. After this lesson, I've learned to no longer trust anything that includes "free" in any phone retail stores. You should beware of these scams so you don't make the same mistakes I've made.. I reap what I sow. For being foolish in listening and believing in these retail stores. To think that this place has high ratings for their service. Sure, they are helpful, but I didn't ask for any false advertisement, promising me something that is entirely false . read more

I've gone twice trying to change out my screen protector and they've always have an excuse why they can't switch it out. First time they said they didn't have the protector and second time they said I had no insurance to switch it out. Went to another T-Mobile and I in fact did have insurance and even though they didn't have it in the store they mailed one out to my house. They seemed to be able to help other people there and even speak to them in their language but didn't bother to welcome me or help me. read more

The sales representatives were rude. The location closes at 8pm and we arrived at 7:45 just to check out the new Samsung Note. When we walked in the sales lady gave us the dirtiest look and said that they were closed in an arrogant and aggressive tone. We told her that we still have 15 minutes and we just wanted to look at the new phone. She made us feel unwelcome and said "well, we are closed, it's almost 8." So we left even though the location is supposed to be open until 8pm then she rushed to lock the doors behind us. Just an FYI to the managers at this location: your employees are closing the store early and are not doing their part in providing good customer service and because of them you missed out on a potential sale. read more

I went in to add a line to my father's existing plan, as I'm his POA and even brought in the legal documents being that we needed a 2nd business phone while he underwent surgery. The two girls there were completely baffled by it, and called their manager to run it by him. I don't know if the employees there could even read the documents, but the deferred to not chance it, and said "sorry, we can't help you." Apparently I can move thousands of $$$ as his POA out of banks, but I can't add a line at T-Mobile. The employees were completely clueless, and didn't both to try to help navigate me. I ended up leaving and went to the T-Mobile off of Euclid and the 22, and the manager there Tom read over the docs, and took care of adding an additional line for me. AVOID THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH EMPLOYEES WHO COULD GIVE A LESS S#$T. read more
