I came to this T-Mobile store to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max and trade in my old phone. The team originally told me everything was good to go, so I decided to purchase the new phone. After that, the process became confusing. I had to come back multiple times because the main account holder needed to be present -- something that wasn't explained clearly at the beginning. I even asked if I needed to bring him again, and was told no, but when I returned they said he needed to be there after all. It felt like the information kept changing. When we finally got everything aligned, we still waited around 30 minutes, and the final trade-in value ended up being lower than what I was originally told. I'm sharing this so the store can improve communication and make the process smoother for future customers. I do appreciate the help, but clearer information upfront would have prevented a lot of back-and-forth. read more

Walked into the T-Mobile store and I've never had a complaint about our service. But no welcome in, no name tags, no professionalism whatsoever. The girl helping us was trying to direct us to a different location every chance she had. I ask for a manager and they looked at each other like it was duck duck goose. So yes wouldn't recommend this location until they hire a better fit management and a better fit team. Great location unfortunately staff is not great specially if you're bringing in your parents. I was greeted right away and was asked to take a seat within inside of a couple minutes and I mean a very like maybe two minutes if that I was helped by Diego, who saw that I definitely needed help. I definitely looked worried on my face lol.Diego was an absolute pro setting an example setting the bar high type a guy he made me feel so common and relaxed about a half a second answered all my questions offered me plans explained everything off different phones. The guy was an absolute machine however, he was extremely personal and friendly. I gotta say the best T-Mobile experience I've ever had and I've been been with you guys since.1998. We'll get you started just honestly I felt like a family member was helping me out to be very honest with you I didn't feel like a customer at all, the only thing I was suggest is that the store is carry coffee and water but that is not their fault that's corporate. So I came to this store because it was a corporate location and am I blessed that I did because John and Jeanette were super amazing!! Not only did they discover why my phone wouldn't perform the IOS update but I upgraded my phone and was able to take advantage of an existing promotion and got a new iPad. Had some trouble believing everything they were telling me but it seems valid. They got me for more than $1K. I'm very happy with t-mobile but especially THIS location! If you in the area stop by! Ulisse was honest and extremely helpful! We went to a T-Mobile store in Cypress (where we live), but didn't get an honest rep. He straight up lied to us. Luckily I called 611 to confirm, then ended up going to a different T-Mobile store to check. We added two additional lines and upgraded our internet and one phone line with them. Ulisse was patient and just plain awesome! Couldn't ask for a better rep! Highly recommended this place although the surrounding area is a little bit sketchy. read more

When we showed up, the power went out. The employees were confused but, not rattled. They had us come in to learn what we were looking for. Then the power returned. I asked for the commercial deal where you pay off a phone and give a new one for transferring line & $39.99/mo. I was politely told no and that $75/mo would be the best deal he can do. What can I say about Mark S., this is the guy you need to see to resolve phone issues, diligent, understanding and sympathetic to your situation, unheard of in today customer service. I had called T-Mobile customer service, advised the caller I was changing carriers, explaining I needed the pin, what else was needed to swap, customer service provided me with pin, and nothing else, my account looked good, nothing of my phone needing to be paid off or it needs to be unlocked. Isn't that what customer service is for, to inform you, assist you? I did my due diligence in calling customer service thinking everything was set to go, I swapped SIM cards, only to have no phone to call in or out. I reach out to T-Mobile online serivce and they can't assist me, they tell me to go to the store, T-Mobile closes at 8:PM, and working with T-Mobile online until 7:50PM, needless to say, no phone for the night. Next morning, I go into a T-Mobile store, and Sean puts in request to unlock phone telling me it takes up to 24hrs, so another day without a phone and mind you, no backup phone. Day 2 still no phone after 24hrs, and now 2.5 days, and now you see why I was ditching this carrier. I'm driving home, I see a T-Mobile store (I know this was God). I decided to give it another try, was met with Mark S., who greated me walking in, sat me down, he listened to my journey, and ran with my issue. He went to the back, called customer service and came back and explained the following; The issue was a balance due on the bill of the $55.83, b/c I was on a 30mon contract and not 24mon., I still owed on the phone, and I couldn't pay it in the store, had to wait until a paper bill came to my home. Mark S. worked on my behalf, fought as if this was him having the issue, that goes a long way with me, I work to get things completed however long it takes, incredible and shows Mark takes pride in his work. He asked all the questions to customer service as if it was me asking them. Mark stayed on with customer service until my phone was restored, even though this was not my carrier anymore. To say this is bitter sweet, it is! For all the bad there is a Mark S. and I can not thank him enough. read more

They help us select what phone we would work better for each of us.
