After trying zillion times to trade in for the iphone x online, I got tired of it and just want to say that tmobile is not backing up for what they've been offering for the last month, I have an Iphone 6S and trying to get the 300 dollars promotion, when making the application online all go smooth, but at the end, it wont show the iphone X, then the page freezes. It says my iphone is elegible, so its paid off, has no damage, elegible model as it says on the promo info, and its paid off. I am a 5 years tmobile costumer and all I see is lies. Its nothing about this particular store, its just the company in general is a damn fraud. read more

I went in to add a line to my father's existing plan, as I'm his POA and even brought in the legal documents being that we needed a 2nd business phone while he underwent surgery. The two girls there were completely baffled by it, and called their manager to run it by him. I don't know if the employees there could even read the documents, but the deferred to not chance it, and said "sorry, we can't help you." Apparently I can move thousands of $$$ as his POA out of banks, but I can't add a line at T-Mobile. The employees were completely clueless, and didn't both to try to help navigate me. I ended up leaving and went to the T-Mobile off of Euclid and the 22, and the manager there Tom read over the docs, and took care of adding an additional line for me. Came in with my Fiance to get a sim card. Was told it was 25.00 dollars. I asked if T-mobile can waive the fee. They told me that there was nothing they can do. Sure enough we believed them. Later on I called T-mobile to ask if they can waive the fee and they said they could've given us free Sim card shipped to you "no charge". This really left a sour taste in my mouth. They could've just waive the fee for us or told us to call T-mobile to check instead they are money hungry and want to charge for anything they possibly can. This location lied to us and wasn't very helpful. Please proceed with caution. Very disappointed. read more

Had my mom come in the other day because they had a promotion for a new phone. The deal was she could get a new phone, just pay for installment and that would be it; she wouldn't get charged monthly for the phone. After a month she DID get charged and went to the store to figure it out. Turns out they "forgot" to mention the part about having to switch plans for the promotion to go through. Keep in mind we did talk about the promotion and it being free yet they never said a word about switching plans. The staff and manager were useless as they couldn't help us and now we are stuck with paying an extra $240 a year. Watch out for these people, because what they did was uncalled for and just plain dirty. read more
