Tami provided the worst customer service, was not helpful with a big attitude, she was not understanding any work that she is doing, i wonder who has hired her, pretending to call the customer service but seems she was talking to someone else and not helpful at all, and answering the questions with an attitude as if don't bother me, too bad she pretended to help us two times , then her labor hour clocked out she said my time has finished cant do anything and we told to let other employee help us, she is still staring as if go home already, could not she think that to pass us to another colleague? i beg you the managers need to re consider whom they are hiring specially in such places, we literally waited 30min so that she provides us an answer on phone, we got the help from Alexander and he called the same customer service and fixed the issue, what was she doing that whole time. read more

I had a really good experience at this location. I came in to upgrade my phone. A mobile expert named Sheena assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and patient with the process. My 6 month old iPhone X was garbage and had to be restarted a few times to work right, but she was very kind and patient with setting up my new phone. I came in around 7:30pm and we were finished by 8:40. There was a line out the door, but she did not try to rush us nor did she act rude or stressed about how busy it was getting. Sheena gave me some tips on how to save space on my phone. Honestly, the whole experience was just great because of all her help and kindness. I've been to a lot of different T-Mobile's, but she was the kindest and most helpful mobile expert I've met yet. Once the mall closed I got a call that I left my ID at the store they were nice enough to wait for me to come back and give it to me. Anyway, get there earlier as opposed to later. First of all the line was 9 deep while the manager Justin sat in the back and didn't bother to come out, causing unnecessary longer wait times as the associates had to keep going back and forth to ask him questions. He finally came out in a dirty beige hoodie which he must have realized was dirty because he took it off and changed into a T-Mobile shirt later. I was looking for a replacement phone mother and I opted for the cheapest phone in the store which was a Motorola. The associate helping me returned from the back after speaking to Justin and tried to upsell me but I declined because at 84 years old my mother only needs a basic phone. Upon further consideration I decided on a Samsung which was just a little more expensive than the Motorola but mom wouldn't have to relearn navigating because her previous phone was a Samsung. As I was ready to pay I learned there was an activation fee so I decided to go with the Motorola to save money. The associate returned after talking to Justin in the back and said the Motorola was no longer available. No one bought it because it's such a small store that you can hear exactly what everyone's interaction with an associate was. She said maybe someone put it on hold. Only 10 minutes had passed and it's the least desired phone so that was hard to believe. I was stuck so I had to purchase the Samsung. I asked for the manager's last name and contact info to file a complaint and the associate brought Justin out. He came out obviously already defensive and I politely told him I wasn't asking to speak to him so it was ok. He then laughed at me and walked away. I told him the last thing he should be doing is laughing and his response was "it's my right if I want to laugh." I said "not AT a customer experiencing an issue". To that, from across the store for everyone to hear, he sarcastically said "HA HA HA, how about that?" and walked back into the office. I understand there are goals to be met and everyone wants to upsell but not like this. I already bought the phone so he got what he wanted although I didn't agree with the underhanded way he went about it. I was going to leave it at that but apparently he wanted to add insult to injury which is the reason for this review. Justin's behavior is despicable and he has no business being a manager. Came with my bro to set up his iPhone with a plan. They don't have any chart pamphlets / flyers with their plans and pricing laid out. The staff are knowledgeable and know the plans but for the visual learners like myself, seeing the plans on paper would help me and save the employees from repeating the information again. Maybe they don't make the posters because their plans keep changing? Hmm... The layout is a little weird in here. Went in for a minor situation and was helped by Justin and Alex. Those two gentlemen were so incredibly patient and helpful. They listened to my situation, offered me several options to resolve the issue and clearly explained how they were going to help me. I was not able to receive a survey to fill out regarding my experience with them so i am writing this review in hopes that their superior(s) see this and at least buy them lunch for being great people and employees. I just want to let you guys know that these guys are so good at deceiving you,I got a phone from them and they encouraged me to buy accessories as well . There was a high defenition glasss screen protector that they recommended me to buy; 2 days latter it cracked , even at the begining it had problems and I could't even use the touch screen. btw my problem wasn't the product but the attitude of the manager "Robert",when I asked him that I want to return it after just a week and he told me in the rudest possible manner that it is your problem since it has cracked. If it's Tmobile policy or manager decision it is not fair to costumers since they got a defective product from them as a third party ,they became stuck with it and they lose their money. Scam!!!! Avoid this store (Glendale Galleria) if can!! They are very nice before fishing you up. You will see their original dirty face once you want to get rid of them. ​Before buying anything, ask them how you can return it if you want to discontinue their service. I bought a wireless wifi service from this store and the store associate told me if I don't like their service I have two weeks to return without any problem. She didn't told me how. When I tried to return, one of the store associate (Mia) sent me to another store by saying "we don't get return in store. Go to our corporate office on Brand and Wilson." According to her information, I went to their corporate office on Band and Wilson in Glendale but they said every store able to get return. But I didn't have enough time waiting for long line. Moreover, I went to this store in next day for store return. From beginning to end, they were both extremely helpful!! and made the entire matter super simple! We came in close to closing and they never once made us feel rushed or unwelcome! Great staff at this T-Mobile branch, especially Robert for going the extra mile. T-Mobile had a promotion where you'd get refunded up to 50% off your Pixel 2 XL via a prepaid master card. Unfortunately, Google uses Ontrac to ship and if you know anything about Ontac, then you already know where I'm going with this. They lost my original package. My girlfriend and I come to this store, explaining that we were moving from Sprint and wanted to make use of the Pixel 2 deal (with our RMA units from Google). We find out that the promotion expired 2 days prior. Enter magician Robert, who probably made 3-4 different phone calls and patiently talked to different reps for an hour total explaining that we would have made the deadline had it not been for Ontrac. Our case is pending still, but Robert told us that the rebate center would most likely be able to give us the deal and that he would follow up in a couple weeks. I only write reviews when I'm super SATISFIED or extremely MAD. This time--I'm afraid it's the latter. Sales Rep#: 4578982--Whoever this is, you are in such a trouble! We wanted to covert our 2-line "Simple Choice No Credit" family plan into the plan with credit check in order to activate our new iPhones. This was ALL we needed. However, the guy (Sales Rep#: 4578982) wanted to earn his commission. Here's what he did to us: 1. Opened another account with 2 new lines 2. Asked us to pay for the 2 new SIM cards which we didn't even need, and this 2 new SIM cards couldn't even work! 3. Lied to us that these are just temporary numbers, and our old numbers would replace them after 24 hours 4. Pulled a HARD INQUIRY on my credit history, and lied it would only be a soft one. 5. Intentionally wrote a wrong address on my new account, while he was holding my driver license with the correct address. (He didn't want us to receive the bill; otherwise we would know what he really did) 6. Left our old account open I haven't finished writing my complaint after all these--Guess what this led us?! 7. Went to 2 other different T-mobile stores to get this resolved 8. Had to pay for 4 lines, although we only needed 2 8. Would SEVERELY affect my credit history which took me years to build a. Got a hard inquiry b. I probably wouldn't know to pay my bills for the new account since I couldn't receive the bills at the right address. Moreover, I didn't even know that these 2 new lines existed since the new SIM cards, which I paid for, didn't work and I was told they were temporary! T-mobile--You really should build efficient management and human resource teams! Choose the right staff! It's never too late to fix your mistakes--Now you have the Sales Rep#, and I hope that you are smart enough to figure out what you should do. First of all, people need to get their heads outta their ass. If you come to a store at a busy MALL like Glendale Galleria, expect to wait. It's common sense! Second of all, these people aren't here to wipe you bill clear of stupid overages and other crap you've accumulated. The workers are PEOPLE, not slaves. My experience here, and that of my entire family, has been nothing but pleasant. And guess what! It's because we're patient and not crazy demanding or self entitled. We got a family plan for 5 people, and it turned out that 2 of the phones we wanted (iPhone 6) weren't in stock that day. The store manager, Jesus, offered to either pick them up from another store, or ship them to my house. Because we didn't want to wait, we asked to have a store pick up. He personally left the store to go get them himself and came back within an hour. Keep in mind, THIS IS NOT MANDATORY! He did this because his team goes above and beyond for their customers. We were able to get the phones we wanted, cross the t's and dot the I's within 2 hours, and that's with the wait time! So, my best advice is to take the bad reviews with a grain is salt. Angry people leave angry reviews because of whatever issue they had going on. My family and I have had no problems with this store and regularly send our friends and family to talk to Jesus and his team. I think that with a little patience and understanding, you can have a pleasant experience anywhere you go. P.S: some chairs or benches outside the store wouldn't hurt lol read more

Terrible service. Came through to get a new phone and the employee Justin asked us to wait outside of the store while he attended a customer. Ok, he's alone so I get it, I can wait. Another employee comes out from the back and they both help the single customer that was allowed inside the store. We wait for another 5-10 minutes and Justin finally decides to come help us outside. I asked if we can come in and his response was "why don't you tell me why you're here and I can help you". I was immediately insulted that I wasn't offered to come in and look at what they had. Nope, I had to stand outside like a bum where he tells me they don't even have the phone in stock. Didn't offer to look at other phones, didn't apologize for the odd treatment. The reviews are 100% correct. I've been to T-mobile stores in at least 5 different states in the last 13 years that I've been a customer, and this one by far is the worst. I needed a replacement phone for the one I bought last night. I called them to make sure they had the one I needed (not indicating it's a replacement, just generally asking). Female employee said they have the phone so I made the trip to the store. I arrived, and when I told them that this phone would be a replacement for the bad phone I have, they lied and told me they don't have these phones in stock. They clearly just didn't feel like taking the re-stocking hit, and lied and said they didn't have it. The lowly manager made some double-talk crap excuse that between the time that I called, and now, the phone had been allocated to another store that needed it. Major lies. Major laughs. Two lessons here. 1. If you ever need a replacement in a retail store like this, make sure you don't tell them it's a replacement until the very last second. MAKE THEM BRING YOU THE PRODUCT AT THE COUNTER. Sadly, stores like this force US to lie like this, and act like we are there to outright purchase a phone, rather than get replacement for defective merchandise. 2. Absolutely do not visit the Glendale Galleria Store. In fact, I am praying it becomes a more useful store like a Glamor Shots or Hot Dog On a Stick. Before we came in to the store today, we visited the Verizon and Sprint stores before that, and At&t after that. We were trying to see who's offers better fit my friend's needs, so were asking a lot of questions. All of the above mentioned stores employees did a great job, with being patient, courteous and very helpful to us. The T-mobile's employe's name is Robert. The guy started straight by assuming and telling us that, - if you don't have good credit history, T-Mobile won't sell you a phone. Great way to start. That's called profiling. We moved on. During our very short "conversation" he kept talking to other employees without even apologizing to us. His approach to us was very rude and disrespectful, and though I tried to tolerate it, my friend got fed up and tryed to argue with him over a statement. That's when Robert just walked away and started talking to other employee. We were just stunned. The guy just turned and walked away! When I approached him and said that we were not done yet and still have questions, the lady employee who was talking to Robert, said that he will be back in a minute. Note, he didn't even turn to look at me. I had my precautions before we went to the store, as I had my unsatisfactory experience with T-Mobile already, but went there anyway, to be fair to my friend. Robert proved me to be right. From now on I will be disaproving all my friends who want to go to T-Mobile, especially this store in Galleria, next to the Target. My son brought his phone in the find out why his T-Mobile SIM card wasn't working and was told I needed to drive to the store and pay my leases off ($360) just to get another set of new SIM cards that work with T-Mobile. First of all, My name is Antonio M. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at this location inside the Glendale Galleria. Brian and Seth attended me at the store. Raymond and Amanda attended my issues with the other, unfortunate, T-mobile stores and their unprofessional employees. If you scroll to a Yelp review done on 05/09/2016 by an "Antonio M" stating negative things about this store, I am almost 100% certain that, that review was completed by either Shelby at the Santa Clarita T-Mobile on Golden Valley Rd. & the 14 fwy or either Manda or Jimmi at the Stevensons Ranch T-Mobile off The Old Road. Both locations are T-Mobile "Corporate" stores. Well, at least that's what Shelby kept telling me. Anyways, I will be reporting the fraudulent account and review posted possibly by Shelby since she was the only one who interacted with Raymond over the phone. I am very stressed out. I've reached a high level of anxiety due to my interactions with Shelby, Manda and Jimmi. This is a defamation of my character and I will be contacting a lawyer. I've screened shot the falsified review just in-case someone wants to take it down. I am pretty sure IT will be able to locate the computer the account was created from and identify the culprit. Let me RAVE about my EXCELLENT experience with Brian, Amanda and Raymond at the Glendale Galleria location! :-) I went into the T-Mobile store on 05/08/2016 due to my LG G4 device not working. Brian and Seth immediately assisted me even though they were highly busy. I had my wife and infant with me so my time was of the essence. Brian and Seth both told me that my phone was unfortunately no good however it was under warranty so they would be able to place an order for a replacement. Huge sigh of relief came to me since that phone was only 8 months old and I paid over $700 for it. Now, they also told me that I was eligible for an upgrade. What a coincidence! I've been very interested in the new LG G5! Even though the price was a bit steep, I really needed a phone for business and emergencies if one was to arise. Now, let me remind you. it's Sunday, May 8th. Mother's day! I have the coolest wife in this planet! As soon as I heard, "Upgrade", I quickly turned to my wife and hoped to see a sign of approval. With a huge smile on my wife's face, I knew I married her for a reason! "Let's do it!" I told Brian. Quickly enough they got me my new phone and Seth kept asking me if he would like for me to let my wife back in the store since it was waaaay after closing. My wife was fine outside the store since my son was crying. They took great care of me and my cellular needs since I run 4 dental offices and have several doctors and patients calling me 7 days a week, 24 hours around the clock. I mos def recommend this location and their due diligence to assist you with all your mobile needs. They carry a high standard of integrity and should be recognized for the actions they took on taking care of me remotely after I left their location. Now I will review the other locations. Seriously the worst T-Mobile store ever. I went to get a new phone and the guy who helped me out sold me a whole bunch of products making me believe that it was all part of a package deal. He said it was all completely included and that I wouldn't have to make any payments. His communication skills were awful and he did not know what he was talking about. Luckily I reviewed the receipt at home and noticed that it stated a monthly charge. I felt very deceived. If you don't know what you're talking about or selling, you have no right to try and sell it. To make matters worse he was unable to set up my phone so that it would be working when I left. Furthermore (and this really shows how awful this T-Mobile is) I went back and neither the manager nor the "tech expert" were able to set up my phone so that I could make calls and texts. The managers shift was about to end so he passed his task over to another employee (which I totally understand), bat I waited 3 hours. I'm not even exaggerating. He called another number to see if they could help us and the dude was on his phone looking at social media while we waited instead of looking for other ways to resolve the problem. It was time for the store to close down because it was about 9:30 and all the guy said was "Come back tomorrow." As I left and said "See ya" he said "Your welcome" which really confirms this guy was an actual idiot. Why in the world would I be thanking someone who just wasted 3 hours of my time? The reason I left such a lengthy review and was so disappointed is because I went to a different T-Mobile later (one in Northridge) and they set up my phone in 2 minutes. I went to this store on 12/2/2022 because I didn't get any help with my flip4 phone at Samsung at the Americana. I asked the girl if I could just do an upgrade on a line I have an old device that should have been paid off by now. She was trying to tell me that I would get charged the amount still owed on that phone. I have been paying that particular phone off for over 2 years now. It should definitely have been paid off. She was arguing with me about doing an upgrade on a line and swapping the phone numbers. I've done this many times with T-Mobile over the last six years I've been with them. I think i know what I'm talking about. Obviously, the girl one, didn't want to help me, and two, didn't know what the hell she was doing. She also didn't help a gentleman who was in front of me. She made him go to another location that the guy would have to drive to. Instead of giving him an actual address, she just told him the cross streets. He asked if it was walking distance and she said "No, you have to drive!" She really didn't want to help anyone! There were two other workers but they were occupied. The staff are very unknowledgeable, if you ask questions they answer you with some none sense stuff, which doesn't answer your actual question. The staff don't have patient at all. Sabrina barely knows how the system works, and blames the customer even if the device has pre existing issues itself! Not recommended! read more

Very poor customer service. The girl at first register was so rude, she might have bad day that's why she was rude to everyone.
