    Dear Arman Arshakyan , I am writing to inform you of the wonderful first rate customer service I have received from you. This is something that I admit was not expected after my last visit, and when I was met by warm staff who were attentive to my every need, I was definitely pleasantly surprised.  I will make sure that this AT&T store is the only retail store I will go for all my needs because of the customer service that can be given. I am sincerely blown away how you were able to give the level of service. I will be completely honest when I entered the store was not expecting to buy anything but now I have a new phone and all the bells and whistles. Plus! Plus a new tablet as well. I know that you will definitely be successful in all of your future endeavors with your warm friendly excellent service. Please keep it up and never lose it.     Do NOT go to this store!!!! Her…read more I've been with Metro for 7 years, and I've never had an experience this bad. I went in to buy a phone for Christmas, and the employee named Manju completely messed up my account. Without my permission, she moved my main phone number to a brand-new account. She told me on December 23rd that I wouldn't have to pay for the new account and that everything would be fixed on the 26th. When I went back on the 26th, she suddenly said she couldn't put the phone back on my original account unless I paid more. She also told me my bill would go up "a little," but not more than $120. Today, when I called her back to fix her mistakes, she told me I had to pay $150.00. When I confronted her, she admitted it was her mistake and said she would pay the difference for the first two months -- but then tried to force me to remove two tablets from my account, which I no longer wanted to cancel. When I refused, she avoided letting me speak to a manager, claimed she was alone in the store, and wouldn't provide a phone number or put anyone else on the line. That's when I called Metro Customer Service myself. They fixed the entire problem in 10 minutes. I did NOT have to pay the $150, my original payment stayed the same, and I did NOT have to remove my tablets. What upset me most is that I wasn't the only one -- another customer was already there angry because Manju had done something similar to her mother's account. This felt misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional. I left extremely disappointed. Be very careful at this location -- I would not recommend it to anyone.

    It's been a long time since I last had Metro by T-Mobile. But in 2018 they did something so…read moreegregious in my book that I severed ties with the company. I had just bought a new iPhone and had plugged my Metro SIM card into the phone, and instantly that phone became locked to their network without me agreeing to any terms. When I called asking them to unlock it, I was told "No our policy states you cannot have your phone unlocked for 6 months." So I cut service with them then and there. Thankfully the store I bought the iPhone from had my back in that situation and exchanged the phone. I've now gone to a different company and will never go back. Metro by T-Mobile does not get to decide what you do with your device... Awful experience for me and still taints the company for me even now in 2025.

He's the Best my Dad is was ai excited he was like a kid in candy shop I was so happy he was happy with his new phone . Mr.Butts even threw in a new Case , screen protector and super charger I was like WOW he didn't have to so nice of him to do that . But yeah don't panic if your Cell isn't working right take it here he'll get you right no strings attached and his prices are very good and more than fair Tell them PokerDad sent you ! This leaves the retail stores and their employees as the front line when it comes to customer interface. And they mostly suck, except for EVERYONE at this location. Stephanie and her wrecking crew will go the extra mile to bring the corporate T-Mobile drones to heel. What's truly entertaining is watching this crew take on the "customer service" reps based in Bangladesh? India? Pakistan? I got a new LG V20 last week. 7 days later the screen cracks (no, I did NOT drop it). I have insurance, but after 7 days there's no way I'm paying the $175 deductible. Just give me a new one, dammit! Stephanie made it happen. Perhaps I should keep this a big secret...Wouldn't want the masses to find out this T-Mobile location will actually take care of it's customers. That fifth star is coming, as soon as I get my new replacement phone, Wheee! Cheers!

I came in to get a screen phone protector, since mine was cracked. They looked annoyed I was there, and even more annoyed when I told them I had insurance and wasn't there to buy anything. They said they didn't have any, after not believing me because my receipt was on the T-life app and not a physical copy. They said they weren't sure when they were going to get more but could order one to my home. Rolling their eyes, asking for my ID and pretending to do something for me is all they really did, because a month later I still hadn't received anything. I ended up going to another tmobile store and they gave me a replacement right away, never going back again and I hope you don't waste your time with lazy unprofessionals with no work ethics. What's worse is I'm sure one of them was a manager, which should be setting the example instead of slacking off and trying to be cool with their employees.
