If I could give less then 1 star I would. If you have an account with Metro PCS by T-Mobile, there…read moreis no way to purchase a phone without upgrading. This makes it so that you cannot return your phone. According to customer service you can, but not according to the store. So you are stuck with your purchase. AND you now have to pay the entire RETAIL purchase price for your phone. It doesn't matter how long you've been a customer of MetroPCS, you're out of luck upgrade costs are the entire RETAIL cost PLUS the $25 dollar UPGRADE fee for the phone. AND they don't disclose ANY of this information to you. If you happen to desire to change networks, you can't. The phone you upgrade is locked for 5 months to the network so you are again out of luck and no one is willing to help you, or work with you. We were a customer for over 10 years but that didn't mean anything to them. Longevity means nothing. They are interested only in adding new lines and getting new customers. If you ever want to buy a new phone buy an unlocked one at BestBuy or anywhere else!!!!Don't buy at a networked store, and if you like the service T-Mobile offers, Mint-Mobile uses their network and is $$$ less expensive!
