Went to another T-Mobile location to upgrade our Sprint phones. Waited there an hour & their system went down!!! They were rude & didn't seem to care. Called Griffith location & they were up and running. Went straight over there Jerry helped us. He had the phones we wanted looked at our Sprint plan & was able to use special promotion so our new iPhones won't cost us anything!! Several days after I looked online at my account & it looked like we were paying full price for all the phones - YIKES! Called Jerry & he explained we'll be getting monthly credits to offset the costs. If we have any issues to come back in to see him. Not only did Jerry have what we wanted he didn't try to upsell us or push us to move over to a T-mobile plan! Great experience. Setting up new phones was fast & flawless. Go see Jerry!! read more

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 9 years. Since I've had my IPhone 8plus I've had nothing but issues. Especially, after each new phone comes out mine gets worse. I have been given the run around by T-Mobile and replacing this device. I have been on the phone with several people troubleshooting. I was sent to several locations for technical assistance(T-Mobile store, Best Buy Geek squad and Apple Store) and no one has solved my issue with the glitches of this phone even after it was replaced. T-Mobile loves to inconvenience their customers by passing them off to Apple. Apple wastes my time wanting to replace with the same device each and every time instead of offering a realistic solution. Apple is a scam! T-Mobile does not back their customers nor their product when there is a continuous issue for over a year. They bounce you back and forth and try to get you to spend more money on an upgrade when my phone hasn't worked right in the first place. DO NOT GET T-MOBILE.... DO NOT DEAL WITH APPLE. They are both full of it and they don't care how they inconvenience their customers with the games they play with these devices. With all the inconvenience I've experienced between Apple and T-Mobile the only thing they can offer is to charge my card while they exchange this phone with the same model for the 4th time and none of them are working. This is the worst phone store I've ever been to. The girl who did not help, couldn't tell right from left. She was unable to help me switch my old contacts to my new contacts on a new phone. After I had been standing there and she didn't say anything to me, I realize she was on the phone via her earbud, While standing right in front of me.. I left the store called another T-Mobile store and they were able to help me with my problem over the phone in less than five minutes. I wasted a trip and I would never recommend the store to anyone. Place is a joke you ask for a phone to see if they have it in stock and Victor cant tell you what they have. I can only confirm we have iPhones I can't tell you what the gigs are, for security purposes. Then why confirm over the phone that you have them in stock in the first place? I explained that I was looking for a certain gig. But apparently they are locked in a safe with no other way of keeping track of their inventory. Until you physically go in and look at the phone. For which he can't do. But he can confirm they have them in stock. Then when you ask to speak to the manger Connie is on a another call and "real" busy. Making it real easy to decide on switching carriers. read more
