I would love to state that this location and their customer service will wow you...but alas, that truly isn't the case. Truthfully, this place is hit or miss customer service...and I'm starting to think that is why an armed officer is always stationed at this location. To give just a minor incident while at this location: Something was wrong with the charges I received, and items promised were not given. I came back to this location to show them the contract I signed and what promises were made. The store was showcasing the power of their bluetooth speakers. Music was pumping loudly in two languages, Spanish and English. The customer service representative did not like that I stated that a mistake was made and promises were not kept, but he couldn't deny all the documentation. I was merely asking why was he hesitant to fulfill the obligations and he tried to turn the situation into me being a hostile customer because I was yelling at him. On the surface, I was yelling at him, but ONLY BECAUSE they had the music blasting in 2 languages and I could barely hear anything! The security guard even had to correct the representative because I was only trying to be louder than the music. It ended up being a horrible look for the staff that day. All in all, don't come to this location with thin skin because you just get a customer service representative that IS NOT having a good day. read more

They were able to traansfer all my data in a fast manner and the store manager was amazing. He stepped into the conversation to make suree everything was okay. Horrible customer service went in there to get a new case. They didn't have what I needed, so they had to submit an order. They never submitted the order. I have been waiting for three weeks. I called to inquire about the order; they were no help. If you want better customer service go to the Tmobile next to Lowes. read more

Come here constantly because unfortunately it's the closest one to my home...but the wait is always ridiculously long. I came with my mother and currently here now. My mother can be very slow as a customer because she is not phone savvy. The sales person "helping" us, was more just watching us struggle and when my mom would get impatient because she could not figure something out on the phone on her own, he would turn around, sigh loudly and roll his eyes. No matter how annoyed you get, working in customer service you should know much better than to act this way. We've had a couple pleasant experiences here since we've been coming for like a decade, which is why I gave it 3 stars. But the sales people are slow and most are rude and not very helpful unfortunately. It's sad, we've been with Tmobile for over 15 years, but that might be changing soon. read more

Came here to look at phones with my wife because after 9 years of being with Sprint and suffering thru their horrible customer service, a need for change had to happen. We have been thinking of moving to T-Mobile but my wife hates the whole process of changing services. We walk in and are quickly greeted by Abi L. She is very nice, well versed in the product and gave us the time to look at phones and answer any questions we had. We were porting over 5 lines so it was going to take some time on her side to get all the info sorted out. We decided on Iphone 7+ but the color my wife wanted, the gold, was out of stock, the manager came over to help out and told us he would find us one and pick it up and we could come back tomorrow and finish off the port over. We came back the next day and Abi took care of it all and we walked out as new T-Mobile customers. I then tweeted it to the CEO of T-Mobile, John Legere and he quickly replied back with a enthusiastic "WELCOME!!!" Would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. This location is very busy so be patient, it's worth the wait. read more

I was been a customer of AT&T for many years. I was finally tired of their games, over charging and inadequate services so I went on the market for a new phone service company. I went o this T-Mobile since it was close to my house and I always heard good things about them. I have now been a customer for 5 months and am very happy with my decision to switch. They have set prices with not surprise charges on the bill. Unlimited internet, well unlimited everything at a very good prices and good signal. This specific store was very good to make the experience uncomplicated and made it easy for us to switch over. The customer service was personal and had a great result unlike My past experiences where I knew there was a phone call every month having to battle with the rep to take off charges that didn't belong on my bill. Now, I haven't had to call T-Mobile once and am very happy! read more

Employee lied to me, went behind my back to add a line and change my rate plan without permission, stole the stylist out of my phone and the lied and said I never had one or didn't bring it in. Just completely unethical. Once I tried calling the tmobile customer support line they informed me that they can't do anything about it and to talk to the store. Called the store and the guy seemed uninterested and only told me he'd get a new s-pen, but that I'd have to just deal with being on a more expensive plan now even though I didn't want to be on it. It's cheaper to just switch to Verizon then to let the shady employees at this store deal with your account. You don't know what they will do behind your back. read more
