Truthfully, this place is hit or miss customer service...and I'm starting to think that is why an armed officer is always stationed at this location. To give just a minor incident while at this location: Something was wrong with the charges I received, and items promised were not given. I came back to this location to show them the contract I signed and what promises were made. The store was showcasing the power of their bluetooth speakers. Music was pumping loudly in two languages, Spanish and English. The customer service representative did not like that I stated that a mistake was made and promises were not kept, but he couldn't deny all the documentation. I was merely asking why was he hesitant to fulfill the obligations and he tried to turn the situation into me being a hostile customer because I was yelling at him. On the surface, I was yelling at him, but ONLY BECAUSE they had the music blasting in 2 languages and I could barely hear anything! The security guard even had to correct the representative because I was only trying to be louder than the music. It ended up being a horrible look for the staff that day. All in all, don't come to this location with thin skin because you just get a customer service representative that IS NOT having a good day.

I took it in and after 30 minutes it was changed. Almost immediately after my display had a white spot, front camera was blurry and typing was not cohesive.I got home and called him and he said he would fix it and put on a better screen. I was confused as to why he wouldn't ha done that in the first place.He would change it no extra charge to the screen that was "supposed" to be on there. I also asked about changing my battery also because the battery life had diminished because I use it for work. He said he would order the battery and replace my screen again. My husband wanted to get his battery replaced also. We went the next day and got the screen replaced and batteries changed. Once walking out I realized my phone could no longer read my Face ID. I went back in and he changed it again. It's been a week and it's been soooo frustrating. My phone constantly overheats, my display barely recognizes taps, my battery won't stay charged at all and this phone is pretty much worthless. I'm now getting a new phone so it was a complete waste of time. If you have a cheap non import an t phone they can fix it but other than that just go to Apple and make sure to get Apple care.
