The girl was nice, but when I asked for my id she said she didn't have it and then I asked the manager if there is a way to look at cameras. Not even me but just to locate the id that was take and the can just look to see what happened themselves. From me or possibly dropped or misplaced by staff... I was not rude or short yet I was told go get an atty and a subpoena. It's faster and cheaper to wait in line half the day and pay $11 than to deal with Verizon anymore. This does not include the horrors or the fact that I could not use my number and had to get a different number from a different carrier. When I went back for a refund they said the didn't do that though I had bought it hours ago and went back to the store 3 times to try and fix the problem.

I went to different store the same day, they said my account was already active, but they were not able to provide me with a phone, because Dairius did not delete the installments. On requesting to delete the device info, he said that he did do it, and that said that my line was not active, so my request was unreasonable.
