WORST EXPERIENCE EVER... I walked out without a working phone number. I cannot use my phone number, which I had for the last 8 years. After spending 12+ hours dealing with multiple employees online and in store, and 3 days later, no one at AT&T is able to fix it. I am stuck without my phone and phone number. The employees are rude and do not know how to do their job. Dairius the employee lied that my phone number transport from another carrier was denied, but added phone installments to my account, without giving me the phone. I gave him all the information that was needed to get the job done, but he was so confused the whole time, and kept typing the wrong information. I went to different store the same day, they said my account was already active, but they were not able to provide me with a phone, because Dairius did not delete the installments. On requesting to delete the device info, he said that he did do it, and that said that my line was not active, so my request was unreasonable. Also, Dairius was taking a personal call, while asking me the account details. All my personal and financial information was maybe sold to someone. They are very unprofessional. read more

Denied me service to transfer my old phone to my new AT&T iphone because I didn't come to this store to order it in the mail. She said it was because of covid and wanting to make their customers priority. I said I am an AT&T customer. The store was completely empty and no line outside. There is absolutely no "customer service " at this store or at ATT in general. They only want to sell you product here. If you have a problem they will only have you call the customer service line and hand you the phone. The person on the phone is in India and only has limited options to solve your problem. So only use ATT if you want to be completely on your own for solving problems. They ship you equipment for you to install yourself unless you want to pay $100 on top of the monthly fees you are already paying. They do not care if the equipment breaks or isn't working properly. read more

Let me first start off by saying that I've been an AT&T customer for about 15 years, and while the customer service people you get when you call have never been anything special, lately, they've gotten down-right useless. However, what they lack, Gerry and Katerine more then made up for at this location. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and in the off chance I asked a question they didn't have the answer to, they got it instead of just saying 'I don't know, you need to call 1-800-blah blah blah for that info' like the 'customer service reps' do on the phone! I went in to get my phone fixed, wound up getting TV, internet, and 2 new phones - best part is...I'm only paying $15 more a month for ALL of that hen I was paying for JUST MY WIRELESS BILL. Went by to see if they could help me with my phone taking forever to charge. Literally couldn't even tell who worked there as no one was dressed like they were employed. As a guy I thought was a customer started to listen to my question, a girl in a hoodie came over and interrupted him to say "we don't do that here." She'd started to turn her back and walk away when I asked where I should go, and then looked at me like I was annoying her. "You can go to the corporate store but they're closed because of the virus so you'll probably just have to wait." I'm sorry, what? "Or you can go to this website." I went to this store at the suggestion of customer service to expedite things. 4 people in there including 2 employees. So unhelpful to the point of being rude. She said that "we cant do that here" but simpley wasn't listening. Too busy sitting on her butt, on her cell phone. Customer Service said that she very well could do it if she wanted to or cared.
