I was a customer migrating from a competing service... Intent on making the switch to Verizon. I…read moredropped in (11.05.21) at a nearby store in Pleasant Prairie, WI - eager to make a service change and upgrade my current phone. I even made reference to this with the reps (An EASY Sale) as I entered the store... Only they gave me the impression they didn't care and appeared more concerned about the time on the clock. Okay fine... I'll take my business to another Verizon store, which I did the following (11.06.21) day. Once again, I entered the store eager to get the newest iphone and improved cellular service. So, I sat with a rep 'Nathen' and after roughly 30 minutes I left with a handwritten scrap piece of paper with my order number, a description of what I would receive and, the sales reps name and number. His instructions were to simply monitor my email and track my order, they would follow up with me once it arrived. Moving forward, I received one email which only read the order was "Shipped" under the status. I checked multiple times a day for over a month before finally calling the rep (12.12.21) to get a personal update. Well, he never answered his phone and his vm did not accept messages as, it indicated it was full. So, I called the store and spoke directly with one of the reps. This rep 'Nick' indicated to me that my phone was delivered but nobody in the store knows what happened to it. He told me this has never ever happened before and will investigate further and call me back... Never received that call. I called back (12.15.21)... asked to speak with the store manager. Representative that answered 'Anthony' told me they did not have an active manager in the store but he could help. After giving him all of the particulars... He told me the order & tracking numbers indicated it was delivered there but nobody there could speak for it or locate it but, he assured me he would get me answers but first he needed to consult with management and the other associates. I replied, "That's what the previous rep told me and I never received a follow-up. Anthony responded, "I guarantee you I will personally call you back within 2 hours," Lmao - Guarantee WHAT? SO... I was about to call it quits with ever doing business with Verizon again! However, my girlfriend continued to urge me to visit another store near her and give this Charlie a chance... There was a little distance between this store and my home however, she insisted he would resolve the issue and present me with a great deal as Charlie had done for both her and her mother. She even called him in advance and shared my experiences with the two previous Verizon stores. Without hesitation, Charlie exercised his resources and expedited the exact phone I had previously ordered to his store in just a couple of days. Whatsmore, upon meeting Charlie Pullara... his innate sense of personal attention and customer care is exceptional. Also, with Charlie it isn't some fake sales pitch his personality is completely organic. He managed to deliver in short time the phone I wanted, was thoughtful in listening to questions and concerns and even apologized for the bad experiences I had with the other store locations. Thanks Charlie... You've restored my faith in humanity. A+

My daughters attended this daycare for one day. I never brought them back again. Their first day I…read morewent to drop them off...I wasn't given a code yet so I stood in the dark entrance ringing the door bell for 10 minutes. Finally a worker came in for her shift and let me in. We were brought into a room different than what I was told and there was one teacher to about 15 kids. The teacher told me she never was given any paperwork on my kids and she was already overwhelmed as it was because the other teacher was not there yet. Because she was not given paperwork she needed my girls d.o.b so I told her them and she wrote it on her hand. I went extra early for their first day and ended up late to work. At the end of the day I went to go pick my kids up. Once again I stood in the dark entrance (office was closed) . Someone finally saw I was there after another 10 minutes and I was let up to get my kids. My 10 year old daughter told me there were constant fist fights between the kids and tons of cussing. She said the teacher didn't address the cussing at all. She also told me that there was an older kid who wouldn't leave my little one alone. She was very uncomfortable there. Also did I mention the teachers butt was hanging out of her pants as well? Yeah..I never brought my kids back. Director didn't even follow up with me after I told her that I was pulling my kids out.

We had century for 4 years and was cost effective until recently. Needed a new primary panel…read morewhich unfortunately was back ordered due to supply chain challenges. Their program while cheaper upfront, you pay for service calls and any equipment repair or replacement. So we changed to a national supplier who had a great program for all equipment plus more options for basically the same price as a replacement panel from century. The new company has a higher annual cost, but the plan covers all service calls at no cost and full replacement of any device if something breaks or becomes outdated. So more money but a insurance plan as we all know electronic devices always have some issues eventually. Hate to not support a local company who did have overall good service, but there is a high cost long term if something needs service or changes from 3g to 4g and eventually 5g. Just make sure when making this type of investment that lower upfront costs may not always be the right path long term.
