His schedule is a lot less demanding than mine. He can get there during non-peak hours a lot easier than I can. Last week he was told he was no longer allowed to do this even with my permission and my PIN. Today, I stop in myself to find a packed store and am told I have to wait until all other customers are served first. If they are getting new phones or new plans, it could be HOURS. I shouldn't have to wait HOURS for a 2 minute screen replacement that I've already been to the store twice for. Now I have to find time to go back a THIRD time and hope they are not too busy.

T-Mobile was pre-paid $125 in July for service through December of this year. T-Mobile service was cancelled one month into the five month period I had already paid for, and now refuses to refund the other $100, claiming it's in the contract that they don't offer refunds. However, a company cannot enforce an illegal contract, and stipulating that if you pay money in for service you no longer require, they can keep it, is ILLEGAL and constructive fraud. DO NOT USE T-MOBILE. They do NOT sell unlocked phones, and will gladly screw you on refunds.

Which was also reasonable for me since we were leaving in about 12 days right when she broke her iPad screen. The iPad works great and looks as if it had never broken. Experience one. My second experience was when I took in my iPad mini. It was put away in my drawer for about a year and some odd months. I had lost all hope. I had cracked the screen in a small area but as time went by the cracked screen got bigger and bigger. I finally took it to the mall in 2014 to get fixed. They fixed the screen but the iPad mini never worked again. The functions were not doing as instructed. I had no idea the mall stand had done a bad job. I just thought the cracked screen had effected the entire gadget. I had already taken my daughters big iPad this December 2016 when I told him about the iPad mini and he told me to take it over. He educated me on what the place in the mall had done wrong and how he could fix it. He told me to come back in 3 hours and that is what I did. My iPad mini works fabulous and I am so happy to have found this place. I strongly recommend it.

Everytime your company screws something up, by accident or dishonest upsell, you will always have the excuse of blaming the guy who supposedly was internally into the item previously. a person would'nt know this after you already opened the item up! Understand, everything worked except blurry close pictures before i came in. I now have nothing. Bought another phone. This outfit had no response to ruining my phone. No insurance, loaner phone, and was yelled "fuk you" 3 times in a row by some creep, who would not tell me his name. Previously, when walked in back to lock my sensitive files. i noticed how discustingly dirty this shop was. electronic shops should be virtually sterile. This is not acceptable. There was a company when i was a hvac tech that worked for a very slick dishonest owner, which I would not work for anymore, and quit. i know how shady businesses work. Stay away!!!!

I have been here a couple of times to browse their selection and was recognized right away with a welcome and asked if I needed any help right away. I bought a note 10 plus through them and the service was fantastic, and all my needs were met with all questions asked with no hesitation for answers. A refund or re-repair would be lovely but I have lost that receipt since because I am used to trusting their services.

I had been having all sorts of problems with this computer (I have a list of 8 different problems which I explained), and the individual I spoke to blamed me for all of them. Then, in addition to that, he accused me of not paying for their subscription service even though I had already paid when I purchased the computer and had an active credit card on file for the following monthly subscription fees. Then he accused me of yelling at him which I was not (my sister heard the whole conversation) and in the end just hung up on me. So now I am stuck with this piece of junk computer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE - if there is a problem it will be your fault and you will not get any real help.
