They take the time to correctly understand what the issue is or what you plan to do. We wanted our phones upgraded and went from a I-phone 6 to an SE as AT&T's add states. All worked out and now my wife gets one as well. As some comments are about appointments; we were helped right away. The environments are changing and so are stores : You have to wear a mask and show a driver license or some kind of identification before entering the store. This is because of the burglaries in the area. Also, they order your phone to get send home. Their store does not have many in stock anymore basically because of the above mentioned reason. There might be more changes in the future but it does not stop me from liking their customer service here.

Was she trying to make a point that they were busy? She just heard her coworker talk to me. I was not expecting to jump the line or to be immediately served. I just wanted to know if I needed to check in or how the process would work. It's too bad that despite being with a company for well over a decade that you can't get decent CS. I didn't recognize any of the workers and I wish the old ones would come back.

When it came to my turn I was asked to return when a different employee who had better knowledge of my particular batteries. Okay, I suppose that happens. No big deal. Not only will they get it, they will also make sure it is truly disappeared. They charge by the "truckload" but fret not, as with any goods or service you make sure you get a good deal. That's your responsibility. For my jaunt, we moved our tenants out who left a load of goods behind. They weren't really goods more like the junk they didn't want. I foiled the curb up and called the Kings. They came the next day later than anticipated but despite they picked every bit of the junk I had there. I did have to negotiate a reasonable price with them but they had no issue accommodating my reasoning. Between the two of us we came to an agreement. They cleaned all the garbage up same day, in and out in one trip. Highlight alert, I set all this up from my hometown Milwaukee and we took care of it all over the phone. They even sent me a couple pics of the area after they cleaned it out! Solid service if you ask me, using technology for what it was made for! I apparently has every right to be worried and the instructions did not help. Worthless and heartless. The manager was of no help.
