While a representative named Dilton was professional, his colleagues, Alejandro and Roberto, openly snickered and laughed at my comments. This disrespectful behavior was blatantly unprofessional and felt like targeted discrimination based on my age and appearance. I've been with Tmobile for 8 1/2 years and have a business account with them. It's a very small business so every dollar matters and I was dealing with an issue that could impact my bill for two cycles. Store manager Josh Gaffney stepped up immediately with gracious professionalism neutralize my frustration very quickly and made it clear that solutions would be forthcoming. I watched as he coached a team member through the steps of how to handle a situation like mine and he was a very clear, methodical thoughtful mentor Sharing system sensitive insight with the staff member as well as technical wisdom. I learned from observing him. Sometimes these things can take a very long time, because of Josh's assistance the whole issue took less than half an hour. There was a follow up step necessary and he indicated he would make sure to until completion if I needed to return to the store. I appreciate it professional as well as his knowledge and felt respected and seen in the wake of what would otherwise have been a frustrating and time-consuming issue. Every person there is great-respectful, honest, and sometimes even funny. They actually communicate with you and tell you usually within a half hour how long something will take to fix. And here's a shocker for Seattle, they'll tell you if they've encountered another problem that may take longer/and or that it wouldn't be worth fixing. The bottom line is, if I could build a large company that fixes devices, I would start with Jet City as the model, and build every store exactly like it.
