When I entered this location, it was packed with people. I had an issue with my phone. It wouldn't charge. After a 20 minute wait, I was cheerfully greeted and immediately helped with my problem. He found the solution to the issue, and I was finished within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service, just as long as you don't mind waiting for assistance. JP answered every single one of my million questions and was such a nice representative to work with! Also, I wish I knew her name, I believe she is the manager.... But she is awesome. Usually manager's can be grumpy and just want to get things done but this isn't the case for her, AT ALL! She was so kind, helpful, and made our experience that much better! I went in to get a new phone and transferred my information from my old phone to my new one. It's a family plan and I ended up with my mom's phone number on my phone, and my phone number was gone. I had to go back and have them fix the problem with the SIM car. The next time I tried to use my cellular service it didn't work AGAIN! I had to call customer support and went around in circles for almost an hour. between the support person and MYSELF I found the issue and fixed it myself by asking a lot of questions. they couldn't seem to figure it out from customer support. I found the issue in a random cellular setting I have never had to use. I'm thoroughly disappointed and frustrated that I missed important calls because, I wasn't receiving calls and I couldn't make calls. if I could switch providers I would!!! read more

Good luck being helped if you are not a brand new customer on day 1. I've only been with T-Mobile for 7 days & honestly they treat you the EXACT same way Verizon does. Nobody in store can help you because all they care about is the new walk-ins who they'll make commission from. Once they discover you need "service" they set you up on the phone to speak with an agent. (Had I wanted to speak to an agent I would have obviously done this already) Unbelievable that the company only incentivizes new sales. Like I said: good luck. I was on the phone with T-Mobile for four hours this morning on hold, being disconnected & transferred. I came to the store assuming an actual in person experience would minimally be professional lol!!! That's what I get for assuming. I get it: it's not the employees fault they receive little to no training from corporate. This place is shady. They always seem to have a way to fast talk you. Oh yeah this isn't an upgrade, you won't be charged, you'll actually save money then you get your bill and you're screwed. This is a tech place but it takes 2 employees to synch a watch to a phone. They deactivated my wife's watch for no reason when I got my new watch from apple. They added another watch line which was a means of adding an extra line to my account. When you try to resolve these issues in the store they tell you to call 611 to make changes. Worse part is I was having the manager help me. End of the day they make money on how many new lines:accounts they create. They hose you hoping you won't catch it on your bill. As many times as I've been to this location, I've never been greeted or acknowledged once when entering the store. It always takes a while. Overall, I'm happy with T-Mobile's services. When I got a new phone and watchs for my kids, it was a pretty good experience once I was actually helped. Since then, 1 of my kids' watchs has had issues, and every time I've gone in person to this location, I'd spend more than an hour. The problem was never fixed. I was offered a warranty replacement, which was just a refurbished watch. The store didn't have the proper charger for the watch, so I was sent home to deal with getting the replacement activated by myself. Interesting how you don't carry a charger for a product that you sell. I was told to come back if I had any issues, but I didn't have another hour to waste. The replacement watch didn't end up working either. Frustrated, I called 611, and they were able to step me through within minutes. Great! Then the watch died and wouldn't turn back on. Went back to this store for help again. I recognized a couple of the people working, but none were interested in helping, so I had to explain the whole lenghty issue again to someone new. Again, an hour later, nothing was fixed. Was offered another warranty replacement (refurbished again). Fast fwd to the 2nd replacement (and 3rd watch) later...I go back in this store because this replacement is still glitchy ‍-_- The lady who helped me was nice, she was newer and I understand, but noone really seemed interested in helping her, or me. My third time telling the ordeal all over again to someone new. The watch wasn't even charging at the store, so still faulty! Hit my hour limit again, so I left a third time with a non working watch. Now, even more frustrated, I waited a few weeks. Finally called 611 again. The lady who helped was extremely nice, patient and understanding! She ordered us a brand new watch....FINALLY! She credited my account for the 3 MONTHS that I was paying for a watch that isn't even working. The first warranty claim, I had to pay $5, no big deal. The second time around, I was told the only way the system will allow them to continue with the claim is to take payment again. I was told it would get credited back, but wasn't. Which is ridiculous given the circumstances. I wasn't charged the warranty fee this 3rd time and was credited the $10 back. Maybe cell stores are set up to just do basic sales these days and that's it. But my takeaway is that if you have an issue, it's pointless and a waste of time to go in person. I definitely wouldn't say anyone was mean or rude, just uninterested. Will I go back when I need a new phone? No. read more

I went in last week to update my plan. Sprint was recently bought by T-Mobil. I was kind of dreading the trip as I have had some bad experiences at the Sprint store. Long waits and talking to me to me like I'm a paycheck. When I went in to the Ocean Ranch T-Mobil store it was a welcomed change. More than what I expected. Clean store and friendly staff. I noticed they each have a bit of the T-Mobil pink on, I like that attention to detail. My favorite aspect was Robbie. Their lead sales tech. He knew everything there was to know about each of their products. He even taught me about how to best manage my storage and what to prioritize it. I will go back to Robbie anytime I need an upgrade or have a question with anything tech related. A welcomed change to what I had grown used to at Sprint. read more

This T-Mobile store is the equivalent of a shady used car lot. My issues go way back to spring 2019; I came in with a friend to start a joint account, Guillermo "Gizmo" and his manager helped us. We were offered plans and told "new account, new phone number, free phone" so I did just that. Friend ported over his current number to T-Mobile, I started with a new number with an Iphone XR. After all said and done, Gizmo and his manager tell me, "don't worry about seeing a charge of $35 for the XR for the first month, it will correct itself and show as a credit for the following bill cycle and no charge after that. First bill cycle went down like they said, then the following bill there was the $35 charge and how many months/balance I still owed. I call T-Mobile customer support, they say you have to go into the brick and mortar location- do that. Store front, "no, thats handled with CS" Call FROM THE STORE, each rep is saying it's the others problem. I get the district managers number, she never returned my 3 calls with voicemails. I have a transcribed voicemail from a Manager named Brian saying I can have a $600 credit back for the inconvenience/misunderstanding. Has that ever happened? Nope. I called him back, texted him-never a response either. Sent that to corporate as well..... The only resolve after two years of back and forth, finger pointing from both corporate and this location, calls that we never returned , was a $200 bill credit OR the option to trade in my XR for $400 so I can give TMobile an additional $600plus for an upgraded iphone and start that whole cycle again. Basically, I totally feel like a "bait & switch" was pulled on me. I didn't need a phone number, the whole reason I got a new number was to avoid having to pay off an Iphone for 24 months. The Iphone I had at the time was fine and was paid off, I didn't even need a new phone. Why didn't I just return the XR and use my old phone? TMobile required I trade it in. Now that my XR is paid off, I cannot give this company another cent. read more

Worst retail experience EVER!!!!! Darren, the store manager, was all too happy to take my business in moving 4 lines over from AT&T....then disappeared and turned me over to a brand new employee who tried his absolute best to help - without success. I have spent 3 weeks trying to port 4 numbers over and in the process have made 5 visits to TMobile stores, 2 visits to AT&T stores, 1 tech support call to AT&T, and am now back at TMobile!!! I would recommend Darren and this particular store to no one. Customer service in escalating situations is totally absent - as are managerial skills. read more

Came in with 2 phones that recently had glitches after installing new SIM cards (mailed to us from T-Mobile/Sprint merge). Jake replaced our SIM cards, checked all settings, and made sure both phones were working properly. He was extremely knowledgeable and just fantastic customer service. I called in and said I needed a few days to pay this balance, since due to a mistake on our bill I had to pay supposedly a month on june bill and we were in the month of October.. (if I'm late, why wasn't I disconnected before, then I made arrangements and 3 days before my arrangement my lines were cut off, really) now when I called, customer service said, no mam, you are not late,, you have till November 20, I said, my bill says October and I dont need issues,, this is my business account. He said, your fine mam. Today I went online to pay, I did not want to wait till the 20th like he said, and now I have to pay $171.91. EVERY MONTH ITS SOMETHING NEW, NEW ISSUES, OR THEY CHANGE MY PACKAGE,. I'm tired,, working from home write now the phone is really important and I'm always with issues with your company. I opened up my account with 3 lines and free Netflix, every sometimes they start charging my 3rd line and its supposed to be free. Karina took it upon herself to upgrade my plan to a more expensive one. I did NOT get a text or an email that my plan had changed. Found out on the 27th who I got an email with the new expensive plan. Spoke to Jill the supervisor on the 28th-I was supposed to get a credit of $30.00 which I still haven't. read more

The staff here is amazing, I did not catch the female associates name but she came from the laguna hills store , and was also at the Aliso Viejo location. I felt welcomed and was helped immediately, the staff is knowledgeable in all products & services. I felt very well taken care of, received exactly what I needed! On top of everything else she corrected all the errors that were made at the Fullerton T-Mobile store location. I recommend you stop by this store for A1 customer service!
