Every time we have had any cell phone or servicing need, they have been so nice. We came in twice this past week (once with my 84 year old mom) and they were so sweet and helpful to us, patient, and helped us transfer two old phones to new phones. This is a very busy T- mobile store! EVERYONE there is so nice and helpful. They acknowledge you when you come in, many of the representatives are willing to multitask and help more than one customer at a time which I think is WONDERFUL! If you have a simple fix or a question you won't have to wait forever to be helped! Gabi is the manager of the store and she is just delightful and so kind! I have a very dear life long friend that is legally blind and in need of a new phone and new carrier. I brought her to T-Mobile because I changed carriers about 3 years ago and love T-Mobile. We were greeted immediately and a very pleasant man asked how he could help. His name is Abel. Aptly named, I must say. He was able to cut through issues with incorrect passwords and 6 digit codes and when he seemed stumped, enter Gabby. Stellar customer service from both Abel and Gabby. My friend seemed a wee bit overwhelmed with everything and Abel was so incredibly gracious and helped at every turn. I cannot rave about him enough. Thorough, knowledgeable , patient, kind and a true gift to my friend and I. Customer service in this busy world seems to be a dying breed....not with T-Mobile and not with Abel. We needed to bring my 80 year old friend to T-Mobile to set up her new phone. We called first and were pleasantly greeted over the phone by Gabby. Just based on our first contact with Gabby we definitely decided to come here instead of a closer store. Gabby was involved with other customers so we were helped by Elias. Elias was very helpful, informative and super patient with our whole process. He made our experience very easy and I can honestly say we wouldn't mind coming back again if we have any problems. If useless was a person with a name, it would be Myle at the Capistrano T-Mobile location. To say this store, and this representative was in competent and useless is an understatement. If you are considering a switch to T-Mobile for your wireless plans, run, don't walk away to another provider. While the service coverage may be fine the headache with dealing with customer service and getting any billing or changes to your plan handled successfully is an absolute nightmare, please seriously consider the headache and hassle you will deal with by switching to T-Mobile. I use them for my home Internet 5G. It is fantastic l, but their wireless is an absolute disaster. you might be wondering what my frustration specifically is with, and it is this over the past week. I've spent at least six or seven hours on the phone most of the time on hold with a customer service department that is clearly out of the country, I keep getting the runaround and finally was directed to the store to return some devices. When I got to the store, I was told to simply call 611 from my phone and be directed back to the external customer service department that cannot help me, in the meantime, I am left with charges on my bill and charges for devices that I never requested. I went into this office on October 3, after speaking to Miley Kim, the evening before. She had told me that my bill would be between 106 and 107 per month. When I got there the bill became $121, and she has switched me to a different phone. The iPhone 15 Pro Max that was quoted, all of a sudden became an iPhone 15 max. I asked her how much my initial amount that I would need to pay in order to get the payment of 121 would be. She kept avoiding the question and never did "it saying I probably wouldn't have to pay anything for a couple of months, but then could not tell me, or would not tell me how much it would be at that time. The person that had brought me in there and have purchased several things from her the week before, is returning over $650 worth of merchandise today. I feel that Ms. Kim was completely unprofessional in her dealings with me. read more

There was a young man named Brian that spent time argumenting with me then helping. Each time he attempted to make a point I showed him in writing that's not what was said. All the time he spent doing this he could have easily corrected problem. I will not to business here again due to his unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. read more

T Mobile service for internet and mobile phones does not work at least one day of every week. We pay a substantial amount for this service and have decided to find another carrier. Their repeated excuses that they are making repairs to their cell towers have gotten old. I highly recommend that you do not use this carrier. read more

If I could give a 0 star I would. Since Sprint became T-Mobile it has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This store specifically has done nothing but cause distress and leaving me almost in tears. I HIGHLY recommend going to any other location. I waited for over an hour for someone to even acknowledge my presence. An a very rude woman named Myde deliberately ignored me and went to another customer who was behind me in line. This was after she was giving me attitude about how busy she was and how she couldn't help me because she wanted to leave in 30 minutes. When previously I called online (also I waited for over an hour to get a straight answer) and they said I could come in and would take care of this in a few mins) I'm very disappointed with how they handled their customer service and the lack of care to help one of their very loyal customers. I cannot stress how much I recommend going to another location if you don't want to pull your hair right out of your own skull. read more
