This location and the staff are great. My overall experience a month in, not so great. They lure you in with promos, then deny them (cell phone payoff- for example). I've spent a few hours, multiple calls with their customer service and even stopped back at this store in person to attempt to resolve, all to no avail. I provided them with the documentation they requested. And they won't cut the rebate check. Also, for my first month I am getting billed the full price - not the promo I was offered. I called customer service to ask about it and I get some incoherent response. Not cool folks, not cool. When Verizon installs more towers around here I am going back. Three months ago, I walked into T Mobile store in Lakewood, Colorado because my S20 phone was not performing correctly. Easy fix, but "HEY you need to upgrade your plan, that plan is out dated. 55+ - 2 phones at $75.00 a month is a dinosaur." New plan with more umph... $100 for 2 lines... less $10 with auto pay ($90). "BTW we have a free phone promo with all plan upgrades. Trade in your full paid S20 phone get a free phone ($800 credit) with upgrade to S23" Oh and something about try our WiFi for free - 14 days. Side note: WiFi sucks, don't try this at home - EVER! I paid $35 activation fee, and sales tax on that free phone before I left the store... Ummm, my phone number needs to be activated again? What? - Okay... fancy razzle dazzle sales talk, I'm stupid take my money. I returned WiFi equipment to the Lakewood store, and cancelled the service and "new line to WiFI" within 48 hours. 3 Months later, My bill has yet to be $90 plus taxes. 3 months my bill has gone from $95 a month (old plan included taxes and extra payment on an I Phone) to $175. I called 611 for the 3rd month in a row, today. Same song and dance... but wait, are you all saying this is my mistake, how? Today they said I never turned in my old phone... third time over the phone this was said to me. Ummmm, yah NO! I left the store with the new phone right after they fixed my old phone and talked me into a new phone. "Oh wait, I see the mistake... T-Mobile has been crediting the wrong phone line." Oh, is that the phoneline that went to the WIFI equipment that SUCKED? I noticed this error when I returned the WiFi at the store - I said, "Hey" that's not my main account/phone number you listed on my invoice." Store manager said: "Oh, good catch, we are calling Corporate, it will be fixed." (That was 3 months ago?) Today July 25, 2023, CSR at 611 looks up and finds THE SAME MISTAKE which hasn't been fixed. Why? Not sure? Once again, I'm told I'll see changes on my bill in 2 to 3 billing cycles. I'm not waiting 2 to 3 billing cycles for my credit! Wait what? There's more? Now they say I have a deposit due on the "free" phone, free phone which cost me $90 in sales taxes up front plus activation fees, PLUS MY PAID IN FULL S20+ ? Oh and that new plan I upgraded to - it's not $100 a month, it's $110 a month. The $10 auto pay brings it down to $100 a month. Nope, not what I was told - $100 a month, less $10 auto pay brings the monthly down to $90 a month... I should be paying $5.00 less a month for my phone plan according to the store manager. Up until April bill, I was only paying $95.00 (flat) for 2 phone lines and one handset. ($70 monthly plan, $25 payment plan on IPhone paid off in July of 2023.) This location is great! I needed a new screen saver and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The service was professional and respectful and I really appreciate the employee that assisted me. New or existing customers should have no hesitation to visit this store. 100/10 read more

Worst store manager in HISTORY!!! DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM HERE!!!! Buy it from Belmar or Denver West. JARED IS A JACKASS!!! Ran my card 3x saying it was not going through.... well guess what!? IT WENT THROUGH ALL 3X!!!!.... ok no big deal a mistake... well a week later and you still have not been credited your money back and you come back to the store to ask about MY MONEY!! Mind you after spending $1,200 the week prior and you get attitude "I can't control when our finance people work or how fast they work".... well I can't control how many people won't buy from you or if corporate hears of your LACK of CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
