This is not the closest T-Mobile store to my house, but it is the best. I had come here in 2019 for a new phone and when my old phone was breaking down and it was time for a new one, I knew right where to go. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over a decade and will not go anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about Lacie. She was extremely knowledgeable and beyond patient when my 7-year old S10 phone was completely dying on me. She spent hours transferring my data to my new phone and barely anything was lost. Nowhere else would I have gotten that type of patience and thorough service to make sure I was happy. She has great knowledge of the company, the plans and the devices and is everything you could ask for during a stressful time of not having a fully working phone. My new S26 Plus is a remarkable phone and one that should last for years. The store layout is not great, it is kind of dark and all of the phones are bunched together, but that has nothing to do with the type of service I got here as it was outstanding. DO NOT go to this location at Boca Park if you're just there to pick up your Tuesdays Freebies! I've had the same experience every time when I go to this location to pick up my free stuff. They ignore you even if they see you standing in line for more than 10 mins with your phones in everybody's hand (obviously trying to pick up free stuff). I understand that they have other customers being assisted with. But they can still greet us and tell us that they'll be there with us in just a few mins. One associate even calls on the next customer in line instead of handing out the freebies to people already standing and waiting in line for 10 mins. to get their freebies. They DON'T care about their loyal existing customers! They only care about NEW customers or existing customers dealing new business with them. Feeling very disrespectful! Laci H at the Las Vegas location on Charleston was beyond tremendous. I went in 1+ months ago to discuss our needs involving my daughter who was not in town yet, from across the world in India. We discussed plans and phones with our needs and we developed a plan. She helped in every step of the way with explanations that were great. She single-handedly got us to change from AT&T, after 35 years!!!My wife, my daughter and I could not be happier with her personal and professional attention. I went today to get my T-mobile Tuesday free blanket and the customer service agent that was handing them out was so rude I only asked her a question and she responded back in a mean tone. I also witnessed the same employee respond back in such a rude manner to an older lady that was asking to get a blanket for her daughter. Welppp, I did a thing. I've been with Verizon since 2009. I switched to T-Mobile, and with my current plan, I'm saving over $100 per month, plus I get free in-flight WiFi, free Netflix, and Apple TV, and they're paying off $800 of my phone's cost, per line! They have more service coverage, including satellite phone service for dead zones ($10 more per month - not bad!). I have a clear phone signal in my house, where before it was super spotty. My 5G even works in my apartment without my WiFi even being on, which has never happened. Trent, the sales guy, went above and beyond, and helped me get all of the out of state folks on my plan switched over to T-Mobile. I'm super happy so far, and so is everyone else on my plan who are also noticing a difference. read more

Decided it was time for a new provider and honestly T-Mobile just seemed convenient and competitive and per Nextdoor would work well in my area, so even though I had a horrible basically non encounter at the DTS location I decided to give this location a try. Immediately upon walking in I was acknowledged, waiting a few for a free rep and then different plans and options were explained to me. The rep was Cindy. I didn't commit that night but on a following visit and that was also a positive experience if not longer just because of the transferring over of my information. My only complaint about the store is no public restroom, which I understand for security reasons, but being that this can be a very long process, a couple hours, a bathroom for the public would be a nice option. read more

Went in for a routine phone transfer that never takes more than 20 min. Customer rep was trying to fix an issue with transferring my line but it was a mess, partially due to them not having WiFi, which is not the norm. After 90 plus minutes I asked to speak with manager. He was zero help and had zero professional ability to assist and resolve issues and only offered his company policy in which he would charge me $55 to restock the phone that I bought and they couldn't configure. The manager needs to be better. Period. Never going back to this store again which is unfortunate. read more

This review is not against a particular store, but against T-Mobile service or lack of service. This all started two months ago when I mistakenly paid my bill online and gave T-Mobile $1,900 instead of the $55 I owed. Since then I've been trying to get them to refund me $1,700 of it to no avail. It went from, yes we'll get it to you in 7 - 10 days. When it never was returned I called back and we went round and round all the way up the change of command. I've made at least 12 phone calls and spent at least ten hours on my phone. I even talked to one manager who said that the note now said, "on May 7th, it states we never received $1,900." After getting to a higher manager, he some how found that I did over pay them the $1,900 and he would start the process again. Now two months later, they say that they can't pay me back at all. Apparently the system will not allow it. So I asked, if I leave T-Mobile would I get paid back by check, he said yes. So now I'm leaving them for another company. But it gets better, I can't use the new iPhone SE due to they can't unlock it for me since I have not had it for more than forty days. So now I have to wait two weeks before they will unlock it for me to go to another company. Beware of T-Mobile. I live a few blocks from this store and barely get two bars on my phone and forget about heading north for much service. read more

I need a Yelptician. It's my 200th review and I've become a Yelpaholic. I even got a new phone so I'd get all my Yelp notifications properly cuz the app was trippin' on my Samsung cellosaurus. T-Mobile take me awaaaay! Huh? Streaming videos without using my data plan?! Are you serial? AND I can go on Yelp all day and iHeart Radio still without using my unlimited data?! When I walked in 3 sales reps on the floor plus 1 customer relations rep - Chad doing check ins, managing the scattered line, and answering questions; also preparing the set up of service plans as much as possible to assist sales reps. He took care of mine. Although the wait was super long with many customers, he helped make my transaction process quicker, by the time it was my turn. Good guy! Plus he apologized for the wait and offered water. While I was browsing looking for a bigger face phone, and checking out the Samsung Galaxy Note 5... oh buh-GEEZ $710 ppptthh... Dream phone no more. Cya' bye... Chad introduced me to the LG Stylo 2 Plus. It has the same screen size. Hmmm it's nice... it's cool and I can see more sh**! Hahahaa! Decisions decisions... Chad and Amber were working off a tablet that can scan a barcode from the back of my ID to auto fill their application. It has a card processor on it too, for payments. Hi-tech stuuuuff there. Loving the neon pink wall lights in the store by the way. AT&T used up my data plan when I'm on the Yelp and iHeart radio apps. T-Mobile does not! Their network allows connection to your laptop as a wifi hotspot. I used to have T-Mobile as my carrier over 6 years ago. I can say they've definitely gotten better. The husband and I came here not too long ago to switch over from Verizon. Loved Verizon, but they were too expensive! It was busy when we arrived, but no problem because we wanted to check out the phones anyway. Brian, who I believe was the manager, put our name down on the waiting list and happily answered all of our questions. Watch out when you touch the phones on display. Most of them were oily and nasty! Don't know if they actually clean them or not (probably not), so wash your hands! Lance helped us with porting our numbers over and set up our new phones and account. It didn't take very long, although waiting for our numbers to port over took a few hours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. FYI, if you are looking at the iPhone 5, they only have the 16GB ones in stock at the store. The 32 and 64GB phones have to be ordered online. The store is clean and organized. Bonus points because pink is my favorite color! T-mobile's coverage isn't as good as Verizon of course, but I think I can live with it. One thing is for sure, I am definitely looking forward to seeing our phone bills cut in half! Also, T-Mobile is awesome for having NO ANNUAL CONTRACTS!! Located across Wendy's. 5/30/2021 Went in to get an upgrade for my daughter's phone. Megan greeted us and helped us out. She is very knowledgeable and tech savvy. Absolutely disgusting service. Pro tip: switch to Mint Mobile, it was $300 for a whole year of unlimited service, and I get better reception than T-mobile. Anyway, I came in multiple times to cancel my account. I'm not on a contract with them, I paid off all my phones with them, I had no balance with them whatsoever. So a representative here walks me through cancelling my account with this. Assures me it's canceled. It wasn't. I came back to cancel again, and they tell me the last person messed up (of course they don't offer any kind of apology or refund of the money). They walk me through canceling it over the phone. We get a confirmation again that it's cancelled. Fast forward to January and they charge me AGAIN. I call, and they tell me I need a code to make any changes to the account. I tell them "I was never issued one, my elderly mother used to be the primary account holder but now I am, is there a way to get a new one to please just stop the charges?" They straight up told me "no, that's impossible, sorry." So now it's literally not possible to cancel the account at all, so they advise me to yank my payment info (make sure you guys pay with a card and not a bank, because they refused to take my payment info off, I had to order a new debit card). I get a collection notice 6 months later that I owe them over $600. Don't take your service here, please. They look for any way to take your money with loopholes and shady business tactics. I'm shocked people still use T-mobile considering they are the most expensive out of most retailers. For what cost of month of service there for me was a year of service at Mint Mobile. Don't let T-mobile make a victim of you as well. And a special thank you to the store workers who kept telling me my account was canceled when it wasn't! Over! And over! Thanks SO much! So we rarely need help or assistance and actually just come into the location for our T-Mobile items on the rate occasion there's a chance to pick one up. When I saw the T-Mobile lunch box item I was super excited but do too not having a vehicle , I'm not able to drive to this location and only my husband is. The plan was in place as usual, after working his 11hour shift he would drive all the way home from North Las Vegas, pick up my phone, and bring it all the way to the store( we already know they wouldn't let him pick mine up for me so he always has to have my physical phone). Then he brings my phone all the way to this location, where Hong, this newer store manager doesn't allow him to get my free item. Stating a new policy doesn't allow him to do that. Makes no sense. They told him if he wants to bring my phone back in the morning to do it if they still have some then he can. But our schedules don't permit that : and it's not that serious. The fact that they are being that way over a free item, that would help me because we couldn't afford a bento box for our kids lunch right now , is pretty sad. We went into this location to activate a phone in which we had a SIM card ready to do so. We were approached by Allen who checked us in and stated a 10 minute wait. We waited for 20 minutes for Allen to approach us again to tell us it's an additional hour wait. He displayed no sympathy whatsoever and acted very carelessly. I rushed over to the T-mobile store at Boca Park, hoping that someone would be able to see what the problem was and replace the missing page. I was so very lucky when Megan was available. Just the luck of the draw brought us together. She took her time, and meticulously fixed the problem, and showed me what to do should it happen again.
