My husband got a new phone with Screensaver, and cover recommended and insurance a couple months ago. He ends up dropping the phone the distance from his knees to the ground and it cracked all across the screen. After ordering a new phone which we STILL had to pay for we took it in to be changed over today. The girl at the counter immediately told us we had to go to another store. Then when he told her he just needed to switch info over to a new phone, she told him there would be an additional fee of 20 dollars for doing that. She gave him a hard time about putting his Screensaver on and wanted to charge him 5 more dollars than he'd paid a couple months before for the phone cover, which when he read the box said, protects up to 13 foot drop. He'd dropped his and it shattered in less than 3 feet. We get in the car and head out only to find that she hasn't put any of his info into the phone, so why did we pay the 20 dollars? He was patient as he could be while feeling like he was being ripped off by a person who could truly care less whether he got service or not. When he asked who her supervisor was she told him his name is on the receipt. Unfortunately he wasn't in the store or he would have heard an earful. We've been to this place and gotten great service but that apparently greatly depends on the person working when you come. We were there Thursday 3/23 around 3pm if you're reading this Mr. Supervisor, the associate working that shift needs retraining in customer service. read more

I am technologically challenged. Even though I purchased my hot spot by phone, they were extremely helpful in setting it up - twice because the first hot spot was broken. They couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was helpful and was mindful of COVID precautions. You are allowed inside the store. read more
