The manager is incompetent and lies to customers, the staff is ignorant, rude and disrespectful. I am a long time T-mobile customer (over 15 years). I have never thought about switching until the treatment my wife & daughter received from this location. Even T-mobile corporate agreed we were deceived by the management at this location... I hope the manager loses his job and learns a valuable lesson that lies and deception are not a good business tactic.. read more

Best T-Mobile store I've been to since getting T-mobile last year. My phone had some weird glitch and they took the tile to figure it out, explained the process, and were polite and professional through the entire ordeal. Other stores simply said the phone was messed up but these guys got to the bottom of it. Yet another reason I've been happy switching to T-Mobile! read more

Not only did Frevin help us find the cheapest plan, he searched for additional promotions and discounts just for us! even those the T-moible store in handford ca, 93230 waved the upgrade fee and only charged me the down payment cost of the device , i have also been a customer of t-mobile for a couple years now!! i feel that t-mobile stores are not living up to there new slogan plans with the insurance of 10$ in which should have lowed the cost of the dive i wanted to per-chest a samsung galxy s8 its says 30$ down & tax include wright next to the device , 2 staff member says that it cost 120$ for the none samsung galxy s8 plus model. , i requested samsung galaxy s8 !!!.
