Erick has the worse customer service ever. He was rude and condescending. It took over an hour for…read morethem to switch me from CC to T-Mobile. While I was sitting there waiting another employee was helping a very elderly couple. Erick came over and opened a drawer. The drawer hit the elderly gentleman. The gentleman said excuse me. Erick did not say one word to him. So rude. He should have apologized, not the customer. He could have at least acknowledged the customer. He never once smiled or made me feel like a valued customer. I feel like he could use training on how to treat older customers. Then when I got home I could not make calls or send texts. I had to borrow someone else's phone in order to call customer service. Turns out they installed a defective SIM card. Luckily I have an iPhone so customer service was able to activate my phones internal SIM card. I would not recommend going to this particular T-Mobile store unless you have plenty of time and don't mind being treated rudely. There are several more T-Mobile stores in Visalia to choose from.
