If I only knew this store has such an outstanding customer service, I would have visited here months ago. I always wanted to switch to T-Mobile's unlimited data plan because I have heard quite a few good things about it. However, I was not sure about the coverage and was worried that it would be a waste of money. Today at noon, I finally got some time and decided to test it out. Mind you, I went in with the intention of buying it and taking the risk. While Luiz was telling me about the features, I just made an off-hand remark about the coverage. He immediately advised me against buying the plan yet and asked me to test it out. He then gave me a test SIM card and asked me to go home and see if it provides coverage. I did just that, and found out that it provides excellent coverage! I felt so at peace, went back to the store half an hour later, and bought the plan. Even though I got coverage at home, these guys helped me make sure that my money was well spent. On the other hand, the opposite happened with my friend. When I raved about this T-Mobile store at work the next day, my friend Mark was impressed. He was in the same ordeal as me, so we went in during lunch hours the next day. It was Madison who greeted us professionally this time. We explained the scenario to her and she too gave us the test SIM card. She said we can return the SIM care in an hour. When we went to Mark's house and tested out the coverage. Unfortunately, there was none at his home. We then went back to work as the lunch hour had ended. It was only after work that Mark was able to return the SIM card to them. He told me that they were very understanding about it, and didn't utter a word of protest while returning the card late. We were truly impressed. Since I'm new to the service, I nag them quite often. Their store is on my way to work, which makes it easier for me to drop in whenever I want. And they always treat me the same way they treated me the first times. As for the unlimited data plan, it is awesome. It is such an exhilarating feeling to not have that limit hanging over your head. I'd highly recommend this T-Mobile store at Lincoln, as well the data plan. read more

I hate shopping for cell phones, service, plans- the whole deal... I was an att&t customer and my bills were outrageous and my service sucked! I was in the vicinity and thought I would pop in to compare plans and service... which to me is comparable to shopping for a car. I hate it! Did I mention that?!? Lol. Right away I was greeted by a man named Paul... he was extremely courteous and knew his stuff. He asked about my current carrier and plan. I brought him a phone bill- and he was blown away! He went over a few options with me to get the best price and plan for my family and I. I had never received such amazing customer service by a long shot! Not only did I walk out of the store with 5 brand new phones... iPhones 8+... I didn't have to pay a cent. Tmobile actually bought out my old plan and phones which gave me credit for new phones. I'm not writing this review because I got all these new phones... I'm writing this review because Paul went above and beyond in his customer service. He set up the phones, because I have zero tech capability. He took over 3 hours with our transaction alone to ensure we knew what to expect on our first bill- how to use the phones, how to set up certain features for my mom who is partially blind, and safety features for my daughter. Then I find out- he's the owner! Wow! I'm blown away! If you are looking into a new carrier- I definitely recommend Tmobile- but this is the store you want to go to! Customer service is top notch. The store is extremely clean and well stocked with only the necessities and newest items, and no one tries to up sell you on garbage you don't really need! I highly recommend this store. I travel to different parts of the world very frequently. Buying all the sim cards in different countries was costing me heavily. Honestly, I didn't even know that a solution for this existed. Ironically, I used to drive by the T-Mobile store on Lincoln Blvd very often but never thought to stop and ask them about it. Just a day before I was flying to London, I just stopped my car in front of the store on a whim. Paul, the manager there, greeted me and I told him of my issue. I had no intention whatsoever to buy the connection. But when Paul told me that T-Mobile offers connection in the air with free in-flight texting as well as minutes and texts in more than 140 countries, I was sold. I bought it right then and there, had the connection set up and for the first time landed in another country without worrying about sim cards and mobile connections. My experience with this T-Mobile store could have gone very bad, but it turned out to be amazing instead. It's all because of the amazing staff that works there. I went there for a new cell phone and after having it set up and running, I came back home. The next day, I noticed some software issues that were making it difficult to access some of the apps. I was already fuming when the new phone started to malfunction like that. I went to this store the next day to get it fixed. Paul, Antonio and Luiz instantly jumped into action. They gave me another, brand-new cell phone. They checked every single thing before handing it to me to make sure the same problem doesn't occur again. They urged me to come back if there's any other issue with it. T-mobile is a scam if you signed up for a free phone promo in the last 2 years. There is a good chance that they added it to your plan and started charging you for a phone that was on your plan. T-Mobile is now changing there terms and conditions so you can't file a class action lawsuit with them they are now going to be able to sweep crimes and accusations under the rug without you knowing. By signing you u for a free phone then making you pay for it makes it look like more people on signing onto T-Mobile artificially driving up there market value. T mobile also refuse to print contracts or terms and conditions when you sign up. You have to agree and sign everything on there website. The same website the have access to change whenever they please. That means they can change your plan,terms, and contract all without your knowledge or permission read more

Having seen this store at Lincoln Blvd now and then, I decided to give it a chance. I entered this store while being worried about how much time it would take for the repair. I was dreading that I'd have to go without my phone for days. In fact, I wasn't even sure if they could do something about my phone issues. I wanted a new phone and I could only afford to drive this far. The only other T-Mobile store we have is in Roseville and there's no way I could go that far. It would have wasted half my day. That's why the first thing I love about this store is the location that has made life easier for me. I went in there first time last month, when I needed a new phone. I was blown away by the options I was presented with. They have such a huge collection, which makes it easier to get a cell phone, with the features you want. I went in again this month for headphones. Once again, I was surprised to see the latest ones in their collection. Their customer service is always above par. Today, I came into this T-Mobile store because I was interested in switching to their unlimited plan. Paul and Garrett kindly greeted me and asked me how he can help me. I told him that I was interested in switching over to T-Mobile but hesitated on their coverage. Paul and Garrett gave me a test SIM card to see if I would be able to get coverage at home. I went home and tested the T-Mobile to find out that I got awesome coverage inside my apartment and surrounding areas I came back twenty minutes later to return the SIM card and start new service with T-Mobile. We were looking to get new phones. We went to several different stores and at the end of the day, we find ourselves at our local t mobile store in Lincoln, CA. I have never seen such wonderful customer service like we received at T-Mobile in Lincoln, CA. The guys, went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones of our choice and the plan that was best for us. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this. The whole T-Mobile team at our local store is great. But Paul really stands out. Paul and his staff at this store are the best in customer service! When we were experiencing weeks of unsolvable issues with another carrier, we switched to T Mobile. Paul assured us that they would be number 1 in customer service and he was true to his word. In solving our initial issue, and switching from 2 different carriers we created a few more issues and Paul and his team went out of their way to get us through all of it - and we went from paying $180/month total to $150 with three new phones!
