Came into Batteries Plus to replace my car remote batteries, and I'm so glad I bought the lifetime warranty it's seriously the best investment ever. While I was there, I also needed some new lightbulbs for my bathroom. The employee who helped me was awesome he took the time to find exactly what I needed, replaced my batteries, and even fixed a little spring in my remote that kept popping off (huge help!). My car battery connection had oxidized and the battery run low on power. I decided to replace the 5 year old batter. I went to Batteries Plus for their low price and free installation. They had the needed battery in store and check out was quick. They started to install the battery right away. The replacement was bit more complicated as the oxidized connection was stuck on the battery terminal and would not come off. They worked on it until they got it off, cleaned the connection and added new battery. It didn't work the first time and they cleaned the connection again. They clean the car after their work. They were very careful with the job. I'm thankful for their service and availability. The car starts as new and the battery has needed power again. read more

LIFESAVERS!! I have a 2023 jeep compass and battery was dying and not holding a charge. I came in and right away Eleanor tested my battery and auxiliary, then grabbed the bigger tester for a second opinion on which I did needed a new battery. What a great company! Special thanks to Taeleen and Grayson for their help today. Usually we just stop by to pick up a quick battery here or there but today we needed to replace a car battery. It was 102 degrees outside but both Taeleen and Grayson replaced the car battery cheerfully and professionally. They even helped us check the level of the existing battery as well as the alternator. Here's an example, I bought three car keys including pairing with my ignition for $180 vs that for just one key at the dealership. I bought lightbulbs for 1/3 less than Lowe's ($6.99 vs 9.99). I needed batteries for 3 items,. One is a Christmas ornament that will not be used until next Christmas. Jess got the package of batteries, opened the compartment where they would be placed, but left the batteries in the package. When I get the ornament out in December, all I will have to do us open the package and put the batteries in. That way they will be new. Jess easily replaced the batteries in the other two items. I've been looking for a automatic garage door opener . Went to the Walmart and they didn't have it. It's one of those round weird, coin size batteries. CR 2032 I think?.
