I visited here this afternoon. It wasn't crowded and the customer service was swift, efficient, and polite. Much improved over my previous visits. Their interior is still dingy and the floor needed a vacuum but overall an improvement. I only use UPS when doing returns so it's fairly infrequent. Their parking is still very much limited and less than desirable but generally there's enough within walking distance. read more

My rating has to do with the fact that it's been 6 days since I dropped off my package and it hasn't been sent off yet. I tracked the number on the receipt I was given and no movement. This concerns me and I'm going to follow up with Amazon itself to let them know I dropped off my package and the store didn't ship it. The associate who accepted my package was fine and I received a drop off receipt which was great but not sending my package is not acceptable. Parking is tight in the shared lot. Update - after I wrote this review, my package was shipped as I received notification 7 days later. Didn't have to reach out to store. read more

icannot recommend ups store anymore! i went into the one in aurora colorado on quincy/buckkey road. i took a 4 pound box in to be shipped very simply. i said no rush on the package. i was told this tiny box worth 20.00 was going to be 34.00 to ship.. 34.00?????? the ups store aka the fraud store needs to be investigated and shut down this particular store in aurora colorado. ive seen employees lately looking and acting strange and very nasty. the federal government should investigate this farce of a store!!!! stay away from all these stores in aurora colorado. lately packages have gone missing or extra shipping was added up to 10-20 dollars extra was added to many packages.(not only mine but friends of mine) stay clear!!!!​ read more

Don't even think about showing up 5 min before they close. Doesn't matter they don't care about you. Most worthless group of people to lock the doors and look at you and laugh 5 min before you close. I would never have anything to do with this store ever again. Says you close at 7 and it is unacceptable to not only hold my package hostage but close before your advertised time. You guys really suck! I'll be contacting corporate and will escalate this useless behavior. Everyone at this location should be fired by corporate for their lack of customer service and incompetence. read more

I was just in the store to pick up a package and witnessed the sweetest interaction with the woman working and the person in front of me. Her kindness and the extra support for what the customer needed really struck me - I don't see much of that kind of friendliness anymore. She also answered the phone kindly and responsively as I was leaving, and of course was so friendly and helpful with me too. read more

The girl behind the counter was wonderful super kind professional. She gets the four stars. But the store itself ridiculously hot no working AC it in this store, there's a fan but it's just blowing hot air. I feel terrible for the workers. Come on UPS you can do better. read more

I must admit that my usage of The UPS STORE is pretty limited, consisting of returning Amazon items and occasionally sending articles to wherever they need to go. I had to return an old phone today. My pass experience with this store have been one star at the very best. I never posted about it because I just didn't care. 9/23/2019 I went in with that phone and I was worried I'd run in to the same owner that's been so rude before. To my surprise the new possibility owner Robin helped me and was genuinely happy I was there even if it was just to drop off a package that he couldn't up sell me anything. Mike needs more training on scanning and copying documents, when I'm paying for him to scan time sensitive documents and he says that he's only been here a month and not sure what to do it's a problem. Train this man. This is the 2nd time in a month that he is confused. We are paying for these services to be correct. Or have a 2nd worker with him. read more

I don't understand all the good reviews of this store. I've rented a box here for at least 5 years (during which it has changed hands at least 4 times). This current owner - Robin - is a really nice guy but doesn't seem to have the first clue as to how to run this or any other business. I get emails telling me I have a package and when I arrive, nothing. Sometimes I find a notice in my box that I have a package and - you guessed it, they can't find it. When I do actually have a package, I have to hope that one of the employees waits on me because he can't seem to figure out how to use the computer to mark the package received. I'm now into week 5 of trying to get them to quit sending me past due notices on my box rental. I have the receipt, they tell me it's been handled, and then I get another notice. I'm done. I'd rather take my chances with porch pirates. read more

Guy behind the counter looked annoyed that I was there. Told me it would be $.75 per page to scan to email a large packet of paperwork. When I told him that was way too expensive he changed it to $.50. It would have cost more than $70 to push a few buttons. I ended up at Office Depot and it was less than half of that price. read more

Between the rude employees who work here and charge for something one day and then not the next and then today stopping by on my way home from work to do an Amazon return at 6:45 because it says they are open until 7, only to be pleasantly surprised by the manager counting his money with the open sign off, but the door unlocked. So I opened the door and said "oh closing early" to which he replied whike stuttering "uhh yeah" and acted like no one was there. If you're going to close at 6:45, you should put that on your door instead of 7, people usually go off of the hours to tell if you're open or not to use the services, so it would be nice to not waste people's time when they drive over and you've decided you're ready to be off for the day. And charge me 7.85 to send a certified mail I asked why it was so high when the post office only charges 3.50 The lady got an attitude and said will be going towards temper cent more. No I'm not an idiot do you guys charge Waymore than that She's a go back to school and learn how to add because that is a lot more than 10%. I have had a mailbox here since January 2000. I really like this location. The employees are courteous, helpful, and very accommodating. I injured my knee and it's very hard for me to walk inside. I do not write reviews, however after today I felt compelled to do so. I was shipping an item through Mercari and already paid for shipping and packing through them with ups. I was sent a link to send through ups. I got to ups, and the person working at the desk said that he would ship it but they didn't pay him to pack it. I told him that I had already paid quite a bit for shipping and packing and he continued to argue with me telling me that it wasn't a thing and that he wouldn't do it for me. He then told me that I was wasting my time and his, so I walked out and went to another ups. Not only was this man rude, but he didn't take the time to help me with something I had already paid for, and had he just looked at my phone and scanned the code that I provided for him, he would have discovered it was super easy. I went down the street to the ups on smoky hill and Buckley, and the guys there helped me with no problem. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this location and instead go to smoky hill and Buckley. read more

Nice people but they charge for everything!!! 1 piece of tape can cost a few bucks. They can print a label but if you send them the label they again charge you 2$ just to open an email and print it. Sucks to get nickel and dimed for anything. Be forewarned print your label at home. Bring tape if necessary. read more

Great help with sending a simple package. Was honest in helping with my purchase, and told me that i didnt have to get an envelope and that i only have to use a standard UPS envelope. It saved me a whole buck but was nice for him to say i didnt need to use that envelope read more

I happened upon this UPS store accidentally about two years ago. I was looking for a small post office near Christmas and didn't want to wait in the long lines at the larger post offices. I was greeted immediately by the owner and informed right away that it was a UPS store. Since I was already there I decided I would take care of my shipping. I have been going there every since. The owner knows me by name (and I only come in around once every three or four months!) as does the rest of the staff. I never have to wait and they help me take care of my every mailing need. If you're looking for excellent customer service, this is the place to come. And the prices are great, too!! read more

This store has not heard about customer service! All I needed was a receipt for important documents that were being shipped from their location. They refused!!!! I had to go to the UPS Store down the street. I just don't get it. The labels are provided free, and per my conversation with the UPS corporate store, if you ask for a receipt, they are not allowed to deny you one. This store changed owners earlier this year. Customer service is bad compared to the previous owners.

This location has met all of my shipping and mailing needs. Anytime I have needed something shipped they were able to get me the right packaging, right labeling, and done in a timely and professional manner. 24 hour mail key access has been beneficial in allowing me to pick up my business mail whenever I have the time. I will be using this location again for my future mailing needs. read more

I stopped by to send a package to my relative and left with a disgusting feeling. When i arrived I could not find the packing tape and after trying to flag down the guy who was just sitting on the computer ignoring me, he just tossed it over to me. How rude! I saw that his name is Jay by reading his name tag and I asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the one in charge and started raising his voice. More customers walked in appalled at this employees rudeness and were trying to calm this guy. A lady came out from the back named Monica who i think was the manager and tried to apologize by saying it wasn't his fault he had thrown the packing tape.
