I've been in this line for 45 minutes. No one has said "hi" to me. There are 3 associates. None of them are working efficiently. One of the customers at the front counter is yelling at t-mobile customer service on the store speaker phone. They have to repeat themselves 10 times (possibly a bad connection) and this is a 45 min call so far. So the associates can't help the customers in person, the customer service on the phone can't seem to help the people. ...and it's now been a one hour wait in line and nothing is moving. This isn't necessary a problem for -T-mobile globally. But It's for sure a problem for this location. I'm brining it to the attention of T-mobile. Because I wouldn't hire this crew to manage a lemonade stand. read more

Came here for what I thought would be a quick trip: all I needed was a SIM. Unfortunately, there was a wait. When I was finally seen, the staff associate brought out a SIM from the back. When he scanned it, it was a dud. He went back to the back room to get another SIM. Same thing. :/ I should've called to ensure the store had (working) SIM cards so I didn't waste my time driving here, finding parking, waiting to be seen, and ultimately being told there weren't any SIM cards. What phone store doesn't have a ready supply of SIM cards?! How would new customers even sign up?! read more

Terrible experience today. My iphone screen stopped working I went to a t-mobile store close to my work who inspected and approved a warranty replacement for my phone. I asked if they could send it a location closer to my home since I was not going to be in the office the next couple days. Unfortunately it happened to be this location. Once at this store, as I am about to get handed my new replacement phone, I was told by an employee that after about 10 minutes of inspecting my phone they would not accept the phone since it was in "poor" condition and it would affect their commissions for the day if they accepted and sent back a phone in that condition. He then proceeded to try to sell me and said that if I upgraded, he could give me a new iphone... The phone is in fine condition, with some minor scratches on the back from my phone case. No cracks or anything on the screen or dents on the corners. No water damage. And according to the original T-mobile store it was in good enough condition for them to accept and issue the replacement. This was simply me picking up my phone from a closer location to my home. I called corporate and they investigated by calling this store and store lied to them saying that my phone was in "such bad condition with dents" that they would not accept it. Also, on top of that they said that I got into an altercation with the lady working at the store. Which again, is another lie. So now it is my word against their word. And I have no way of showing that they lied. And now I have no phone, with no solution at hand. I don't understand how or why someone would do this to a customer! My business also uses T-mobile, but if this is how I get treated by a representative of the company, then no way can I let my business go through this. This has nothing to do with T-mobile as a company, I've never had any issues before, this negative review is about THIS specific store and the employees who work at THIS location. Such a shame and a terrible example of how to treat customers. read more

The transition from Sprint to T-Mobile is painful and the staff at this location did not inform me about some facts about switching to a T-Mobile 5G compatible phone (not voluntary but required for customers). There is a $30 upgrade fee which is outrageous. I had to call and yell at T-Mobile to get it removed. The manager assisted us with activating an eSIM on my new iPhone (purchased from Apple) and got my husband's phone set up with a physical SIM. He said he wanted to make sure that our experience with T-Mobile started off positively. Super friendly, and took care of everything quickly. Also appreciated that he told us "someone will be with [us] shortly" when he was working at his desk helping someone virtually -- that often can appear as if they are ignoring you; his statement helped us realize he wasn't just sitting around doing nothing. T-Mobile has the worst services in my whole life using cell phone services in the last 20 some years. They charged me the full price when I terminated the services with them in the middle of billing cycle, without any refund saying that's their policy! None of their service staff reminded me this policy when I called to terminate and inquire about any billing issues in future. Thanks to horrible customer service by "Ozzie" we are now AT&T customers. He either hates his job or needs a nap. Literally started shaking his head no as I began to ask a question. Didn't wait for me to finish. All the while shaking his head black and forth. I'm sure that if he heard my questions in full, the answer might have been maybe or yes. Or maybe even a No but allow a customer to finish, look them in the eye (he looked away the entire time too) and then at the very least pretend to want to help. I have a warranty on my screen protector, I went to this location and they wouldn't replace my screen protector. I've gotten it replaced before by other locations. I ended up going to Pasadena and getting it replaced without any fuss. Don't go here, they're rude and they won't help you out. Worst TMobile in LA.
