I used to be satisfied going to this location, but it seems that employees are forced to help you. Also, customers beware if you purchase something from a non-corporate store you can exchange ore return here which is inconvenient as hell. No longer going to this location. Worst customer service ever. Switching from ATT they typo'd my billing info resulting in a day of unnecessary delay. Then they did it again for back ordered phones that when finally ready to ship caused the order to be cancelled. Not only that, when I called to fix it they said the only way was to go back into the store and start over all over again. Basically their systems are so outdated and unreliable that any small error by a highly untrained sales person will cause more problems down the line. My advice: do it over the phone or online. Skip the store unless you're just there to buy something that's physically in the store. read more

I recently came in due to my phone crashing I was told its the server it's not working They decided let's delete everything it should be back to normal. .that didn't work They said we can get you a replacement phone but the fee processing is $5 Came back got my replacement phone They then realized it's not the phone it's my battery Oh but wait wait this kind of battery no longer covers warranty ( Samsung note4) To top it off we don't carry this battery here any longer But you can purchase it on amazon for $30 or $40 bucks or maybe check verizon This is such bullshit..worst customer service ever I have a non working phone unless it's constantly plugged to a charger ( can't take it anywhere ) I was charged for a phone that didn't come with its own battery ** ridiculous ** But yet I still need to purchase it on amazon What kind of customer service is this ( that's why I need to call and complain to the corporate office ) read more

I have been with T-Mobile for over 15 years, the level of customer service has gone down hill BIG TIME!!!! This company misrepresents, misinforms the consumer to earn an extra buck!! When you finally figure it out, it's too late and they will not honor the error on their behalf. Absolutely disgusting business practice!! You think the issue has been handled and it hasn't. Once again you must waste your time and energy making phones calls and visiting the T-Mobile store, which gets you no where. If you have a grandfather clause, which I wasn't even aware...KEEP IT, because you can NEVER get it back. The customer reps. are useless and need to be re-trained. I wanted to up my data, they took it upon themselves to change my plan. I was paying $50.00 per month and now I'm paying $25.00 more per month. I spoke to a supervisor who told me " They can't put me back on that, because of codes." REALLY!!!! What the companies customer service through the phone couldn't help me with I believe Ernest could ( not sure that's how you spell his name) did all he could to resolve why my account was suspended and at the end fixed it. If you go there ask for him. Great attitude and looks as if he's more than welcome to help out plus you don't have to deal with those T-Mobile employees in an office just answering calls who most of the time give you a sense that they hate their job and don't want to listen a word you have to say. The Sales Representatives will tell you everything you want to make the sale, but they conveniently leave out mentioning restocking fees for items that maybe returned. While other TMobiles were sending my mom to other branches for 2.5 hours (Hollywood), I called this T Mobile, and was helped by Edgar. Edgar helped me over the phone. He told me that the Hollywood Tmobile should have printed my receipt for my mom and an exchange should have been in minutes, not hours. He printed out the receipt, and told me to send my mom to him -- and he would take care of her. Note: if you are getting the iPhone, just call the store because they are selling them like hot cakes. But Edgar reassures that the wait is at least a couple of days. read more

I went into the T-Mobile store at the whittwood shopping center and spoke to a guy by the name of Tony M. Ask him about a new phone and he said he didn't have any promotions going on and that I would basically have to pay for a phone. I looked at the phones told him that I come back tomorrow and pick one up when in today June 1st talk to the same guy asked him if he had any promotions the phone that I was going to pay $300 for yesterday now he tells me there's a promotion of I can get it for free. It really pisses me off that the same phone I was going to pay for $300 yesterday was a promotion today but yet he failed to tell me that and couldn't explain why. I think it really sucks how they try to take advantage of seniors I told him that I was on a fixed income and that I wanted a phone but I wanted to get something that wasn't so expensive he could have told me that this phone was a promotion in the beginning. I don't really think he should be working for T-Mobile he is not a good representative of that company and something should be done. I did end up going to the store in La Habra and talk to young man by the name of Omar he got me my phone and he even picked it up in my car for me excellent excellent salesperson I recommend anybody to go to him. I've been going to this TMobile location for quite some time now. It's usually very busy and the waiting time is long from my experience. But when your turn comes, they help you with everything you need. Today, I went in to upgrade my iPhone 6 to a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. There were hardly any customers there, surprisingly. I was helped immediately by Annah. She was very kind and didn't rush at all. It makes shopping so much easier and more fun when the workers are friendly and professional. This TMobile has the best service out of all the mobile stores I've ever encountered including Best Buy and Verizon stores. Alvaro assisted my family with opening a new line. Though it was getting late and past the store closing hours, Alvaro was patient and did not hesitate to explain all the terms and receipts. He is honest and discloses everything in consumer understandable language. Not to mention he went out of his way to get us two iPhone 6 plus when inventory was low, so that my whole family can have one.
