He made upgrading to my new phone completely stress-free by transferring all of my data and activating my device quickly and flawlessly. What really impressed me was that Arturo went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the most value from my plan. He helped me set up cloud storage, added Apple Music for my entire family, and even found ways to reduce my monthly bill. He took the time to explain all of my options clearly and made sure I understood every benefit before making any changes. Arturo is knowledgeable, honest, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. He never made me feel rushed and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left the store. I had a serious and alarming experience with this Verizon Authorized Retailer operated by Wireless Plus. On March 30, 2026 at approximately 7:38 PM, an individual was able to walk into this store, falsely claim to be related to me, and somehow gain access to my account. As a result, they were able to take over my phone number and leave the store with two iPhones--without my authorization. According to the receipt emailed to me for this transaction, a salesperson named Tsolak was listed. What is especially concerning is that the individual reportedly claimed to be my grandson. Based on the apparent age difference, this should have immediately raised questions and prompted additional identity verification. Shortly after this incident, I began receiving multiple password reset attempts across several of my personal accounts, which further highlights the seriousness of what occurred and the potential risk to my personal and financial information. This is not a minor mistake--this is a complete failure of basic identity verification and account security protocols. Situations like this put customers at risk for identity theft, financial loss, and personal data exposure. I have since regained control of my account, but the fact that this was allowed to happen in the first place is extremely concerning. I strongly advise anyone visiting this location to exercise caution and confirm that proper security procedures are being followed before making any account changes. I'm so sad to talk about this experience. I have been with Verizon for 28 years faithfully. I love Verizon. I did a trade in deal with this location and 1 month has passed. Verizon has not receive my trade in and I have been charge the full price for the new phone. They never gave me a receipt or a tracking number. I have so much doubt that the phone is probably still at the store not being work on. I felt like I lost the trade in phone and no one at the store would take initiative to fix it. They told me it has to be done by the person who initiated my trade in and that person has not been at the store working since. Can someone please contact me and help me resolve the issue? The screen on my iPhone got completely shattered and I needed to come in last minute to get a new phone. Shane was super helpful and patient with all my questions and helped me to get the best deal possible given my circumstances. This place is a front for a third party retailer. It's so upsetting that they are using the brand name for Verizon. They will up charge you double the market rate for products. The fact that Google Maps and Yelp lists this place as a Verizon store as well are problematic. So deceptive and incredibly gross that Verizon allows retailers to use their brand this way. Marrisa is the store manager, I was a new customer on June 1,2025. I went in to get me a new phone S25 +, she gave me a great deal. 4 months later I haven't see the promo add to my account. I reached out to her on August 13. She texted me back when she was off the click. (That was amazing that she responded knowing she was off). She texted me on August 14, I was amazed the she reached out like she promised. I explained my problem to her about not showing my promo discount on my new account. She moved on it very quickly, I was very appreciated that she was on it and working hard to get my promo/discount on my behalf. Was fully intending to buy my new phone here, until I walked in. 1. They didn't have any iPhone 16 pros in any color in 512MB in stock. Why even offer the product if you don't have a single one? 2. They told me I could not buy the phone upfront and had to do a payment plan. Why can I.. not buy a phone? And 3. The other reviews are correct, they mandate the purchase of two accessories to leave with your phone. Not sure that's even legal. I love this Verizon- the service is amazing and it shares a parking lot with Costco too! We came in because we wanted to see about upgrades because the new iPhone came out soon and we wanted to pre-order it. We came in. We knew nothing about upgrades or how our plan to change or anything like that. Marisa explained everything to us. She had so much knowledge about the whole process, and what changes would be made to our bill, the different info about the different phones, etc. She knew everything. She was also so kind and managed the whole line somehow while also giving us her full attention. What I liked most is that we had no information about anything before we came in and she allowed us to not have to come back for multiple trips and just explained everything to us. Were nice and pleasant but i guess thats part of it...seemed off to me was that the person that was helping me told me that in order to get my phone trade in value of $1000, i would have to enroll in a 30 day trial of the verizon home 5G internet. I told them I dont need internet and my apartment doesnt allow verizon but they said it was the only way i could get the trade in. 10 days later when i called and told verizon i wanted to cancel and they asked why, i told them the whole story of being forced to enroll in this trial, they said we have no idea what youre talking about and there is no promotion like that to get the $1000 trade in value. not the end of the world since im not charged anything but reviews below seems like this store has a habit of bad business practice. oh btw store, verizon took down which store it is so they can investigate why this is happening so be on the look out for an email =) read more

I wish I had read Chris W. review before setting foot in this Verizon on Los Feliz. This is the second review I'm leaving, in an attempt to save others from what Chris W and My son (on my plan) went through. The same exact accessories package scam happened to us. Set up our iPhone 16 and then told us we were not allowed to leave the store without an accessories package for $120. Case and screen protector that retails for maybe total of $40-$50 that we did not want but were forced to buy for $120 and $60 for set up! Still so upset about being manipulated after they had our phone ready to go and knew we just wanted to leave. Wish I had read the prior reviews about this practice. I went in to the Verizon on Los Feliz and waited for a couple of minutes while Shane helped the two people in front of me. In less than 15 minutes Shane had helped both customers ahead of me and it literally took him two minutes to help me with my cell phone issue. Go to the actual VZN store. Bought a new phone before going on a trip and they "sold me" the new iPhone chargers that apparently charge faster. Not only did it not charge faster, my phone started ghost typing, wouldnt charge, the charger would connect and disconnect in the top right corner of my screen and my screen would freeze. So I ended up buying a new phone, had no charger on my trip, and my business calls were screwed because the screen would freeze or ghost type my emails and texts. On top of that, slow slow customer service that elongates the process just to seem helpful (wasted time) read more
